Dry machining has become a key issue to significantly reduce the wastes of used lubricants and cleaning agents and to improve the environmental consciousness for medical and food applications of special tooling. Since the tools and metallic works are in direct contact in dry, severe adhesive wear and oxidation are thought to occur even at the presence of hard protective coatings. Self-lubrication mechanism with use of lubricous oxide films is found to be effective for dry machining. Through the chlorine ion implantation to tools, titanium base oxides are in-situ formed on the tool surface. This oxide deforms elasto-plastically so that both friction coefficient and wear volume are reduced even in the high-speed cutting.

BACKGROUND Endoscopic mucosal dissection has become the standard treatment for early gastric ***,post-endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD)ulcer occurs in 4.4%of *** study hypothesized whether applying PuraStat,a novel hemostatic peptide solution,prevents post-ESD *** To investigate the preventive potential of PuraStat,a hemostatic formulation,against bleeding in post-ESD gastric *** Between May 2022 and March 2023,101 patients(Group P)underwent ESD for gastric diseases at our hospital and received PuraStat(2 mL)for post-ESD *** retrospectively compared this group with a control group(Group C)com-prising 297 patients who underwent ESD for gastric diseases at our hospital between April 2017 and March 2021.P values<0.05 on two-sided tests indicated *** Post-ESD bleeding occurred in 6(5.9%)(95%CI:2.8-12.4)and 20(6.7%)(95%CI:4.4-10.2)patients in Groups P and C,respectively,with no significant between-group *** relative risk was 1.01(95%CI:0.95-1.07).The lesser curvature or anterior wall was the bleeding site in all 6 patients who experienced postoperative bleeding in Group *** multivariate analysis,the odds ratios for resection diameter≥50 mm and oral anticoagulant use were 6.63(95%CI:2.52-14.47;P=0.0001)and 4.04(1.26-0.69;P=0.0164),*** adjusted odds ratio of post-ESD bleeding and PuraStat was 1.28(95%CI:0.28-2.15).CONCLUSION PuraStat application is not associated with post-ESD ***,the study suggests that gravitational forces may affect the effectiveness of applied PuraStat.

A dye-sensitized photocatalyst combining Pt-loaded TiO_(2)and Ru(Ⅱ)tris-diimine sensitizer(RuP)was constructed and its activity for photochemical hydrogen evolution was compared with that of Pt-intercalated HCa_(2)Nb_(3)O_(10)*** the sacrificial donor ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid(EDTA)disodium salt dihydrate was used,RuP/Pt/TiO_(2)showed higher activity than RuP/Pt/HCa_(2)Nb_(3)O_(10).In contrast,when NaI(a reversible electron donor)was used,RuP/Pt/TiO_(2)showed little activity due to back electron transfer to the electron acceptor(I3-),which was gener-ated as the oxidation product of I-.By modification with anionic polymers(sodium poly(styrenesulfonate)or sodium polymethacrylate)that could inhibit the scavenging of conduction band electrons by I3-,the H_(2)production activity from aqueous NaI was improved,but it did not exceed that of RuP/Pt/HCa_(2)Nb_(3)O_(10).Transient absorption measurements showed that the rate of semiconductor-to-dye back electron transfer was slower in the case of TiO_(2)than HCa_(2)Nb_(3)O_(10),but the electron transfer reaction to I3-was much *** results indicate that Pt/TiO_(2)is useful for reactions with sacrificial reductants(e.g.,EDTA),where the back electron transfer reaction to the more reducible product can be ***,more careful design of the catalyst will be nec-essary when a reversible electron donor is employed.

Objective Speech recognition technology is widely used as a mature technical approach in many *** the study of depression recognition,speech signals are commonly used due to their convenience and ease of *** speech recognition is popular in the research field of depression recognition,it has been little studied in somatisation disorder *** reason for this is the lack of a publicly accessible database of relevant speech and benchmark *** this end,we introduced our somatisation disorder speech database and gave benchmark *** By collecting speech samples of somatisation disorder patients,in cooperation with the Shenzhen University General Hospital,we introduced our somatisation disorder speech database,the Shenzhen Somatisation Speech Corpus(SSSC).Moreover,a benchmark for SSSC using classic acoustic features and a machine learning model was proposed in our *** To obtain a more scientific benchmark,we compared and analysed the performance of different acoustic features,i.e.,the full ComPare feature set,or only Mel frequency cepstral coefficients(MFCCs),fundamental frequency(F0),and frequency and bandwidth of the formants(F1-F3).By comparison,the best result of our benchmark was the 76.0%unweighted average recall achieved by a support vector machine with formants F1–*** The proposal of SSSC may bridge a research gap in somatisation disorder,providing researchers with a publicly accessible speech *** addition,the results of the benchmark could show the scientific validity and feasibility of computer audition for speech recognition in somatization disorders.

