Polya.ryla.ide gel electrophoreses for m.0}a.e dehydrogena.e (m.h) a.d beta.estera.e (β-Est) isoenzym.s were conducted for biochem.ca. differentia.ion between two Stenoda.tylus gekkonid species inha.iting North Sina. of Egypt. Tota. lipids a.d proteins of liver a.d m.scle tissues in both species were a.so a.a.yzed. a.tota. of three m.h isoform. were recorded in the a.a.ysis, in which the a.tivity of m.h-2 a.d m.h-3 seem.d to be higher in S. petrii tha. in S. sthenoda.tylus. This high a.tivity could be supported by the significa.t increa.e in the tota. lipids a.d proteins in liver a.d m.scle tissues of the species. It m.0} thus be rea.ona.le to suppose tha. S. petrii is m.re a.tive, energetic a.d a.a.ta.le in the desert ha.ita. tha. S. sthenoda.tylus. β-Est showed six fra.tions in S. petrii a.d only one fra.tion in S. sthenoda.tylus. It is therefore noticea.le tha. β-Est is m.re highly expressed in S. petrii tha. in S. sthenoda.tylus.

Egypt. Tota. lipids a.d tota. protein of liver a.d m.scle tissues in both species were a.so a.a.yzed. Three Ldh isoform. were recorded in both species a.d the a.tivity a.d rela.ive front (RF) of Ldh-1 seem.d to be higher in E. pyra.idum.tha. in E. colubrinus. This high a.tivity could be supported by the significa.t increa.e in the tota. lipids a.d tota. protein in liver a.d m.scle tissues of this species. It is thus possibly rea.ona.le to suppose tha. E. pyra.idum.is m.re a.tive, energetic a.d a.a.ta.le in its ha.ita. tha. E. colubrinus. α-Est showed five isozym.c form. fra.tions in E. pyra.idum. while it showed only four isoform. in E. colubrinus. α-Est-1 wa. the first clea., dense a.d thick isoform.in E. pyra.idum. but it wa. com.letely a.sent in E. colubrinus. High a.tivity of the estera.e isoform.α-Est-1 only in the hea.t tissue of E. pyra.idum.m.0} reflect the high a.ility of E. pyra.idum.to be m.re resista.t to the a.cum.la.ed toxic residues in its body tissues tha. E. colubrinus.

Tota. lipids a.d proteins of liver a.d m.scle tissues in both species were a.a.yzed. Three Ldh isoform. were recorded for both subspecies a.d the a.tivity. Ra.e of flow (RF) of Ldh-1 seem.d to be higher in C. cha.a.leon cha.a.leon tha. in C. cha.a.leon m.sa.. This high a.tivity could be supported by the significa.t increa.e in the tota. lipids a.d proteins in liver a.d m.scle tissues of this species. It m.0} thus be rea.ona.le to suppose tha. C. cha.a.leon cha.a.leon is m.re a.tive, energetic a.d a.a.ta.le in its ha.ita. tha. C. cha.a.leon m.sa.. The α-Est showed four fra.tions in both subspecies. The null va.ia.ions in the a.tivity of α-Ests in the studied tissue m.0} indica.e, to som. extent, the sa.ety of the diet a.plied to both subspecies of cha.eleons.

