mapping global research trends: Nutrition associations with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease - a Scopus bibliometric analysis

BACKGROUND Several bibliometric analyses have been carried out to identify research hotspots and trends in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)***,there are still significant knowledge gaps that must be filled to advance our understanding of and ability to treat *** To evaluate,through bibliometric and visual analysis,the current status of related research,related research frontiers,and the developmental trends in the field of diet and *** We retrieved publications about diet and NAFLD published between 1987 and 2022 from ***,we used VOSviewer 1.6.20 to perform bibliometric analysis and *** We found a total of 1905 studies,including 1637(85.93%)original articles and 195(10.24%)reviews,focused on the examination of NAFLD and its correlation with diet that were published between 1987 and *** the remaining five types of documents,38 were letters,notes,editorials,meeting minutes,or brief surveys,representing 1.99%of the total *** countries with the most publications on this topic were China(n=539;28.29%),followed by the United States(n=379;19.90%),Japan(n=133;6.98%),and South Korea(n=127;6.6%).According to the citation analysis,the retrieved papers were cited an average of 32.3 times and had an h-index of 106,with 61014 total *** two main clusters on the map included those related to:(1)Inflammation and oxidative stress;and(2)Dietary interventions for *** This was the first study to use data taken from Scopus to visualize network mapping in a novel bibliometric analysis of studies focused on diet and *** 2017,the two domains that received the most attention were“dietary interventions for NAFL”’and“‘inflammation and oxidative stress implicated in NAFLD and its correlation with diet.”We believe that this study provides important information for academics,dietitians,and doctors,and that additional research on dietary interventions and NAFLD is warranted.

Bioinformatics analysis and experimental validation of cystathionine-gamma-lyase as a potential prognosis biomarker in hepatocellular carcinoma

Background:Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is a common malignant tumor with poor prognosis and high mortality *** cystathionine-gamma-lyase(CSE)plays an important role in the development of multiple tumors,the clinical implication and potential mechanisms of CSE in HCC development remain ***:In our study,the CSE expression in HCC was analyzed in Gene Expression Omnibus(GEO)and The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)datasets and further conﬁrmed by RT-qPCR and immunohistochemistry assays in HCC ***,the associations between CSE expression and HCC malignancy as well as survival were analyzed in GSE14520 and validated in HCC ***,the biological functions of CSE in HCC cells was assessed by CCK-8,ﬂow cytometry and Western ***:Lower transcriptional and proteomic CSE expressions were found in HCC tissues in contrast to adjacent normal *** CSE mRNA expression was signiﬁcantly associated with advanced clinicopathological features and poor outcomes in HCC patients from public database and our *** univariate and multivariate analyses of GSE14520 data showed that CSE expression was an independent prognostic indicator for the overall survival(OS)and recurrence-free survival(RFS)of HCC *** vitro experiments further explained that CSE might trigger HCC cell apoptosis by ***:In summary,the present study identiﬁed the relationship between CSE expression and HCC malignancy as well as OS and RFS,indicating that CSE might be a potential prognostic biomarker and a novel therapeutic target for HCC.

针对车载导航模式单一、无法根据情境差异动态改变交互策略导致用户体验不足的问题,本文提出了一种支持根据不同情境自适应车载导航交互策略的情境引擎模型。结合以用户为中心的设计流程(UCD)与情境感知理论,定义了汽车人机交互情境,并通过对典型驾驶用户进行跟车调研,提取关键情境要素,阐述了导航情境下情境引擎模型的自适应交互策略及原理,将用户对不同信息的需求程度映射至交互表现层的详细程度。进行了贴合驾驶员不同需求层级的导航HmI信息框架梳理与组件设计,对两个典型导航使用情境进行了交互界面设计与分析。结果表明,情境引擎能对各驾驶情境下的驾驶员需求进行自适应交互,可为智能座舱驾驶交互体验的优化与研发提供借鉴。

To the editor:Allogeneic hemopoietic stem cell transplantation(allo-HSCT)represents the only long-term survival treatment choice for patients with m.elodysplastic syndromes(mDS)and mDS/m.eloproliferative neoplasm(mPN).Unfortunately,post-hemopoietic stem cell transplantation(HSCT)relapse remains a cause of treatment failure and the results of salvage treatments are *** better conditioning regimens is urgently *** studies have shown synergistic antileukemic effects between decitabine(DEC)and idarubicin(IDA).[1]In an attempt to design a conditioning strategy with very low toxicity but considerable m.elosuppressive activity and potential immune-enhancing effects for patients with high-risk mDS and mDS/mPN,we combined DEC and IDA with busulfan,cyclophosphamide,andudarabine for a modied m.eloablative regimen in this prospective,multicenter cohort study(hereafter referred to as the“DEC/IDA study”).
