为了是提高GAN模型生成的图像质量的预测精度,以更好地符合人类对图像质量的主观评价,本研究介绍了一种基于知识蒸馏的半监督图像质量评价(IQA)方法。该方法利用CNN和ViT模型的结合,充分捕获全局和局部信息,学习高质量图像与失真图像之间特征的分布差异,并通过知识蒸馏传输高级特征信息。模型通过前向传播,得到图像质量评价分数。为了提高输入特征的多样性和模型的处理速度,本研究还采用了级联分组注意(CGA)机制对输入特征处理。通过在多个公共数据集上的实验表明,本研究方法的评价结果优于现有的评价方法,总体效果理想,相对鲁棒性相对优异,可以获得更加符合人类视觉效果的IQA结果。

The global decline of freshwater biodiversity caused by climate change and human activities are supposed to disrupt ecosystem services related to water quality and alter the structure and function of aquatic communities across space and time,yet the effects of the combination of these factors on plankton community ecosystem has received relatively little *** study aimed to explore the impacts of disturbances(*** activity,temperature,precipitation,and water level)on phytoplankton community structure(*** evenness and community composition)and function(*** use efficiency)in four subtropical reservoirs over 7 years from 2010 to *** results showed that community turnover(measured as community dissimilarity)was positively related to disturbance frequency,but no significant correlation was found between phytoplankton biodiversity(***)and disturbance *** resource use efficiency(RUE=phytoplankton biomass/total phosphorus)was increased with a higher frequency of disturbance with an exception of *** RUE of Cyanobacteria and diatoms showed significantly negative correlations with their community evenness,while the RUE of Chlorophyta exhibited a positive correlation with their community *** suggest that multiple environmental disturbances may play crucial roles in shaping the structure and functioning of plankton communities in subtropical reservoirs,and mechanism of this process can provide key information for freshwater uses,management and conservation.

White birch(Betula platyphylla Suk.) is a typical pioneer tree species that is important in forest restoration in northern China,Japan,and *** the present study,37 isolates were obtained from *** rhizosphere soils in Heilongjiang Provincethey were identified as ***(3 isolates),***(2 isolates),***(8 isolates),***(21 isolates,dominant species) and ***(3 isolates).Stress tolerance tests(salt,alkali,and nutritional stress that simulated saline alkali or barren soil) and confrontation assays(with four pathogens) were performed to determine which isolates had good biocontrol ability in barren soilthe results show that *** was ***,in order to determine the effect of *** on plants and soil,Gynura cusimbua seeds were sown and treated with a *** spore suspension,as was unsown *** seedlings treated using *** had significantly greater height,stem diameter,soluble protein content,soluble sugar content,and malonaldehyde(MDA) content and their catalase(CAT) activity was also significantly *** addition,when the plants were inoculated with Alternaria alternata,the plants treated using *** had stronger CAT activity,significantly higher soluble protein content and soluble sugar content,and significantly lower MDA content,which indicates stronger resistance and less injury caused by the *** addition,*** not only increased the content of available nitrogen and available phosphorus in the soil,but also promoted *** seedlings' absorption of available nitrogen and available ***,the characteristics of *** may make it the main factor that helps *** colonise cut-over ***,a promising biocontrol candidate,can be used in agriculture and forestry.

To solve the problem of convergence to a local optimum in the multi-layer feedforward neural net-work, a new disturbance gradient algorithm is proposed. Through introducing random disturbance into the training process, the algorithm can avoid being trapped into the local optimum. The random disturbance obeys the Boltzmann distribution. The convergence of the algorithm to the global optimum is statistically guaranteed. The application of the algorithm in RoboCup, which is a complex multi-agent system, is dis-cussed. Experiment results illustrate the learning efficiency and generalization ability of the proposed al-gorithm.

针对协作中继通信系统频谱效率低和链路利用率低的问题,面向多播、单播业务共存场景,该文提出一种反向散射NOMA赋能的混合多播-单播协作传输方案。机会式选择一个多播用户作为协作节点,将其接收信号的一部分功率用于自身解码,剩余功率反向散射以增强其余用户的接收质量。为提升系统性能,通过联合优化基站功率分配系数、协作用户反向散射系数和协作节点选择变量,在保障多播服务质量的前提下,实现单播用户最小可达速率的最大化。为解决上述高度非凸联合优化问题,该文设计一种协作用户选择准则并提出了一种迭代算法来获取原问题的最优解。仿真结果验证了所提迭代算法的快速收敛性,相较于传统非协作传输方案,所提方案可将单播用户最小可达速率提升11.5%,有效保证多业务服务质量。
