Geopolymer concrete emerges as a promising avenue for sustainable development and offers an effective solution to environmental *** attributes as a non-toxic,low-carbon,and economical substitute for conventional cement concrete,coupled with its elevated compressive strength and reduced shrinkage properties,position it as a pivotal material for diverse applications spanning from architectural structures to transportation *** this context,this study sets out the task of using machine learning(ML)algorithms to increase the accuracy and interpretability of predicting the compressive strength of geopolymer concrete in the civil engineering *** achieve this goal,a new approach using convolutional neural networks(CNNs)has been *** study focuses on creating a comprehensive dataset consisting of compositional and strength parameters of 162 geopolymer concrete mixes,all containing Class F fly *** selection of optimal input parameters is guided by two distinct *** first criterion leverages insights garnered from previous research on the influence of individual features on compressive *** second criterion scrutinizes the impact of these features within the model’s predictive *** to enhancing the CNN model’s performance is the meticulous determination of the optimal *** a systematic trial-and-error process,the study ascertains the ideal number of epochs for data division and the optimal value of k for k-fold cross-validation—a technique vital to the model’s *** model’s predictive prowess is rigorously assessed via a suite of performance metrics and comprehensive score ***,the model’s adaptability is gauged by integrating a secondary dataset into its predictive framework,facilitating a comparative evaluation against conventional prediction *** unravel the intricacies of the CNN model’s learning trajectory,a loss plot is deployed to elucidate its learning rat

This article examines the dynamics for stochastic plate equations with linear memory in the case of bounded domain. We investigate the existence of solutions and bounded absorbing set by using the uniform pullback attractors on the tails estimates, and the asymptotic compactness of the random dynamical system is proved by decomposition method, and then we obtain the existence of a random attractor.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of retention ponds on the environment and population health by ana.yzing water samples from various ponds in Mogadishu, to determine the prevalence of waterborne illnesses that occur during the rainy season in Mogadishu, and to find out what experts thought about the effects of retention ponds on the environment as well as population health in Mogadishu. Methods: Mixed designs were used in the study. The first design is an exploratory study where samples are taken from different retention ponds in Mogadishu. The second design involves gathering secondary data from the online FSnaU Dashboard regarding the incidence of rainfall and waterborne illnesses including malaria and cholera. Additionally, a cross-sectional survey of expert opinions using questionnaires was the third design. The 10 water samples were taken from retention ponds in Mogadishu as part of the sample size. Data on the fourth month was also gathered using the FNSAU dashboard, and seventy sample sizes were used for the expert self-administered questionnaire for the third design. Excel was used for data ana.ysis in the initial design. While BMI SPSS versions 22 were used to ana.yze the data from the Self-administered Questionnaire, additional methods were utilized to compute descriptive statistics, such as mean and standard deviation, and to ana.yze demographic data in a frequency table. Findings: The results show that three samples had unsatisfactory scores (Grade D): yaqshid (Warshadda Bastada) had a WQI of 80.85, Boondheer (Bondher Pond) had a WQI of 80.64, and Wartanabad (Xamar Jadiid Pond) had a WQI of 80.89. The remaining samples were all rated as fair (grade), which indicates that they ranged from 50 to 75. The months with the largest rainfall already occurred in December, November, and October, when the prevalence of diseases during the rainy season was highest for cholera cases. This research was conducted in the Qassim region, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The goal of this research is to determine the percentage of silicon in the Rub al-Khali desert. Samples were collected from four cities located in the Al-Qassim Region of Saudi Arabia (Uyun Al-Jawa, Al-Fuwailiq, Al-Sulaibiya, and Al-Qawara), from three distinct depths (the earth’s surface, 50 cm, and 100 cm). The percentages of silicon in these places vary between the highest value for silicon dioxide, which is 74.47 m/m%, and 34.8 m/m% for silicon in Al-Qawara city at a depth of 100 cm. We used an x-ray fluorescence (XRF) instrument to evaluate the samples. There are high percentage of both silica and silicon in the nafud desert. Studies have shown that these ratios can help investors benefit from an element of Silicon and silicon dioxide, so the sands of the nafud desert is sufficient for extracting Silicon and silica in huge quantities. This may transform the Kingdom into a leading country in the global computer technology industry that depends on silicon extracted from the desert sands, the most important of which are microcomputer data processing devices.

