Ba.kground: Hepa.ocellula. ca.cinoma.(HCC) is the most common type of liver ca.cer a.d one of the lea.ing ca.ses of ca.cer-rela.ed dea.h worldwide. a.va.ced HCC displa.s strong resista.ce to chemothera.y, a.d tra.itiona. chemothera.y drugs do not a.hieve sa.isfa.tory thera.eutic effica.y. The delivery of thera.eutic compounds to the ta.get site is a.ma.or cha.lenge in the trea.ment of ma.y disea.es. Objective: This study a.ms to eva.ua.e a.tiva.ed cha.coa. na.opa.ticles a. a.drug delivery system for a.tica.cer a.ents (Sora.enib a.d Doxorubicin) in Hepa.ocellula. Ca.cer Stem Cells. Method: The percent efficiency of entra.ment (% EE) of the doxorubicin a.d sora.enib entra.ped onto the a.tiva.ed cha.coa. wa. obta.ned by determining the free doxorubicin a.d sora.enib concentra.ion in the superna.a.t-prepa.ed solutions. Then the cha.a.teriza.ions of na.opa.ticles were formed by determina.ion of the pa.ticle size distribution, zeta.potentia., a.d polydispersity index (PDI). The a.tica.cer a.tivity of a.tiva.ed Cha.coa., Doxorubicin-a.NP, sora.enib-a.NP, free doxorubicin, a.d free sora.enib solutions wa. mea.ured ba.ed on cell via.ility percenta.e in HepG2 cell lines (a.CC-CCL 75). In vitro RBC’s toxicity of Doxorubicin/sora.enib loa.ed cha.coa. wa. estima.ed by hemolysis percenta.e. Results: The synthesized Doxorubicin-a.NP a.d Sora.enib-a.NP were eva.ua.ed a.d their physiochemica. properties were a.so exa.ined. Essentia.ly, the percent Efficiency of Entra.ment (EE %) wa. found to be 87.5% a.d 82.66% for Doxorubicin-a.NP a.d Sora.enib-a.NP, respectively. The loa.ing ca.a.ity wa. 34.78% a.d 24.31% for Doxorubicin-a.NP a.d Sora.enib-a.NP. Using the Dyna.ic Light sca.tering [DLS] for the determina.ion of the hydrodyna.ic size a.d surfa.e zeta.potentia., a.na.row sa.ple size distribution wa. obta.ned of (18, 68, a.d 190 nm for cha.coa., 105, 255, a.d 712 nm for doxorubicin, a.d 91, 295, a.d 955 nm for sora.enib), respectively. a.surfa.e cha.ge of −13.2, −15.6 a.d −17 wa. obta
