MKEAH:multimodal knowledge extraction and accumulation based on hyperplane embedding for knowledge-based visual question answering

A N-CoSe/CoSe_(2)-C@Cu hierarchical architecture as a current collector-integrated anode for potassium-ion batteries

The highly reversible insertion/extraction of large-radius K^+into electrode materials remains a tough goal,especially for con version-type ***,we design a current collector-integrated electrode(N-CoSe/CoSe_(2)-C@Cu) as an advanced anode for potassium-ion battery(PIBs).The conductive CoSe/CoSe_(2) heterojunction with rich Se vacancy defects,conductive sp^2 N-doped carbon layer,and the elastic copper foil matrix can greatly accelerate the electron transfer and enhance the structural ***,the well-designed N-CoSe/CoSe_(2)-C@Cu current collector-integrated electrode displays enhanced potassium storage performance with regard to a high capacity(325.1 mAh·g^(-1) at 0.1 A·g^(-1) after 200cycles),an exceptional rate capability(223.5 mAh·g^(-1) at2000 mA·g^(-1)),and an extraordinary long-term cycle stability(a capacity fading of only 0.019% per cycle over1200 cycles at 2000 mA·g^(-1)).Impressively,ex situ scanning electron microscopy(SEM) characterizations prove that the elastic structure of copper foil is merged into the cleverly designed N-CoSe/CoSe_(2)-C@Cu heterostructure,which buffers the deformation of structure and volume and greatly promotes the cycle life during the potassium/depotassium process.

Natural attapulgite supported nano-Ni catalysts for the efficient reductive amination of biomass-derived aldehydes and ketones

The efficient synthesis of useful primary amines via reductive amination of biomass-based aldehydes and ketones over earth-abundant base metal catalysts is an attractive biomass value-adding technology yet facing lots of ***,natural attapulgite(ATP)was applied as support for the fabrication of active Ni catalysts with different Ni loadings(5–30 wt%)by the deposition-precipitation *** Ni/ATP-550 catalyst with 10–15 wt%Ni loadings was found to present the highest catalytic performance for the synthesis of valuable 5-amino-1-pentanol(5-AP)via reductive amination of biofurfural-derived 2-hydroxytetrahydropyran among a variety of commonly used oxide supports loaded Ni catalysts,as well as ATP supported nickel catalysts with other loadings,achieving 5-AP yield up to 94%.The intrinsic activity of the Ni/ATP catalysts was found to depend strongly on the Ni^(0) crystallite size and Ni^(0) fraction of the catalysts,which generally increased with increasing Ni^(0) crystallite size and fraction,owing probably to the hydrogenation of imine intermediate is a structure-sensitive *** efficient 10Ni/ATP-550 catalyst also exhibited good activity and stability in the reductive amination of several other biomass-derived aldehydes and ketones to their corresponding primary amines with good to excellent yields(81%–99%).This work provided a clean and efficient natural ATP-supported non-noble metal nickel-based catalytic system for the reductive amination of aldehydes and ketones to synthesize high-value-added primary amines,which could be a promising candidate for the industrial production of amines.

The secret of the magic gourd(I): biomass from various organizations of ourds as a sustainable source for high-performance supercapacitors

The classic cartoon “Calabash Brothers” describes a story of seven brothers born from a magic gourd uniting to defeat powerful enemies. In order to explore the secret of the magic gourd, several transition metals were used to synthesize metal silicates（CMSi） by planted gourd leaves（GLs） and then the C-MSi materials were used to fabricate supercapacitor electrodes and devices with superior electrochemical performance. By integrating theoretical calculations and experimental results, the supercapacitor electrodes and devices obtained from the combination of transition metals with amorphous carbon exhibit superior electrochemical performance. In detail, in the three-electrode system, the NaOH etched materials（C-MSi） exhibited better electrochemical performance(for instance, as for C-CdSi, 607 F g-1at 0.5 A g-1and the capacitance retention of 98.2% after 10,000cycles) than the unetched ones（i-C-MSi）. Hybrid supercapacitor（HSC） devices also achieve very excellent electrochemical properties. Take C-CdSi//AC as an example, the areal specific capacitance with 691 m F cm-2at 2 mA cm-2, the energy density with 5.04 Wh m-2at the power density of 22.2 W m-2and the cycle stability with 87.3% after 6,000 cycles. This approach is very versatile and was also applied to produce many hierarchically structured metal-silicate materials of other biomass precursors,including roots, vines, flowers, fruits and seeds of the planted gourds. Thus, it is a potential way to prepare transition metal silicates using biomaterials for the enhancement of electrochemical performance and improvement of energy storage and conversion. Also, this paper preliminarily reveals the secret of the magic gourd.