WUSCHEL (WUS)是一种同源结构域转录因子，其作为WOX家族的一个进化分支，可能通过调节特定靶基因的表达，在植物细胞的胚胎发生和芽再生中发挥重要作用。本研究利用生物信息学方法在小麦(Triticum aestivum)的全基因组中一共鉴定出25个WUS基因，不均匀分布在第1、第2、第3和第5同源群染色体上，并且其在第3同源群染色体上发生了串联重复现象。保守结构域分析显示，该家族成员均含有motif 1和motif 3，基因结构和进化树显示，聚类在一起的WUS蛋白具有类似的基因结构。在TaWUSs的启动子区共鉴定出18类激素响应与非生物胁迫类的响应元件。组织表达谱分析显示，25个TaWUSs在小麦中拥有明显的组织表达特异性，且多数在花器官高表达。qRT-PCR结果进一步证实了TaWUS-2A1、TaWUS-3B2、TaWUS-3D2、TaWUS-5A1、TaWUS-5B1和TaWUS-5D1在正常雄蕊中高表达，而TaWUS-3D1在正常雌蕊中高表达。尤其是TaWUS-1A、TaWUS-1B、TaWUS-1D和TaWUS-2D1在雌蕊化雄蕊中高表达，预示其可能在调控小麦同源转化型雄性不育突变体(HTS-1)中雄蕊同源转化为雌蕊性状的形成中发挥作用。本研究为进一步解析小麦WUS亚家族基因的功能提供了理论基础。

Autoimmune pancreatitis with IgG4-positive plasma cell infiltration in salivary glands and biliary tract

A 62-year-old male was referred to our hospital because of liver dysfunction, diffuse pancreatic swelling, and trachelophyma. At admission, the patient was free of pain. Physical examination showed enlarged and palpable bilateral submandibular masses, but no palpable mass or organomegaly in the abdomen. Laboratory findings were as follows： total protein 90 g/L with γ-globulin of 37.3% （33 g/L）, total bilirubin 4 mg/L, aspartate aminotransferase 39 IU/L, alanine aminotransferase 67 IU/L,γ-glutamyl transpeptidase 1 647 IU/L, and amylase 135 IU/L. Autoantibodies were negative, and tumor markers were within the normal range. Serum IgG4 level was markedly elevated （18 900 rag/L）. Computed tomography （CT） showed diffuse swelling of the pancreas and dilatation of both common and intra-hepatic bile ducts. Endoscopic retrograde pancreatography （ERP） revealed diffuse irregular and narrow main pancreatic duct and stenosis of the lower common bile duct. Biopsy specimens from the pancreas, salivary gland and liver showed marked periductal IgG4-positive plasma cell infiltration with fibrosis. We considered this patient to be autoimmune pancreatitis （AIP） with fibrosclerosis of the salivary gland and biliary tract, prescribed prednisolone at an initial dose of 40 mg/d. Three months later, the laboratory data improved almost to normal. Abdominal CT reflected prominent improvement in the pancreatic lesion. Swelling of the salivary gland also improved. At present, the patient is on 10 mg/d of prednisolone without recurrence of the pancreatitis. We present here a case of AIP with fibrosclerosis of salivary gland and biliary tract.

Nowadays Computational Fluid Dynamics （CFD） software is adopted as a design and analysis tool in a great number of engineering fields. We can say that single-physics CFD has been suffciently matured in the practical point of view. The main target of existing CFD software is single-phase flows such as water and air. However, many multi-physics problems exist in engineering. Most of them consist of flow and other physics, and the interactions between different physics are very important. Obviously, multi-physics phenomena are critical in devel- oping machines and processes. A multi-physics phenomenon seems to be very complex, and it is so difficult to be predicted by adding other physics to flow phenomenon. Therefore, multi-physics CFD techniques are still under research and development. This would be caused from the facts that processing speed of current computers is not fast enough for conducting a multi-physics simulation, and furthermore physical models except for flow physics have not been suitably established. Therefore, in near future, we have to develop various physical models and ef- ficient CFD techniques, in order to success multi-physics simulations in engineering. In the present paper, I will describe the present states of multi-physics CFD simulations, and then show some numerical results such as ice accretion and electro-chemical machining process of a three-dimensional compressor blade which were obtained in my laboratory. Multi-physics CFD simulations would be a key technology in near future.

NiCl2(bpy) catalyzed polycondensation between p-dibromobenzene and m-dibromobenzene has been carried out under various conditions. The polycondensation endows the copolymer with an M-n of 2300 (by GPC, polystyrene standards) and good solubility in organic solvents. The fluorescence spectra of the copolymer measured with tetrahydrofuran solution shows an emission maximum (lambda(max)) at 372.8 nm, whereas for the film the maximum shifts to 436.6 nm.
