Perception field based imitation learning for unlabeled multi-agent pathfinding

This paper proposes an imitation learning method to learn a universal agent policy for unlabeled multi-agent pathfinding(unlabeled MAPF) in grid environments. The method transforms the unlabeled MAPF problem into a series of temporal-independent homogeneous classification problems for each *** on this transformation, a neural network is designed to imitate a distance-optimal expert *** neural network consists of two successive modules: perception field learner and field integrating *** former refines and encodes the current system state into a perception field for each agent by combining a set of learnable field-generating functions. The latter takes an agent's perception field as input and decides the agent's next action based on a triplet cross-attention mechanism. We evaluate our method on a diverse set of unlabeled MAPF tasks. Compared with state-of-the-art counterparts, the experimental results manifest the superiority of the proposed method in both generalization ability and scalability.

A Study on the Impact of Chemical Structure on the Evolution of Aggregate Structure in Fiber-shaped High Density Polyethylene Vitrimer

Vitrimers have emerged as a prominent research area in the field of polymer materials. Most of the studies have focused on synthesizing polymers with versatile dynamic crosslinking structures, while the impact of chemical structure on aggregate structure of vitrimers, particularly during polymer processing, remains insufficiently investigated. The present study employed commercial maleic anhydride-grafted-high density polyethylene (M-g-HDPE) as the matrix and hexanediol as the crosslinker to facilely obtain fiber-shaped HDPE vitrimers through a reaction extrusion and post-drawing process. Through chemical structure characterization, morphology observation, thermal and mechanical properties investigation, as well as aggregate structure analysis, this work revealed the influence of dynamic bonds on the formation of aggregate structures during fiber-shaped vitrimers processing. A small amount of dynamic bonds in HDPE restricts the motion of PE chain during melt-extruding and post-drawing, resulting in a lower orientation of the PE chains. However, lamellar growth and fibril formation during post-drawing at high temperature are enhanced to some extent due to the competition between dynamic bond and chain relaxation. Investigating the impacts of soil conversion on soil organic carbon(OC) content and its fractions within soil aggregates is essential for defining better strategies to improve soil structure and OC sequestration in terrestrial ecosystems. However, the consequences of soil conversion from paddy soil to upland soil for soil aggregates and intra-aggregate OC pools are poorly understood. Therefore, the objective of this study was to quantify the effects of soil conversion on soil aggregate and intra-aggregate OC pool distributions. Four typical rice-producing areas were chosen in North and South China, paired soil samples(upland soil converted from paddy soil more than ten years ago vs. adjacent paddy soil) were collected(0–20 cm) with three replicates in each area. A set of core parameters(OC preservation capacity, aggregate carbon(C) turnover, and biological activity index) were evaluated to assess the responses of intra-aggregate OC turnover to soil conversion. Results showed that soil conversion from paddy soil to upland soil significantly improved the formation of macro-aggregates and increased aggregate stability. It also notably decreased soil intra-aggregate OC pools, including easily oxidized OCa(EOCa), particulate OCa(POCa), and mineral-bound(MOCa) OC, and the sensitivity of aggregate-associated OC pools to soil conversion followed the order: EOCa(average reduction of 21.1%) > MOCa(average reduction of 15.4%) > POCa(average reduction of 14.8%). The potentially mineralizable C(C_(0)) was significantly higher in upland soil than in paddy soil, but the corresponding decay constant(k) was lower in upland soil than in paddy soil. Random forest model and partial correlation analysis showed that EOCa and pH were the important nutrient and physicochemical factors impacting k of C mineralization in paddy soil,while MOCa and C-related enzyme(β-D-cellobiohydrolase) were identified as the key factors in upland soil. The dissolved oxygen content in water is an important indicator for assessing the quality of the water environment,and maintaining a certain amount of dissolved oxygen is essential for the healthy development of the ecological *** a water body is anoxic,the activity of anaerobic microorganisms increases and organic matter is decomposed to produce a large number of blackening and odorizing substances,resulting in black and odorous water bodies,which is a very common and typical phenomenon in ***,there is still a relatively universal occurrence of illicitly connected stormwater and sewage pipes in the urban drainage pipe network in China,which makes oxygen-consuming substances be directly discharged into rivers through stormwater pipes and consume the dissolved oxygen in the water bodies,resulting in an oxygen deficiency of the *** induces seasonal or year-round black and stink phenomena in urban ***,identifying high oxygen-consuming substances,which lays the foundation for the subsequent removal of oxygen-consuming substances,is *** a series of comparisons of water quality indicators and analysis of organic characteristics,it was found that the oxygen consumption capacity of domestic sewage was higher than that of industrial wastewater in the selected area of this study,and the oxygen-consuming substances of domestic sewage were small molecular amino *** comparing 20 conventional free amino acids,it was found that seven of them consumed oxygen easily,and compared with chemical oxygen consumption,biological oxygen consumption was in a leading position.

Water vapor nucleation on particle's surface plays an important role in dust removal,cloud formation,and particle ***,the selectivity of nucleation sites and the nucleation characteristic of water molecule on the particle's surface are still unclear,especially for the aggregated *** this paper,the effects of particle wettability and aggregation modes on the selectivity of nucleation sites and the nucleation characteristics were investigated using molecular dynamics *** results were compared with our earlier experimental *** illustrates how the contact angle of clusters,the growth velocity,and the growth duration are all influenced by the interaction coefficient between water and ***,the nucleation sites of water molecules on the particle aggregation surface exhibit a definite *** primary indicator of this selectivity is the preferential nucleation of water molecules at the interfaces of linear chain aggregation particles,at the inner side of non-linear chain aggregation particles,and at the centers of ring *** results are in good agreement with our previous experimental *** significantly,additional research has revealed that subcritical-size clusters typically aggregate on two-particle surfaces spacing when the spacing smaller than the critical cluster size.
