Properties of poly（1-naphthylamine）/Fe3O4 composites and arsenic adsorption capacity in wastewater

The research results of poly（1-naphthylamine）lFe3O4 （PNA/Fe3O4） nanocomposites synthesized by a chemical method for As（Ⅲ） wastewater treatment are presented in this paper. XRD patterns and TEM images showed that the Fe3O4 grain size varied from 13 to 20 nm. The results of Raman spectral analysis showed that PNA participated in part of the PNA/Fe3O4 composite samples. The grain size of PNA/Fe3O4 composite samples is about 25-30 nm measured by SEM. The results of vibrating sample magnetometer measurements at room temperature showed that the saturation magnetic moment of PNA/Fe3O4 samples decreased from 63.13 to 43.43 emu/g, while the PNA concentration increased from 5% to 15%. The nitrogen adsorption-desorption isotherm of samples at 77 K at a relative pressure PIPo of about 1 was studied in order to investigate the surface and porous structure of nanoparticles by the BET method. Although the saturation magnetic moments of samples decreased with the polymer concentration increase, the arsenic adsorption capacity of the PNA/Fe3O4 sample with the PNA concentration of 5% is better than that of Fe3O4 in a solution with pH = 7. In the solution with pH 〉 14, the arsenic adsorption of magnetic nanoparticles is insignificant.

Objectives: Research on effects of comorbidities disease on anticoagulation overdose in patients receiving anticoagulant therapy with vitamin K antagonists anticoagulant (VKAs) drugs at HaiPhong-VinhBao International General Hospital. Methods: Description and Prospective study. Research on 79 patients receiving anticoagulant therapy with VKAs who have an INR testing index of more than anticoagulation dose with VKAs and check INR every 4 weeks. Results: The average research age is 65.65 ± 12.17 years [33: 85], most of the elderly group. The Male group is lower than the female group (p > 0.05). Patients with hemorrhage signs account for 22.8%. The INR testing index has an average value is 5.88 ± 3.0 [3.02 - 23.95];The group of INR > 5 level is a higher risk of bleeding than the group of INR ≤ 5 levels, there is statistical difference (p Conclusion: All most patients with anticoagulation overdose are in the elderly group. The group with INR > 5 levels has a higher risk of bleeding than the group with INR ≤ 5 levels, it’s the statistical significance (p 1 but p > 0.05);Patients used VKAs drugs on the background of kidney failure or arthritis pathology are the cause of the increased risk of bleeding, it’s statistical significance (p < 0.05).

this research aims to analyze the static bending and free vibration behaviors of bidirectional functionally graded porous(BFGP)curved microbeams with elastic boundary conditions resting on a Pasternak’s elastic foundation in a hygro-thermal *** analysis based on non-uniform rational B-splines,first-order shear deformation theory,nonlocal elasticity theory combined with the modified strain gradient theories,modified Timoshenko beam theory are formulated to depict bending and shear deformations of BFGP curved ***,because using the modified Timoshenko beam theory,this study removes the requirement for a shear correction factor and describes shear stress by zero at the upper and lower cross-sectional sites of the BFGP curved *** from traditional boundary conditions,where the beginning and end positions of a curved beam are connected by an elastic system of straight and torsion *** allows for greater flexibility in controlling the stiffness of the springs to obtain arbitrary *** assess the accuracy and convergence of the proposed approach,validation numerical examples were conducted in the various examples.

Subclavian Arterial Bleeding during Permanent Pacemaker Implantation: Clinical Case Report and Literature Review

Research objective: To study a clinical case that had a complication of subclavian artery bleeding during permanent pacemaker implantation process. Subject and Method: Clinical case report and literature review. Study of a patient had an indication for permanent pacemaker implantation who had complication of subclavian artery bleeding during the procedure. Result: An 84-year-old female patient was admitted to the hospital because of fainting spells with chest pain, on the background of dangerous complex arrhythmias and ischemic heart disease, and was prescribed a pacemaker for this patient. The patient had complication occurred during the procedure, which left subclavian artery bleeding was detected and treated promptly, a cardiac pacemaker was implanted on the right side of the chest, and the patient had a successful endovascular stent cover in the left subclavian artery. Conclude: Subclavian artery bleeding is a rare complication in the procedure of permanent pacemaker implantation, but it can still occur and requires quick detection and timely treatment, needs to be successful in cardiac pacemaker placement and subclavian artery drug-eluting stent cover placement intervention. Individualized patient risk assessment is needed;appropriate and standardized intervention techniques and experience can reduce the occurrence of this variable.