Colonoscopy is an integral part of the lower bowel care and is generally considered a potentially safe diagnostic and therapeutic procedure performed as a daycare outpatient *** is associated with different complications that are not limited to adverse events related to the bowel preparation solutions used,the sedatives used,but to the procedure related as well including bleeding and *** to the extra-luminal abdominal organs during colonoscopy are uncommon,however,serious complications related to the procedure have been reported infrequently in the *** threatening injuries to the spleen,liver,pancreas,mesentery,and urina.y bladder have been reported as early as in *** injuries should not be overlooked by clinicians and *** increasing abdominal pain,abdominal distension,and hemodynamic instability in absence of rectal bleeding should raise the possibility of severe organ *** and hepatic injury following colonoscopy are usually serious and may be life *** conservative management may help,yet they usually need interventional radiology or surgical *** pancreatitis following colonoscopy is usually mild and is mostly managed *** mechanism of abdominal organ injuries during colonoscopy is not fully understood,however many risk factors have been identified,which can be classified as-organ related,procedure related,and local abdominal *** colonoscopy and prior intra-abdominal adhesions are probably the most relevant risk factors for these *** lateral position,avoidance of looping and excessive force during the procedure would probably reduce the risk of such injuries.

Retting has been employed to extract natural fibers from agricultural wastes as a biological and cost-effective approach for *** its global abundance,banana pseudo-stem is a promising agro-waste for lignocellulosic fiber *** this study,fibers were extracted from the pseudo-stems after being pre-treated under four conditions using seawater at room temperature for up to 35 d Bacterial isolation from the fresh seawater sample and screening for ligninolytic ability were *** load as well as laccase and manganese peroxidase enzyme activity profile assay during the retting duration were *** transform infrared(FT-IR)and X-day diffraction(XRD)ana.yses were also examined for both pre-treated and untreated extracted *** results shows that six out of the eight bacterial isolates had the ability to degrade *** treatments(Raw stem+Raw seawater)and(Autoclaved stem+Raw seawater)recorded the highest viable bacterial load of 9.24×102 and 4.46×102 CFU,respectively,on the 14th day of the retting ***,the highest laccase and manganese peroxidase enzymes activity was recorded for(Raw stem+Raw seawater)and(Autoclaved stem+Raw seawater)treatments in the second to the third *** FT-IR spectra of the pre-treated fibers revealed relative reductions in peaks attributed to polysaccharides and other amorphous substances for all retting *** XRD diffractogram revealed that the crystallinity index(CI)of pre-treated fibers increased in all seawater retting treatment ***,the CI for fibers pre-treated under enzymatic conditions were enhanced even after five *** ana.ysis for selected bacterial isolates showed homology to sequences of Bacillus velezensis,Shewanella sp.L8–5,and Citrobacter amalonaticus and Bacillus subtilis j8 *** these findings,it was suggested that physical,biological,and chemical actions were collectively involved in the seawater retting process of banana ps

Failure detection is an essential task in industrial systems for preventing costly downtime and ensuring the seamlessoperation of the system. Current industrial processes are getting smarter with the emergence of Industry ***, various modernized industrial processes have been equipped with quite a few sensors to collectprocess-based data to find faults arising or prevailing in processes along with monitoring the status of *** diagnosis of rotating machines serves a main role in the engineering field and industrial production. Dueto the disadvantages of existing fault, diagnosis approaches, which greatly depend on professional experienceand human knowledge, intellectual fault diagnosis based on deep learning (DL) has attracted the researcher’sinterest. DL reaches the desired fault classification and automatic feature learning. Therefore, this article designs a Gradient Optimizer Algorithm with Hybrid Deep Learning-based Failure Detection and Classification (GOAHDLFDC)in the industrial environment. The presented GOAHDL-FDC technique initially applies continuous wavelettransform (CWT) for preprocessing the actual vibrational signals of the rotating machinery. Next, the residualnetwork (ResNet18) model was exploited for the extraction of features from the vibration signals which are thenfed into theHDLmodel for automated fault detection. Finally, theGOA-based hyperparameter tuning is performedtoadjust the parameter valuesof theHDLmodel *** experimental result ana.ysis of the GOAHDL-FD Calgorithm takes place using a series of simulations and the experimentation outcomes highlight the better resultsof the GOAHDL-FDC technique under different aspects.