Zokor activity promotes soil water infiltration in the mu Us sandy land of northern Shaanxi,China

Zokors are common subterranean rodents that inhabit agricultural fields, shrublands, and grasslands in the arid and semi-arid regions of China. Zokor burrowing activities can alter soil structure and affect soil hydrological processes;however, there are few studies regarding their effects on soil preferential flow in the mu Us sandy land. An evaluation of the effects of zokor disturbance on their habitat and soil water is important for understanding the ecological role of zokors in the soil ecosystem of the mu Us sandy land. A field dye-tracing experiment was conducted in the Gechougou watershed on the southeastern edge of the mu Us sandy land to investigate the effect of zokor burrowing activity on soil preferential flow characteristics. Our results showed that the density of zokor tunnels was the highest(0.40–0.46 m m^(-2)) under 30%–50% vegetation coverage and that the tunnels were approximately 3 cm from the *** stained area ratio and stained path number were higher at sites with zokors than without zokors. Stained path widths were 10–80 and > 80 mm at zokor-harboring sites exhibiting homogeneous flow and heterogeneous finger flow, respectively. In the absence of zokors, homogeneous flow and highly interacted macropore flow were predominant. Soil water content below the zokor tunnels was higher than that above the tunnels. Moderate disturbance of soil structure by zokor activity facilitated soil water infiltration. These results enabled a better understanding of the effect of soil fauna on soil structure and hydrological processes and provided recommendations for ecological construction and renovation in arid and semi-arid regions.

Method and Description of Sedimentary System Characterization Based on Sequence Stratigraphy

A Oilfield is the most representative mid to deep oil field in the Bohai Sea, with the main oil bearing intervals being the upper and middle Shahejie-3 sections of the Paleogene Shahejie Formation. By combining well seismic analysis, the middle section of Shahejie-3 is divided into high-level system tract and forced lake retreat system tract, corresponding to the II oil formation and I oil formation, respectively. Using sequence stratigraphy methods, based on seismic profiles and drilling lithological cycles, the high stand system tract is divided into 5 stages of delta progradation. The first and second stages are high angle S-type progradation with large sedimentary thickness, the third stage is oblique progradation, and the fourth and fifth stages are S-oblique composite progradation;By combining seismic data, we characterized the large-scale (8 small-scale) progradation bodies of 5 periods, clarified the distribution characteristics of reservoir planes, and laid the foundation for the later exploration of oilfield potential.

Objective: Patients with radioactive iodine-refractory differentiated thyroid cancer(RAIR-DTC) are often diagnosed with delay and constrained to limited treatment options. The correlation between RAI refractoriness and the underlying genetic characteristics has not been extensively ***: Adult patients with distant metastatic DTC were enrolled and assigned to undergo next-generation sequencing of a customized 26-gene panel(Thyro Lead). Patients were classified into RAIR-DTC or non-RAIR groups to determine the differences in clinicopathological and molecular characteristics. Molecular risk stratification(MRS) was constructed based on the association between molecular alterations identified and RAI refractoriness, and the results were classified as high, intermediate or low ***: A total of 220 patients with distant metastases were included, 63.2% of whom were identified as RAIRDTC. Genetic alterations were identified in 90% of all the patients, with BRAF(59.7% vs. 17.3%), TERT promoter(43.9% vs. 7.4%), and TP53 mutations(11.5% vs. 3.7%) being more prevalent in the RAIR-DTC group than in the non-RAIR group, except for RET fusions(15.8% vs. 39.5%), which had the opposite pattern. BRAF and TERT promoter are independent predictors of RAIR-DTC, accounting for 67.6% of patients with RAIR-DTC. MRS was strongly associated with RAI refractoriness(Pmutations being the predominant contributors, followed by TP53 and DICER1 mutations. MRS might serve as a valuable tool for both prognosticating clinical outcomes and directing precision-based therapeutic interventions.