Investigating natural-inspired applications is a perennially appealing subject for scientists. The current increase in the speed of natural-origin structure growth may be linked to their superior mechanical properties and environmental resilience. Biological composite structures with helicoidal schemes and designs have remarkable capacities to absorb impact energy and withstand damage. However, there is a dearth of extensive study on the influence of fiber redirection and reorientation inside the matrix of a helicoid structure on its mechanical performance and reactivity. The present study aimed to explore the static and transient responses of a bio-inspired helicoid laminated composite(B-iHLC) shell under the influence of an explosive load using an isomorphic method. The structural integrity of the shell is maintained by a viscoelastic basis known as the Pasternak foundation, which encompasses two coefficients of stiffness and one coefficient of damping. The equilibrium equations governing shell dynamics are obtained by using Hamilton's principle and including the modified first-order shear theory,therefore obviating the need to employ a shear correction factor. The paper's model and approach are validated by doing numerical comparisons with respected publications. The findings of this study may be used in the construction of military and civilian infrastructure in situations when the structure is subjected to severe stresses that might potentially result in catastrophic collapse. The findings of this paper serve as the foundation for several other issues, including geometric optimization and the dynamic response of similar mechanical structures.

With the advancement of artificial intelligence,traffic forecasting is gaining more and more interest in optimizing route planning and enhancing service *** volume is an influential parameter for planning and operating traffic *** study proposed an improved ensemble-based deep learning method to solve traffic volume prediction problems.A set of optimal hyperparameters is also applied for the suggested approach to improve the performance of the learning *** fusion of these methodologies aims to harness ensemble empirical mode decomposition’s capacity to discern complex traffic patterns and long short-term memory’s proficiency in learning temporal ***,a dataset for automatic vehicle identification is obtained and utilized in the preprocessing stage of the ensemble empirical mode decomposition *** second aspect involves predicting traffic volume using the long short-term memory ***,the study employs a trial-and-error approach to select a set of optimal hyperparameters,including the lookback window,the number of neurons in the hidden layers,and the gradient descent ***,the fusion of the obtained results leads to a final traffic volume *** experimental results show that the proposed method outperforms other benchmarks regarding various evaluation measures,including mean absolute error,root mean squared error,mean absolute percentage error,and *** achieved R-squared value reaches an impressive 98%,while the other evaluation indices surpass the *** findings highlight the accuracy of traffic pattern ***,this offers promising prospects for enhancing transportation management systems and urban infrastructure planning.

Environmental pollution,such as water contamination,is a critical issue that must be absolutely ***,three different morphologies of tungsten-based photocatalysts(WO_(3)nanorods,WO_(3)/WS_(2)nanobricks,WO_(3)/WS_(2)nanorods)are made using a simple hydrothermal method by changing the solvents(H_(2)O,DMF,aqueous HCl solution).The as-prepared nanocatalysts have excellent thermal stability,large porosity,and high *** results show all materials have good photocatalytic activity in aqueous media,with WO_(3)/WS_(2)nanorods(NRs)having the best activity in the photodegradation of bisphenol A(BPA)under visible-light *** may originate from increased migration of charge carriers and effective prevention of electron–hole recombination in WO_(3)/WS_(2)NRs,whereby this photocatalyst is able to generate more reactive·OH and·O_(2)^(–)species,leading to greater photocatalytic *** 99.6% of BPA is photodegraded within 60 min when using 1.5 g/L WO_(3)/WS_(2)NRs and 5.0 mg/L BPA at pH ***,the optimal conditions(pH,catalyst dosage,initial BPA concentration)for WO_(3)/WS_(2)NRs are also elaborately *** rod-like heterostructures are expressed as potential catalysts with excellent photostability,efficient reusability,and highly active effectivity in different types of *** particular,the removal efficiency of BPA by WO_(3)/WS_(2)NRs reduces by only 1.5% after five recycling runs and even reaches 89.1%in contaminated lake *** study provides promising insights for the nearly complete removal of BPA from wastewater or different water resources,which is advantageous to various applications in environmental remediation.
