本研究旨在揭示管理信息系统和管理决策对吉布提私人银行业绩的影响。本研究还试图确定管理信息系统在吉布提私人银行管理决策质量中的程度和作用。本研究采用定量研究方法,以调查问卷作为数据收集工具。为了得到准确的数据,我们将120份问卷随机分配给SALANM和AFRICA这两家银行的管理人员和员工,共收回问卷120份。这个研究主要分为两个部分,第一个部分是进行一个描述性的分析,第二个部分是运用线性分析进行假设检验。假设检验主要是为了揭示信息系统对组织绩效的重要作用,根据这个提出三个假设检验。结果显示非独立变量对独立变量的积极影响,这个研究最重要的就是突出了信息科技单元的重要性。分析可靠性和检验假设后结果显示非独立变量对公司的绩效有重要的影响。因而信息系统的缺乏将影响绩效和决策。研究表明在吉布提私人银行为了更好地效率而提高信息系统和决策的重要性是十分必要的。

This paper extends the homotopy perturbation Sumudu transform method (HPSTM) to solve linear and nonlinear fractional klein-Gordon equations. To illustrate the reliability of the method, some examples are presented. The convergence of the HPSTM solutions to the exact solutions is shown. As a novel application of homotopy perturbation sumudu transform method, the presented work showed some essential difference with existing similar application four classical examples also highlighted the significance of this work.

Risk stratification allows tailoring of treatment protocol using, for selected patients, reduced total chemotherapy exposure, including decreases in alkylator therapy and avoidance of agents with recognized risk of late complications (anthracyclines), elimination of irradiation and reduction of radiotherapy dose. Patients and Methods: Twenty-nine newly diagnosed pediatric rhabdomyosarcoma patients attended the pediatric oncology department between January 2008 and May 2011. Patients were divided into 3 groups according to age, stage, group, pathology and site of the tumor. Treatment protocol tailored according to risk group. Results: Twenty-nine newly diagnosed pediatric rhabdomyosarcoma patients were evaluated. Seven patients had low risk, Intermediate risk included 12 patients, and 10 patients had high risk. After three years median follow up, event free survival was 51.7% for all patients however it was 86%, 67% and 10% for low, intermediate and high risk respectively (P = 0.0002). There was statistical difference for survival among different sites, histology, clinical group and stage as risk factors within each risk group, no statistically survival significance of any of these factors within the same risk group. Conclusion: Risk stratification is the best single predictor factor for pediatric rhabdomyosarcoma and allows tailoring of the treatment protocol. For selected patients, reductions in total chemotherapy exposure, elimination of irradiation in selected low risk patients and reduction of radiotherapy dose according to postoperative margin and nodal status is safe.

Objective:To determine the physiological and ecological responses of marine ornamental fishes to the change of water temperature with its potential effects on the growth,survival and feeding in clown ***:Three different sea anemone fish(Premnas biaculeatus,Amphiprion clarkii,Amphiprion akallopisos)were reared in confinement at water temperatures of 26,28,30,32,and 34℃using thermostat and they were maintained up to the marketable size,and growth,survival and feeding were evaluated during the experimental ***:The results illustrated that water temperature influenced the physiological performance of juveniles of three different sea anemone fish *** growth and survival rates of juveniles of three different clown fish significantly increased with the increase of water temperature from 26℃to 34℃(Pkii and Amphiprion akallopisos respectively with increase of water temperature from 26℃to 34℃(P<0.05).Specific growth rates(P<0.05)increased significantly with increase of water temperature and positively correlated with the feed conversion ratio,indicating that growth rates are significantly increased with increase of ***:This study deliberately reveals that the physiological response of juveniles of clown fish as the change of water temperature and substantiated that water temperature influenced juvenile growth,survival and feeding *** study also put forward that the reduced growth,survival and feeding of juveniles at lower temperature which have ecological impacts on clown fish juveniles in settlement and population replacement in the wild.

Large Adrenal Pseudocyst: A Case Report

Introduction: Cysts of the adrenal gland are rare and are usually discovered incidentally, typically presented with abdominal pain or palpable mass. There are four categories of adrenal gland cyst: epithelial, endothelial, parasitic and pseudocysts. We report the case of a 33-year-old woman who presented as a pain of the right hypochondrium and abdominal distention and was diagnosed with a large unilateral adrenal pseudocyst. Case presentation: A 33-year-old Moroccan woman followed for acute articular rheumatism for 3 years was admitted with left hypochondralgia and abdominal distention. Magnetic resonance imaging. (MRI) and abdominal computed tomography revealed a large left adrenal cyst mass measuring 19 cm. The patient underwent surgery, and the cyst was completely removed. Histological examination revealed an adrenal pseudocyst. Symptoms resolved after pseudocyst removal. Conclusion: Adrenal pseudocysts are uncommon. Symptoms are usually related to the size and local pressure effect of the cysts.

A selective and new spectrophotometric method is described for determination of five 1,4 dihydropyridine drugs (1,4- DHP);namely nifedipine (NIF), nicardipine (NIC), nimodipine (NIM), felodipine (FEL) and amlodipine (AML). The method is based on a coupling reaction between the cited drugs and vanillin reagent in acidic condition. Under optimized conditions, the red coloured products were measured at 500 nm for NIF, NIC, NIM and FEL or at 479 nm for AML. Molar absorptivities were ranged from 0.575 × 104 - 1.065 × 104 l·mol-1·cm-1, Beer’s law was obeyed at 5 - 70 μg/mL concentration range and the limit of detection was ranged from 0.150 - 1.500 μg/mL. The proposed method was successfully extended to pharmaceutical preparations tablets and capsules and comparison by Student’s t-test and variance ratio F-test showed no significant difference.

Adsorption of Cu(II) on maghnite from aqueous solution: Effects of pH, initial concentration, interaction time and temperature

The adsorption behaviour of Cu2+ onto maghnite was conducted under batch conditions. The effect of time, pH of the dispersion, temperature and initial metal concentration on the adsorption of Cu2+ onto maghnite was investigated. In this study, 94% of Cu(II), was adsorbed on the maghnite clay when the equilibrium was reached at 120 min. The adsorption of Cu2+ was a fast process that followed the pseudo-second-order kinetics. This process could be described by the Langmuir model and gave a maximum Cu2+ adsorption capacity of 21.78 mg/g at 293 k. The thermodynamic parameters such as variation of enthalpy ΔH, variation of entropy ΔS and variation of Gibbs free energy ΔG were calculated from the slope and intercept of lnkd vs. 1/T plots. The adsorption was endothermic reaction. The adsorption process for this natural maghnite is more spontaneous because the values of ΔG are less negative. The results suggested that natural maghnite was suitable as sorbent material for the recovery and adsorption of metal ion from aqueous solutions.

In this study, Bismuth doped Titanium dioxide thin films were deposited on glass substrates by a pulse laser deposition using laser. The effect of annealing temperature on the structural and electrical properties was investigated. X-ray diffraction pattern for pure and doped titanium dioxide films with different doping different ratio with Bi show that these films have amorphous structure oanvert to polycrystalline structure with annealing and doping and have a good identically with standard peaks for Anatase and Rutile phases. The orientation was at specific direction for Rutile. The crystalline of films increases by the increase of doping ratio. The crystalline increased with annealing temperature. Annealed films at different annealing temperatures have been studied. The results show that these films have two activation energies and by increasing the doping ratio, the activation energies and the conductivity increase. Both the annealing and composition effects on Hall constant, density of electron carders and Hall mobility are studied. Hall Effect measurements show that all films have n- type charge conductivity and the concentration increases while the mobility decreases with doping and annealing.
