The identification and understanding of cryptic intraspecific evolutionary units(lineages) are crucial for planning effective conservation strategies aimed at preserving genetic diversity in endangered ***, the factors driving the evolution and maintenance of these intraspecific lineages in most endangered species remain poorly understood. In this study, we conducted resequencing of 77 individuals from 22 natural populations of Davidia involucrata, a “living fossil” dove tree endemic to central and southwest China. Our analysis revealed the presence of three distinct local lineages within this endangered species, which emerged approximately 3.09 and 0.32 million years ago. These divergence events align well with the geographic and climatic oscillations that occurred across the distributional ***, we observed frequent hybridization events between the three lineages, resulting in the formation of hybrid populations in their adjacent as well as disjunct regions. These hybridizations likely arose from climate-driven population expansion and/or long-distance gene flow. Furthermore, we identified numerous environment-correlated gene variants across the total and many other genes that exhibited signals of positive evolution during the maintenance of two major local lineages. Our findings shed light on the highly dynamic evolution underlying the remarkably similar phenotype of this endangered species. Importantly, these results not only provide guidance for the development of conservation plans but also enhance our understanding of evolutionary past for this and other endangered species with similar histories.

The realization of good aqueous dispersibility of commercial graphene products composed of exfoliated graphene sheets is of significance for downstream ***,the tap density of commercial graphene powder is quite low(0.03-0.1 kg/m3),meaning that 1 kg graphene powder occupies about 10-30 m3 in volume during ***,the available content of commercial graphene dispersion/slurry in aqueous medium cannot exceed 5 wt%,although the density is high(≈1050 kg/m3).In this work,a graphene monolith was prepared by oven-drying of graphene sheets prefunctionalized with poloxamer *** graphene monoliths not only have a high density(1500 kg/m^3) and high graphene content(≈10 wt%),but also a full capability to be completely redispersed(≈100%) in water by bath sonication to obtain solubilized graphene sheets,whose lateral size and thickness are unchanged compared to as-exfoliated ***,a simple empirical method was proposed to predict the redispersion capability of graphene monoliths using different poloxamers by contact angle *** results provide a universal approach to make exfoliated graphene-based products with better downstream availability and lower transportation cost.

Implementing Hartree-Fock Method on Hybrid Computers

Hartree-Fock method is widely used in computational physics and chemistry. The most time-consuming part in HF method is the generation of Fock matrix in which the cost of Electron Repulsion Integrals(ERIs) is quartic scaling of the number of basis. Here we report an ab initio software WESP(Wuhan Electron Structure Package) which accelerate the ERIs calculation by means of utilizing CPU and GPU on hybrid computers. All the s,p-orbital ERIs are calculated on GPU by 1T1P/1T1 B method[1] and J-Engine method[2] to build Fock matrix, and other higher angular momentum ERIs are calculated using multi-core CPU(s)by OpenMP. By computing low angular momentum ERIs on GPU, an obvious time reduction is obtained in HF/6-31 G for several molecules.

1,8-Naphthalimide derivatives have been widely used in the field of fluorescent probe and attracted immense *** this work,the fluorescence quenching and enhancing mechanisms of a 1,8-naphthalimide-based fluorescent p H probe molecule,namely N-（2-（dimethylamino）ethyl）-4-（4-piperidinylphenyloxy）-1,8-naphthalimide（Napa-pp）,are studied via density functional theory（DFT）and time-dependent density functional theory（TDDFT）*** results show that for the ground state of neutral probe molecules,HOMO-2 and LUMO are located on the fluorophore,while the HOMO is located on the whole piperidine phenyl unit and HOMO-1 is located on the alkylamine *** will be possible to produce photoinduced electron transfer（PET）and intramolecular charge transfer（ICT）effect and cause fluorescence *** the addition of H+,the alkylamine N atom is protonated in the form of NH+,the HOMO energy of alkylamine unit becomes lower than that of the excited fluorophore moiety and the LUMO energy of alkylamine unit becomes higher than that of the excited fluorophore moiety,leading to a PET quenching process and the fluorescence is *** the piperidine N atom is protonated in the form of bis-protonated Napapp,both the HOMO and LUMO are located almost completely on the naphthalimide moiety,so there is no PET and ICT,leading to an intensive intrinsic fluorescence from the naphthalimide moiety of this *** calculated results have showed a good agreement with experimental data.

Intermolecular interaction plays an important role in many chemical,physical and biological *** recent years,a typical van der Waals complex CO2-OCS has been studied extensively by microwave and infrared spectroscopic methods[1-3].In this work,a 4D intermolecular potential energy surface（PES）was constructed at CCSD（T）/aug-cc-p VTZ+bf *** symmetry into account,we find three nonequivalent minima（A/A’,B/B’,C/C’）on the PES（See Figure 1）.The two more stable minima A/A’and B/B’correspond to the observed isomer a and isomer b in experiment,*** structure parameters are good agreement with recent experimental ***,we find another less stable local minimum C/C’,which might indicate a new isomer for CO2-OCS ***,we have analyzed the pathways connecting these local minima.

