During criminal case investigations,blood evidence tracing is critical for criminal ***,the blood stains are often cleaned or covered up after the crime,resulting in trace residue and difficult ***,a highly sensitive and specific method for the rapid detection of human blood stains remains *** solve this problem,we established a nanozyme-based strip for rapid detection of blood evidence with high sensitivity and *** construct reliable nanozyme strips,we synthesized CoFe_(2)O_(4) nanozymes with high peroxidase-like activity by scaling up to gram level,which can be supplied for six million tests,and conjugated antibody as a detection probe in nanozyme *** developed CoFe_(2)O_(4) nanozyme strip can detect human hemoglobin(HGB)at a concentration as low as 1 ng/mL,which is 100 times lower than the commercially available colloidal gold strips(100 ng/mL).Moreover,this CoFe_(2)O_(4) nanozyme strip showed high generality on 12 substrates and high specificity to human HGB among 13 animal blood ***,we applied the developed CoFe_(2)O_(4) nanozyme strip to successfully detect blood stains in three real cases,where the current commercial colloidal gold strip failed to *** results suggest that the CoFe_(2)O_(4) nanozyme strip can be used as an effective on-scene detection method for human blood stains,and can further be used as a long-term preserved material evidence for traceability inquiry.

目的基于疾病诊断相关分组(diagnosis related groups, DRGs)在医院绩效管理中的运用，不同种类的医疗器械应选择国产还是进口品牌，为临床提供合理化建议。方法通过参加展会，加强与医疗器械企业交流，了解目前国产与进口医疗器械发展情况；查阅相关网站、文件，掌握与医疗器械生产、管理、使用等相关政策；汇总2018～2020年某三级医院国产与进口医疗器械的数量；选取两种手术器械，介绍国产品牌的技术创新；选取电子胆道镜和移动DR,对比分析国产与进口品牌产品的经济效益。结果近几年国产医疗器械呈现由低端向中高端创新发展的趋势，逐步打破进口中高端医疗器械垄断市场的局势。该医院近三年国产医疗器械数量的增长幅度大于进口医疗器械，但主要还是以技术成熟的低端医疗器械为主。选取的两种手术器械的国产品牌已完全可以替代进口品牌，并在技术性能方面进一步创新；对比选取的电子胆道镜及移动DR两种医疗器械国产与进口品牌的效益分析，国产品牌的性价比要稍优于进口品牌。结论医院应结合当下政策导向、医疗器械技术性能、经济效益等因素综合考虑确定使用国产或进口医疗器械。

Graphene is one of the most promising candidates for integrated circuits due to its robustness against short-channel effects, inherent high carrier mobility and desired gapless nature for Ohmic contact, but it is difficult to achieve satisfactory on/off ratios even at the expense of its carrier mobility, limiting its device applications. Here, we present a strategy to realize high back-gate switching ratios in a graphene monolayer with well-maintained high mobility by forming a vertical heterostructure with a black phosphorus multi-layer. By local current annealing, strain is introduced within an established area of the graphene, which forms a reflective interface with the rest of the strain-free area and thus generates a robust off-state via local current depletion. Applying a positive back-gate voltage to the heterostructure can keep the black phosphorus insulating, while a negative back-gate voltage changes the black phosphorus to be conductive because of hole accumulation. Then, a parallel channel is activated within the strain-free graphene area by edge-contacted electrodes, thereby largely inheriting the intrinsic carrier mobility of graphene in the on-state. As a result, the device can provide an on/off voltage ratio of >10～3 as well as a mobility of ～8000 cm2V-1s-1at room temperature, meeting the low-power criterion suggested by the International Roadmap for Devices and Systems.

Background:B-cell CLL/lymphoma 6(BCL6)is a transcriptional master regulator that represses more than 1200 potential target *** previous study showed that a decline in blood production in runting and stunting syndrome(RSS)affected sex-linked dwarf(SLD)chickens compared to SLD ***,the association between BCL6 gene and hematopoietic function remains unknown in ***:In this study,we used RSS affected SLD(RSS-SLD)chickens,SLD chickens and normal chickens as research object and overexpression of BCL6 in hematopoietic stem cells(HSCs),to investigate the effect of the BCL6 on differentiation and development of ***:The results showed that comparison of RSS-SLD chickens with SLD chickens,the BCL6 was highly expressed in RSS-SLD chickens bone *** bone marrow of RSS-SLD chickens was exhausted and red bone marrow was largely replaced by yellow bone marrow,bone density was reduced,and the levels of immature erythrocytes in peripheral blood were *** the same time,the hematopoietic function of HSCs decreased in RSS-SLD chickens,which was manifested by a decrease in the hematopoietic growth factors(HGFs)EPO,SCF,TPO,and IL-3,as well as hemoglobinα1 and hemoglobinβ***,mitochondrial function in the HSCs of RSS-SLD chickens was damaged,including an increase in ROS production,decrease in ATP concentration,and decrease in mitochondrial membrane potential(ΔΨm).The same results were also observed in SLD chickens compared with normal chickens;however,the symptoms were more serious in RSS-SLD ***,after overexpression of the BCL6 in primary HSCs,the secretion of HGFs(EPO,SCF,TPO and IL-3)was inhibited and the expression of hemoglobinα1 and hemoglobinβwas ***,cell proliferation was accelerated,apoptosis was inhibited,and the HSCs entered a cancerous *** function of mitochondria was also abnormal,ROS production was decreased,and ATP concentration andΔΨm were increased,which was related t

The supercritical CO_(2)(S-CO_(2)) Brayton cycle is expected to replace steam cycle in the application of solar power tower system due to the attractive potential to improve efficiency and reduce *** the concentrated solar power plant with thermal energy storage is usually located in drought area and used to provide a dispatchable power output,the S-CO_(2) Brayton cycle has to operate under fluctuating ambient temperature and diverse power demand *** addition,the cycle design condition will directly affect the off-design *** this work,the combined effects of design condition,and distributions of ambient temperature and power demand on the cycle operating performance are analyzed,and the off-design performance maps are proposed for the first time.A cycle design method with feedback mechanism of operating performance under varied ambient temperature and power demand is introduced *** show that the low design value of compressor inlet temperature is not conductive to efficient operation under low loads and sufficient output under high ambient *** average yearly efficiency is most affected by the average power demand,while the load cover factor is significantly influenced by the average ambient *** multi-objective optimization,the optimal solution of designed compressor inlet temperature is close to the minimum value of35℃ in Delingha with low ambient temperature,while reaches 44.15℃ in Daggett under the scenario of high ambient temperature,low average power demand,long duration and large value of peak load during the peak temperature *** the cycle designed with compressor inlet temperature of 35℃ instead of 44.15℃ in Daggett under light industry power demand,the reduction of load cover factor will reach 0.027,but the average yearly efficiency can barely be improved.

Dear Editor,This letter deals with a new second-level-discretization method with higher precision than the traditional first-level-discretization ***,the traditional discretization method utilizes the first-order time derivative information,and it is termed first-level-discretization *** contrast,the new discretization method not only utilizes the first-order time derivative information,but also makes use of the second-order derivative *** combining the new second-level-discretization method with zeroing neural network(ZNN),the second-level-discrete ZNN(SLDZNN)model is proposed to solve dynamic(i.e.,time-variant or time-dependent)linear *** experiments and application to angle-of-arrival(AoA)localization show the effectiveness and superiority of the SLDZNN model.
