Three kinds of effective error bounds of the quadrature form.las with m.ltiple nodes that are generalizations of the well-known m.cchelli-Rivlin quadrature form.la, when the integrand is a function analytic in the regions bounded by confocal ellipses, are given. A num.rical exam.le which illustrates the calculation of these error bounds is included.

AIm.To determ.ne the effect of free serotonin concentrations in plasm. on developm.nt of esophageal and gastric fundal varices. m.THODS:This prospective study included 33 patients with liver cirrhosis and 24 healthy controls. Ultrasonography and m.asurem.nt of serotonin concentration in plasm. were carried out in both groups of subjects. The upper fiber panendoscopy was perform.d only in patients with liver cirrhosis. RESULTS:The m.an plasm. free serotonin levels were m.ch higher in liver cirrhosis patients than in healthy controls (219.0 ± 24.2 nm.l/L vs 65.4 ± 18.7 nm.l/L,P m. and the size of the esophageal varices according to Spearm.n coefficient of correlation (rs =-0.217,P > 0.05). However,the correlation of plasm. serotonin concentration and gastric fundal varices was highly significant (rs =-0.601,P m.nt of fundal varices,indicating the clinical value of serotonergic receptor blockers in these patients.

The paper analyzes applicability of legal fram. of international standards on the protection of juvenile rights which are expressed through the concept of protection of ＂the best interests of a child and juvenile＂, in view of the question whether the Federation of Bill perform. appropriate activities and to which extent, and are there controversy points that need to be resolved separately. It points out the unknowns which the practices of the courts in the Federation of Bill have not yet com.letely resolved, and are related to the applicability of the new rules adopted by the Law on Protection and Treatm.nt of Children and Juveniles in Crim.nal Proceedings of the Federation of Bill. Also, it presents a set of legal rules that regulate crim.nal proceedings against juveniles within the Federation of Bill, with a special em.hasis on the basic characteristics of this process. Finally, possible solutions to the m.ntioned am.iguities and dilem.as are proposed in accordance with the principle of legal certainty as essential to addressees of the relevant legal norm.

In facial aesthetics there is always a perm.nent search for classical or universal beauty,through history and art as well,and certainly aesthetic procedures are here to help us to achieve that goal and establish true criteria. Aesthetic surgery has always been irreplaceable factor in facial rejuvenation.

AIm.To translate into Serbian and to investigate the validity of the cross-culturally adapted the chronic liver disease questionnaire(CLDQ).m.THODS:The questionnaire was validated in 103 consecutive CLD patients treated between October 2009 and October 2010 at the Clinic for Gastroenterology,Clinical Centre of Serbia,Belgrade(Serbia).Exclusion criteria were:age m.lications of CLD(acute liver failure,variceal bleeding,and spontaneous bacterial peritonitis),hepatic encephalopathy(grade > 2)and liver *** of the CLDQ was done based on the following param.ters:(1)acceptance is shown by the proportion of m.ssing item.;(2)internal reliabilities were assessed for m.ltiple item.scales by using Cronbach alpha coefficient;and(3)in order to assess whether the allocation of item. in the dom.in corresponds to their distribution in the original questionnaire(construction validity),an exploratory factor analysis was *** validity was determ.ned by com.aring the corresponding CLDQ score/sub-score in patients with different severity of the ***:The Serbian version of CLDQ questionnaire com.leted 98% *** of m.ssing item. was 0.06%.The total tim. needed to fill the questionnaire was ranged from.8 to 15 *** in com.leting the questionnaire required 4.8% patients,while 2.9% needed help in reading,and 1.9% involved writing *** m.an age of the selected patients was 53.8 ± 12.9 years and 54.4% were *** CLDQ score was 4.62 ± ***'s alpha for the whole scale was *** for all dom.ins was above 0.70,except for the dom.in "Activity"(0.49).The exploratory factor analysis m.del revealed 6 factors with eigenvalue of greater than 1,explaining 69.7% of cum.lative *** m.jority of the item.(66%)in the Serbian version of the CLDQ presented the highest loading weight in the dom.in assigned by the CLDQ developers:"Fatigue"(5/5),"Em.tiona

Background Drug-eluting stents （DES） are the m.st com.on device used in percutaneous treatm.nt of coronary artery disease. Recently, there has been an increased concern regarding their safety profile, in particular the late and very late stent throm.osis rate com.ared to bare m.tal stents （Bm.）. The aim.of the study was to com.are the reported incidence of late and very late stent throm.osis of DES and Bm. in patients from.published clinical studies with an extended follow-up period to four *** A search strategy was developed to identify publications reporting on late or very late throm.osis of Bm. and DES available through m.DLINE and Cochrane Library databases. Two independent reviewers appraised eligible studies and extracted data. Odds ratios （OR） were calculated for each outcom. and presented with 95% confidence intervals （CI）.Results Fourteen random.zed controlled trials, which were at least single blinded, were identified. There was no difference in the incidence of late and very late stent throm.osis in patients treated with DES com.ared with patients treated with Bm. （late OR 0.55, 95%Cl 0.23-1.31 and late/very late OR=1.08, 95%CI 0.61-1.91）.Conclusions The safety profile of DES was sim.lar to Bm. in term. of stent throm.osis. We found no evidence of increased risk of late and very late throm.osis for DES.
