Developi.g a bi.materi.l for wound heali.g appli.ati.ns i. sti.l a ***,dysprosi.m oxi.e(Dy_(2)O_(3)),alumi.um oxi.e(Al_(2)O_(3)),and graphene oxi.e(GO)were embedded i. cast fi.ms based on polycaprolactone(PCL)to be exami.ed for wound dressi.g *** techni.ues were used to characteri.e the fabri.ated fi.ms i.cludi.g X-ray di.fracti.n(XRD),Fouri.r transform i.frared spectroscopy(FTi.),Raman,and scanni.g electron mi.roscopy(SEM),besi.es thei. bi.logi.al *** thermogravi.etri. analysi.(TGA)exhi.i.s hi.h thermal stabi.i.y as the scaffold wei.ht decreases sli.htly to 98.6%after rai.i.g the temperature from room temperature to 280℃.The cell vi.bi.i.y was i.vesti.ated and i. i. shown that the vi.ble cells grow up to approxi.a.ely 93%at 75μg/***,the cell attachment shows excellent behavi.r as the cells attach on most of the surface of the modi.i.d PCL whi.h shows hi.h bi.compati.i.i.y.

Objecti.e:The ai. of thi. study was to evaluate the feasi.i.i.y of i.travesi.al i.sti.lati.n of pla.elet-ri.h plasma(PRP)to treat i.tersti.i.l cysti.i./bladder pai. syndrome(i./BPS).Materi.ls and methods:Twenty PRP samples were tested i. vi.ro for stabi.i.y after exposure to uri.e samples wi.h di.ferent pH.A pi.ot study i.volvi.g 21 female pati.nts wi.h i./BPS was conducted,and 6 weekly doses of autologous PRP(50 mL)were *** were followed up at the 2nd,4th,8th,and 12th weeks after termi.ati.g *** pri.ary endpoi.t was the vi.ual analog scale(VAS)for pai.,and the secondary endpoi.ts i.cluded the i. symptom i.dex,i. problem i.dex of the O'Leary-Sant questi.nnai.e and global response assessment,uri.e culture,and *** was defi.ed as a reducti.n i. VAS by 30%or more compared wi.h basal level,and adverse events were ***:The mean±SD of VAS was si.ni.i.antly reduced compared wi.h basal level(4.4±2.6 vs.8.8±1.1,respecti.ely,p=0.001).Meanwhi.e,80%of cases were consi.ered successful,wi.h a 50.1%reducti.n i. the mean score compared wi.h the basal *** mean±SD of i. symptom i.dex and i. problem i.dex si.ni.i.antly i.proved compared wi.h the basal *** response assessment was markedly,modera.ely,and sli.htly i.proved i. 2(10%),10(50%),and 5(25%)pati.nts,respecti.ely,and showed no change i. 3(15%).Three pati.nts had posi.i.e uri.e cultures at follow-up,but 1 wi.hdrew after 2 sessi.ns because of a lack of ***:Repeated i.travesi.al i.sti.lati.n of PRP could be consi.ered an effecti.e and safe approach for treati.g i./BPS.

Chlori.e has been wi.ely used i. di.ferent advanced oxi.ati.n processes(AOPs)for mi.ropollutants *** thi. study,di.ferent chlori.e-based AOPs,na.ely medi.m pressure(MP)UV/chlori.e,low pressure(LP)UV/chlori.e,and i.-si.u chlori.ati.n,were compared for carbamazepi.e(CBZ)removal effi.i.ncy,energy consumpti.n,and di.i.fecti.n by-products(DBPs)*** three processes could achi.ve nearly 100%CBZ removal,whi.e the reacti.n ti.e needed by i.-si.u chlori.ati.n was double the ti.e requi.ed by UV/chlori.e *** energy consumed per magni.ude of CBZ removed(EE/O)of MP UV/chlori.e was 13 ti.es hi.her than that of LP UV/chlori.e,and relati.e to that of i.-si.u chlori.ati.n ***,MP and LP UV/chlori.e processes generated one to two orders of magni.ude more hydroxyl radi.als(^(·)OH)and reacti.e chlori.e speci.s(RCS)than i.-si.u ***,RCS were the domi.ant reacti.e speci.s,contri.uti.g to 78.3%,75.6%,and 71.6% of CBZ removal i. MP,LP UV/chlori.e,and i.-si.u chlori.ati.n,*** to the Gi.bs free energy barri.rs between CBZ and RCS/^(·)OH calculated based on densi.y functi.nal theory(DFT),RCS had more reacti.n routes wi.h CBZ and showed lower energy barri.r i. the mai. CBZ degradati.n pathways li.e epoxi.ati.n and formati.n of *** appli.d to secondary wastewater effluent,UV/chlori.e and i.-si.u chlori.ati.n produced overall DBPs rangi.g from 104.77 to 135.41μg/***,the producti.n of chlorate duri.g UV/chlori.e processes was 15 ti.es hi.her than that duri.g i.-si.u chlori.ati.n.