Achieving photocatalytic water oxidation on LaNbON2 under visible light irradiation

LaNbON2 has narrow bandgap and wide visible-light absorption band, yet no photocatalytic water oxidation on LaNbON2 has been reported. By a post-annealing treatment in Ar, anion vacancies were brought into LaNbON2 as shown by EPR spectroscopy. These could act as donors in the semiconductor. And consequently the oxidative power of holes was enhanced as indicated by the difference between fermi level and valence band maximum（EF-EVBM） evaluated from valence band XPS. The annealed LaNbON2 photocatalyst acquired water oxidation ability for the first time, which was improved by combining CoOx as cocatalyst. Annealed LaNbON2 derived from La3NbO7 had smaller particle size, higher concentration of anion vacancies, bigger EF-EVBM and better performance for photocatalytic oxygen evolution reaction than LaNbON2 derived from LaNbO4.

The hydrogen abstraction reaction from H_(2)S by OH is of key importance in understanding of the causes of acid rain,air pollution,and climate *** this work,the reaction OH+H_(2)S→H_(2)O+SH is investigated on a recently developed ab initio-based globally accurate potential energy surface by the time-dependent wave packet approach under a reduceddimensional *** reaction behaves like a barrier-less reaction at low collision energies and like an activated reaction with a well-defined barrier at high collision *** either the symmetric or antisymmetric stretching mode of the molecule H_(2)S enhances the reactivity more than exciting the bending mode,which is rationalized by the coupling strength of each normal mode with the reaction *** addition,the modespecific rate constant shows a remarkable non-Arrhenius temperature dependence.

TECTONIC FEATURES AND HYDROCARBON POTENTIAL OF THE EASTERN QAIDAM BASIN

Qaidam Basin, situated in the northeastern Qinghai\|Tibet plateau of western China at 35°55′～39°10′N and 90°～98°20′E, is surrounded by thrusts or folded belts. It is adjacent to the Qilian Mountains on the north and northeast and to the Kunlun Mountains on the south, and to the Altun Mountains on the northwest. Qaidam plate is attributed to carbonate platform and non\|marine basin. The first stage is plate\|form from Sinian to Triassic, and the second is basin\|form in intraplate during non\|marine depositional period in Mesozoic and Cenozoic. 1 Tectonic feature The main structural elements of the eastern Qaidam basin, which the west border line is Germ and Dunhuang highway, include the Huobuxun depression, the Tin\|Iron Mountains ridge and Delingha depression as the secondary tectonic unit. These depressions extend along the northeastern edge of the Qinghai\|Tibet plateau, and form above a zone of Paleozoic pericraton subsidence at the north edge of the Qaidam plate during intracontinental orogenic phase in the Indosinian.

Lysine-specific demethylase 4 A(KDM4A,also named JMJD2A,KIA0677,or JHDM3A)is a demethylase that can remove methyl groups from histones H3K9me2/3,H3K36me2/3,and H1.4K26me2/*** evidence suggests that KDM4A is not only involved in body homeostasis(such as cell proliferation,migration and differentiation,and tissue development)but also associated with multiple human diseases,especially ***,an increasing number of studies have shown that pharmacological inhibition of KDM4A significantly attenuates tumor progression in vitro and in vivo in a range of solid tumors and acute myeloid *** there are several reviews on the roles of the KDM4 subfamily in cancer development and therapy,all of them only briefly introduce the roles of KDM4A in cancer without systematically summarizing the specific mechanisms of KDM4A in various physiological and pathological processes,especially in tumorigenesis,which greatly limits advances in the understanding of the roles of KDM4A in a variety of cancers,discovering targeted selective KDM4A inhibitors,and exploring the adaptive profiles of KDM4A ***,we present the structure and functions of KDM4A,simply outline the functions of KDM4A in homeostasis and non-cancer diseases,summarize the role of KDM4A and its distinct target genes in the development of a variety of cancers,systematically classify KDM4A inhibitors,summarize the difficulties encountered in the research of KDM4A and the discovery of related drugs,and provide the corresponding solutions,which would contribute to understanding the recent research trends on KDM4A and advancing the progression of KDM4A as a drug target in cancer therapy.

为了研究含油气盆地上生下储式油源断裂附近油气分布规律,在油源断裂向下输导油气机制及时期研究的基础上,通过断裂生长指数或地层剖面伸展率或活动速率,确定油源断裂活动时期;通过源岩生排油气时期和源岩向下排油气超压形成时期,确定源岩向下排油气时期,二者叠合建立了一套油源断裂向下输导油气时期的厘定方法,并将其应用于松辽盆地北部三肇凹陷油源断裂向下伏扶杨油层输导油气时期的厘定中。结果表明:三肇凹陷油源断裂活动时期为火石岭组—营城组、青山口组—姚家组沉积时期、嫩江组沉积末期、明水组沉积末期和古近系沉积末期,青一段源岩向下排油气时期为明一段沉积末期至现今;油源断裂向下伏扶杨油层输导油气时期应为明水组沉积末期和古近系沉积末期,与扶杨油层储层流体包裹体均一温度确定的油气成藏期一致,表明该方法用于厘定油源断裂向下输导油气时期是可行的。
