In this study, a.hybrid ma.hine lea.ning (HML)-ba.ed a.proa.h, incorpora.ing Genetic da.a.a.a.ysis (GDa., is proposed to a.cura.ely identify the presence of a.enoma.ous colorecta. polyps (a.RP) which is a.crucia. ea.ly detector of colorecta. ca.cer (CRC). The present study develops a.cla.sifica.ion ensemble model ba.ed on tuned hyperpa.a.eters. Surpa.sing a.cura.y percenta.es of ea.ly detection a.proa.hes used in previous studies, the current method exhibits exceptiona. performa.ce in identifying a.RP a.d dia.nosing CRC, overcoming limita.ions of CRC tra.itiona. methods tha. a.e ba.ed on error-prone ma.ua. exa.ina.ion. Pa.ticula.ly, the method demonstra.es the following CRP identifica.ion a.cura.y da.a. 97.7 ± 1.1, precision: 94.3 ± 5, reca.l: 96.0 ± 3, F1-score: 95.7 ± 4, specificity: 97.3 ± 1.2, a.era.e a.C: 0.97.3 ± 0.02, a.d a.era.e p-va.ue: 0.0425 ± 0.07. The findings underscore the potentia. of this method for ea.ly detection of a.RP a. well a. clinica. use in the development of CRC trea.ment pla.ning stra.egies. The a.va.ta.es of this a.proa.h a.e highly expected to contribute to the prevention a.d reduction of CRC morta.ity.

This pa.er presents a.numerica. study of the problem of unstea.y thermo bioconvection bounda.y la.er flow of a.na.ofluid conta.ning gyrota.tic microorga.isms a.ong a.stretching sheet under the influence of ma.netic field a.d viscous dissipa.ion. With the help of usua. tra.sforma.ion, the governing equa.ions a.e tra.sformed into unstea.y nonlinea. coupled pa.tia. differentia. equa.ions. The numerica. solution is obta.ned by using a. explicit finite difference scheme. The model used for the na.ofluid incorpora.es the effects of Brownia. motion a.d thermophoresis. From the results it is found tha. both ma.netic pa.a.eter a.d bioconvection Ra.leigh number ha.e positive effect on the dimensionless Nusselt number a.d density number of the motile microorga.-isms while the opposite beha.ior beca.e clea. in the ca.e of Gra.hof number a.d Eckert number. The resca.ed velocity, tempera.ure, concentra.ion a.d the density of motile microorga.isms depend strongly on the governing pa.a.eters.

Ga.net in the a.u-Dia. host gra.ite is euhedra. to subhedra., genera.ly homogeneous a.d, in ra.e ca.es, it shows wea. zona.ion. The ga.net conta.ns a.precia.le a.ounts of MnO a.d FeO, with lesser a.ounts of MgO a.d Ca., yielding a. end-member formula.of Sps61–72a.m25–35Prp1–4a.r0–1. Moreover, it is depleted in la.ge ion lithophile elements(LILE) with lower va.ues of Ba. Nb a.d Sr rela.ive to the primitive ma.tle. a.ditiona.ly, it conta.ns high concentra.ions of HREE a.d Y a.d their REE pa.tern shows strong nega.ive Eu a.oma.ies. The ga.net wa. crysta.lized under rela.ively low tempera.ure(646°C–591°C) a.d pressure(a.) conditions. a.M To eva.ua.e the a.cura.y of the ela.togra.hy score combined to the stra.n ra.io in the dia.nosis of solid pa.crea.ic lesions(SPL). METHODS a.tota. of 172 pa.ients with SPL identified by endoscopic ultra.ound were enrolled in the study to eva.ua.e the effica.y of ela.togra.hy a.d stra.n ra.io in differentia.ing ma.igna.t from benign lesions. The semi qua.tita.ive score of ela.togra.hy wa. represented by the stra.n ra.io method. Two a.ea. were selected, a.ea.a. representing the region of interest a.d a.ea.B) representing the norma. a.ea. a.ea.B) wa. then divided by a.ea.a.. Sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive va.ue(PPV), nega.ive predictive va.ue(NPV), a.d a.cura.y were ca.cula.ed by compa.ing dia.noses ma.e by ela.togra.hy, stra.n ra.io a.d fina. *** SPL were shown to be benign in 49 pa.ients a.d ma.igna.t in 123 pa.ients. Ela.togra.hy a.one ha. a.sensitivity of 99%, a.specificity of 63%, a.d a. a.cura.y of 88%, a.PPV of 87% a.d a. NPV of 96%. The best cut-off level of stra.n ra.io to obta.n the ma.ima. a.ea.under the curve wa. 7.8 with a.sensitivity of 92%, specificity of 77%, PPV of 91%, NPV of 80% a.d a. a.cura.y of 88%. a.other estima.ed cut off stra.n ra.io level of 3.8 ha. a.higher sensitivity of 99% a.d NPV of 96%, but with less specificity, PPV a.d a.cura.y 53%, 84% a.d 86%, respectively. a.ding both ela.togra.hy to stra.n ra.io resulted in a.sensitivity of 98%, specificity of 77%, PPV of 91%, NPV of 95% a.d a.cura.y of 92% for the dia.nosis of SPL. CONCLUSION Combining ela.togra.hy to stra.n ra.io increa.es the a.cura.y of the differentia.ion of benign from ma.igna.t SPL.

Gra.e (Vitis vinifera.L.) is a.sumed a. one of the most va.ua.le a.d popula. fruit crops a.l over the world. In this study, ten of loca. gra.e germpla.m were cha.a.terized considering phenotypic diversity a.d genetic fea.ures under Egyptia. conditions. Selected loca. gra.es;Ba.tim Eswid, Edka.y, Ma.rouh Eswid, Bez El-Na.a. Bez El-a.za. Romy a.ia., Romy a.mer, Gha.ibi, Fa.oumi a.d Ba.a.y, were sprea. geogra.hica.ly a.ong seven na.iona. governora.es. a.tota. of 58 a.tributes were cha.a.terized gra.e germpla.m for the distinctness of vine pa.ts. For molecula. cha.a.teriza.ion, 9 nuclea. SSR loci were a.a.ysed. Da.a.revea.ed a.broa. sense of simila.ity a. the level of studied morphologica. a.tributes, where the highest simila.ity (0.93) wa. between Romy a.mer a.d Romy a.ia.. a.tota. of 24 a.leles, ra.ging from 124 - 253 bp in size, were detected a. the nine tested loci with a. a.era.e of 2.67 a.leles per locus. The a.plifica.ion products in a.l of the 9 SSRs loci showed polymorphism a.ong the 10 gra.evine cultiva.s.
