The Ma.ga.ewa.Forma.ion is the prima.y reservoir ta.get in the Ma.ga.ewa.Field in the Ta.a.a.i Ba.in,New *** forma.ion is distinguished by its ma.gina. ma.ine substa.tia. tight-sa.d reservoir,ha.ing thickness exceeding 800 *** a.m of this study is to a.sess the reservoir properties of the Ma.ga.ewa.Forma.ion through 3D reservoir modeling,employing 3D seismic da.a.core da.a.a.d well da.a.from the Ma.ga.ewa.*** va.ia.ce a.tributes,the fa.lts a.d horizons ha.e been identified successfully within the *** ma.ority of the interpreted fa.lts exhibit dip a.gles exceeding 60°,with a.ma.imum displa.ement of 118 *** detect direct hydroca.bon indica.ors,root-mea.-squa.e a.plitude seismic a.tribute,envelope,a.d genera.ized spectra. decomposition techniques ha.e been ***,four lithofa.ies,comprising 78.3%sa.dstone,9.2%siltstone,9.5%cla.stone,a.d 3.0%coa. ha.e been esta.lished by utilizing the Sequentia. The current study wa. performed to eva.ua.e the liver function sta.us a. well a. molecula. cha.a.teriza.ion of the recovered worms in ra.s experimenta.ly infected with F. hepa.ica. Sixteen ma.e Wister ra.s a.ed 30 da.s were ra.domly a.loca.ed into two groups (n = 8). The first group wa. infected ora.ly with 15 via.le encysted meta.erca.ia.of F. hepa.ica.per a.ima.. The other group wa. kept non-infected (control group). a. zero time (before infection), the 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th, 12th a.d 14th weeks post-infection (WPI), blood a.d serum sa.ples were collected via.puncture of retro-orbita. plexus of veins from ea.h ra.. Serum enzyme level (a.T a.d a.T) a.d tota. protein were mea.ured, a.d the serum protein profile wa. ca.ried out using a.a.ose gel electrophoresis. During the period of the experiment, serum a.T a.d a.T a.tivities a.d serum tota. globulins significa.tly increa.ed while serum tota. proteins a.d a.bumin ma.kedly decrea.ed in the infected group. On the 14th WPI, the da.a.of the electropherogra. showed tha. globulin fra.tions (α1-, β- a.d γ-globulin) levels were significa.tly increa.ed while α2-globulin wa. ma.kedly decrea.ed in the infected group. The molecula. a.a.ysis confirmed the a.plifica.ion of the ITS1, ITS2 a.d NDI genes of F. hepa.ica.recovered from the infected liver of ra.s with a.plicon sizes of 630, 510 a.d 560 bp, respectively. Sequencing of the a.plified ITS gene resulted in the determina.ion of 3 stra.ns (PP108836, PP108837, a.d PP108838). a.so, a.a.ysis of the ITS2 gene resulted in obta.ning 3 isola.es under the a.cession numbers (PP109065, PP109066, a.d PP109067). In conclusion, fa.ciolosis in the ra. model is suita.le for routine experimenta. infections a.d ca.sed a.pronounced liver dysfunction with discha.ging of the Fa.ciola.eggs in the fa.ces a.d the development of a.ult sta.es in the bile ducts. The a.m of the present study wa. to determine the preva.ence of bovine cysticercosis in both ca.tle a.d buffloa., in Egypt a.d to a.sess the cysticida. effica.y of Ba.a.ites a.gyptia.a.fruits (B. a.gyptia.a. a.d Moringa.oleifera.seeds (M. oleifera. extra.ts in experimenta.ly infected mice. The study detected the level of tumor necrosis fa.tor (TNF-α) to monitor the immune a.d infla.ma.ory responses of experimenta.ly infected mice. Through mea. inspection, a.tota. number of 2125 ma.e bovine, 2 to 5 yea.s old, (1125 ca.tle a.d 1000 buffloes) were exa.ined under the a.thority of a.bsa.ine a.d a.wa.a. officia. a.a.toirs in Ca.ro Governora.e, Egypt covering the period extended from Ma.ch 2022 to a.ril 2023. The overa.l preva.ence of the disea.e a.ong bovine wa. 7.8% (6.31% of ca.tle a.d 9.5% of buffloes). Besides, B. a.gyptia.a.a.d M. oleifera.extra.ts showed cysticida. a.tivity in experimenta.ly infected mice. a.decrea.e in the numbers of cysticerci wa. found in a.l trea.ed mice groups, a.d up to 88% reduction wa. a.hieved in the B. a.gyptia.a.trea.ed group;higher tha. tha. wa. recorded in both M. oleifera.(72.23%) a.d a.benda.ole-trea.ed ones (80.56%). Postmortem findings proved tha. M. oleifera.a.d B. a.gyptia.a.reduced cysticerci numbers compa.a.le to a.commercia. a.thelmintic. The study showed a.significa.t decrea.e (P 0.001) in TNF-α levels a.ter trea.ment with Ba.a.ites a.d Moringa.extra.ts, compa.ed with the untrea.ed control a.d the a.benda.ole-trea.ed groups.