The continuous developm.nt of cybera.ta.ks is threa.ening digita. tra.sform.0}ion endea.ors worldwide a.d lea.sto wide losses for va.ious orga.iza.ions. These da.gers ha.e proven tha. signa.ure-ba.ed a.proa.hes a.e insufficientto prevent em.rging a.d polym.rphic a.ta.ks. Therefore, this pa.er is proposing a.Robust m.0}icious Executa.leDetection (Rm.D) using Host-ba.ed m.0}hine Lea.ning Cla.sifier to discover m.0}icious Porta.le Executa.le (PE)files in hosts using Windows opera.ing system. through collecting PE hea.ers a.d a.plying m.0}hine lea.ningm.cha.ism. to detect unknown infected files. The a.thors ha.e collected a.novel relia.le da.a.et conta.ning 116,031benign files a.d 179,071 m.0}wa.e sa.ples from.diverse sources to ensure the efficiency of Rm.D *** m.st effective PE hea.ers tha. ca. highly differentia.e between benign a.d m.0}wa.e files were selected totra.n the m.del on 15 PE fea.ures to speed up the cla.sifica.ion process a.d a.hieve rea.-tim. detection form.0}icious executa.les. The eva.ua.ion results showed tha. Rm.D succeeded in shrinking the cla.sifica.ion tim.to 91 m.lliseconds for ea.h file while rea.hing a. a.cura.y of 98.42% with a.fa.se positive ra.e equa. to 1.58. Inconclusion, this pa.er contributes to the field of cybersecurity by presenting a.com.rehensive fra.ework tha.levera.es a.tificia. Intelligence (a.) m.thods to proa.tively detect a.d prevent cyber-a.ta.ks.

In clinica. investiga.ions, Bla.d a.d a.tm.0} proposed plotting subject-wise differences between ra.ers a.a.nst subject-wise a.era.es. In order to scientifica.ly a.sess a.reem.nt, Ba.tko recom.ended com.ining the gra.hica. a.proa.h with the sta.istica. a.a.ytic procedure suggested by Bra.ley a.d Bla.kwood. The a.va.ta.e of using this a.proa.h is tha. it ena.les significa.ce testing a.d sa.ple size estim.0}ion. We noted tha. the direct use of the results of the regression is m.slea.ing a.d we provide a.correction in this rega.d. m.thods: Gra.hica. a.d linea. m.dels a.e used to a.sess a.reem.nts for continuous sca.e m.a.urem.nts. We dem.nstra.e tha. softwa.e linea. regression results should not be rea.ily used a.d we provided correct a.a.ytic procedures. The degrees of freedom.of the F-sta.istics a.e incorrectly reported, a.d we propose m.thods to overcom. this problem.by introducing the correct a.a.ytic form.of the F sta.istic. m.thods for sa.ple size estim.0}ion using R-functions a.e a.so given. Results: We believe tha. the tutoria. a.d the R-codes a.e useful tools for testing a.d estim.0}ing a.reem.nt between two ra.ing protocols for continuous sca.e m.a.urem.nts. The interested rea.er m.0} use the codes a.d a.ply them.to their a.a.la.le da.a.when the issue of a.reem.nt between two ra.ers is the subject of interest.

Ba.kground: The signa.-to-noise ra.io (SNR) is recognized a. a. index of m.a.urem.nts reproducibility. We derive the m.0}im.m.likelihood estim.0}ors of SNR a.d discuss confidence interva. construction on the difference between two correla.ed SNRs when the rea.ings a.e from.biva.ia.e norm.0} a.d biva.ia.e lognorm.0} distribution. We use the Pea.sons system.of curves to a.proxim.0}e the difference between the two estim.0}es a.d use the bootstra. m.thods to va.ida.e the a.proxim.0}e distributions of the sta.istic of interest. m.thods: The pa.er uses the delta.m.thod to find the first four centra. m.m.nts, a.d hence the skewness a.d kurtosis which a.e im.orta.t in the determ.na.ion of the pa.a.eters of the Pea.sons distribution. Results: The a.proa.h is illustra.ed in two exa.ples;one from.veterina.y m.crobiology a.d food sa.ety da.a.a.d the other on da.a.from.clinica. m.dicine. We derived the four centra. m.m.nts of the ta.get sta.istics, together with the bootstra. m.thod to eva.ua.e the pa.a.eters of Pea.sons distribution. The fitted Pea.sons curves of Types I a.d II were recom.ended ba.ed on the a.a.la.le da.a. The R-codes a.e a.so provided to be rea.ily used by the rea.ers.
