Mach.ne learning (ML) tech.iques.h.ve s.own promis. in analyzing complex data patterns.and predicting dis.as. outcomes. Th. accuracy of th.s. tech.iques.is.greatly affected by ch.nging th.ir parameters. h.perparameter optimization plays.a crucial role in improving model performance. In th.s.work, th. Particle s.arm Optimization (Ps.) algorith. was.us.d to effectively s.arch.th. h.perparameter s.ace and improve th. predictive power of th. mach.ne learning models.by identifying th. optimal h.perparameters.th.t can provide th. h.gh.s. accuracy. A datas.t with.a variety of clinical and epidemiological ch.racteris.ics.linked to COVID-19 cas.s.was.us.d in th.s.s.udy. Various.mach.ne learning models. including Random Fores.s. Finding a good s.atis.ical model for time s.ries.predicting imports.in Malays.a is.th. main target of th.s.s.udy. Th. decis.on made during th.s.s.udy mos.ly addres.es.th. unres.ricted error correction model (UECM), and compos.te model (Combined regres.ion—ARIMA). Th. imports.of Malays.a from th. firs. quarter of 1991 to th. th.rd quarter of 2022 are employed in th.s.s.udy’s.quarterly time s.ries.data. Th. forecas.ing outcomes.of th. current s.udy demons.rated th.t th. compos.te model offered more probabilis.ic data, wh.ch.improved forecas.ing th. volume of Malays.a’s.imports. In th.s.s.udy, a h.brid mach.ne learning (h.L)-bas.d approach. incorporating Genetic data analys.s.(GDA), is.propos.d to accurately identify th. pres.nce of adenomatous.colorectal polyps.(ACRP) wh.ch.is.a crucial early detector of colorectal cancer (CRC). Th. pres.nt s.udy develops.a clas.ification ens.mble model bas.d on tuned h.perparameters. s.rpas.ing accuracy percentages.of early detection approach.s.us.d in previous.s.udies. th. current meth.d exh.bits.exceptional performance in identifying ACRP and diagnos.ng CRC, overcoming limitations.of CRC traditional meth.ds.th.t are bas.d on error-prone manual examination. Particularly, th. meth.d demons.rates.th. following CRP identification accuracy data: 97.7 ± 1.1, precis.on: 94.3 ± 5, recall: 96.0 ± 3, F1-s.ore: 95.7 ± 4, s.ecificity: 97.3 ± 1.2, average AUC: 0.97.3 ± 0.02, and average p-value: 0.0425 ± 0.07. Th. findings.unders.ore th. potential of th.s.meth.d for early detection of ACRP as.well as.clinical us. in th. development of CRC treatment planning s.rategies. Th. advantages.of th.s.approach.are h.gh.y expected to contribute to th. prevention and reduction of CRC mortality.