a.M： To study the role of ultra.ound biomicroscopy（UBM） in the a.sessment of the bleb function a.ter tra.eculectomy with mitomycin C（MMC）. METHODS： This wa. a.cross-sectiona. study including a.l ca.es ha. undergone tra.eculectomy with MMC 0.2 mg/mL for 3 min. Pa.ticipa.ts were recruited from the follow-up ca.es a. Depa.tment of Ophtha.mology, Ta.ta.University in the period from a.gust 2015 to a.gust 2016. Full history ta.ing a.d ophtha.mologica. exa.ina.ion were performed. Intra.cula. pressure（IOP） wa. mea.ured using Goldma.n a.pla.a.ion tonometry a.d the history of prescribed postopera.ive a.tigla.coma.medica.ions wa. recorded. a.cordingly, the tra.eculectomy blebs were divided clinica.ly into successful blebs when the IOP post-opera.ive wa. ≤18 mmHg without medica.ions. Sca.ning exa.ina.ion of the filtering bleb using UBM exa.ina.ion wa. performed a. the period from 2 to 36 mo a.ter tra.eculectomy（13.6±9.7 m o）. RESULTS： This study included 33 tra.eculectomy filtering blebs of 25 pa.ients（9 ma.es a.d 16 fema.es）. The mea. a.e of pa.ients wa. 53.2±14.2 y（ra.ge 25-71y）. We ha. 20 eyes with complete success, 9 eyes with qua.ified success, a.d 4 eyes with fa.lure a.ter tra.eculectomy with MMC. The blebs were cla.sified into successful blebs（IOP ≤18 mmHg without a.tigla.coma.medica.ions）, others were cla.sified into qua.ified successful a.d fa.led blebs. There wa. a.significa.t correla.ion between certa.n UBM findings（intra.bleb reflectivity, dra.ning sub-sclera. tra.t, bleb height, a.d intra.leb fluid cysts） a.d ca.es with different gra.es of clinica. functiona. success（P〈0.01）.CONCLUSION： UBM is a. objective tool in the functiona. a.sessment of the post-tra.eculectomy filtering bleb through a.significa.t correla.ion between certa.n UBM pa.a.eters a.d the different gra.es of clinica. functiona. success.

Objective: To eva.ua.e the synergetic effect of a. etha.olic extra.t of Egyptia. propolis in immuniza.ion of Ba.B/c mice with Ta.nia.sa.ina.a.T. sa.ina.a. crude a.tigen a.a.nst bovine cysticercosis, with reference to its effects on liver a.d kidney ***: Sixty fema.e mice Ba.B/c stra.n weighing 20 to 25 g a.d 6-8 weeks old were ra.domly a.loca.ed into six groups of ten mice ea.h. Mice in groups 1 a.d 2(G1 a.d G2) were immunized intra.eritonea.ly with 100 μg of T. sa.ina.a.crude a.tigen in 100 μL phospha.e buffer sa.ine emulsified in Freund's a.juva.t. Besides, the mice in G2 were a.ministered with propolis extra.t simulta.eously with immuniza.ion. Control mice were either a.ministered with propolis extra.t(G3) or injected with the sa.e volume of phospha.e buffer sa.ine emulsified in Freund's a.juva.t(G4). The mice in G5 were non-immunized infected control while, those in G6 were non-immunized non-infected control.
