This study aimed to investigate the incidence of patent processus vaginalis(PPV)in pediatric patients with a unilateral nonpalpable testis and explore the associated *** May 2014 to April 2017,152 boys who were diagnosed with a unilateral nonpalpable testis and underwent laparoscopy in Shanghai Children’s Hospital(Shanghai,China)were included in this *** data were collected and reviewed,and the results were analyzed regarding the age at operation,side,development,and position of the nonpalpable *** mean age of the patients was 2.6(standard deviation:2.3)*** testis was absent in 14 cases,nonviable in 81 cases,and viable in 57 *** incidence of PPV was 37.5%(57 of 152)on the ipsilateral side and 16.4%(25 of 152)on the contralateral *** ipsilateral PPV was more prevalent when the nonpalpable testis occurred on the right side(P<0.01).Besides,patients with a viable testis had a greater incidence of ipsilateral PPV than those with a nonviable or absent testis(P<0.01).Moreover,this rate was the highest when the testis was in the abdominal cavity and the lowest when the testis was in the scrotum(both P<0.01).However,the incidence of contralateral PPV was independent of all the *** conclusion,in children with a nonpalpable testis,the incidence of an ipsilateral PPV was significantly related to the side,development,and position of the testis,while it was independent of these factors on the contralateral side.

Objective： To explore a tumor peptide imaging agent Arginine-Arginine-Leucine （Tyr-Cys-Gly-Gly-Arg-Arg- Leu-Gly-Gly-Cys, tripeptide RRL [tRRL]） that targeted to tumor cells and tumor-derived endothelial cells （TDECs） and primarily investigate the possible relationship between tRRL and vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2 （VEGFR-2）. Methods： The tRRL sequence motif was identified as a tumor molecular marker specifically binding to TDECs. Tyrosine was conjugated to the amino terminal of RRL （Cys-Gly-Gly-Arg-Arg-Leu-Gly-Gly-Cys） for labeling with radionuclide iodine-131 （1311-tRRL）. The uptake ability and molecular binding of tRRL to tumor cells and angiogenic endothelium were studied using flow cytometry and radioactivity counter in vitro. Whether VEGFR-2 is the binging site of tRRL was investigated. Biodistribution and single-photon emission computed tomography （SPECT） imaging of 131-tRRL were used to evaluate the effectiveness of this new imaging agent to visualize varied tumor xenografts in nude mice. Results： In vitro cellular uptake experiments revealed that tRRL could not only adhere to tumor angiogenic endothelial cells but also largely accumulate in malignant tumor cells. VEGFR-2, which is highly expressed on TDECs, was probably not the solely binding ligand for tRRL targeted to tumor angiogenic endothelium, 131-tRRL mainly accumulated in tumors in vivo, not other organs at 24 h after injection. SPECT imaging with 131-tRRL clearly visualized tumors in nude mice, especially at 24 h. Conclusion： Radioiodinated tRRL offers a noninvasive of tumors targeted to neovascularization, and may be a carrier. nuclear imaging method for functional molecular imaging promising candidate for tumor radioimmunotherapeutic carrier,

Real-time prediction and precise control of sinter quality are pivotal for energy saving,cost reduction,quality improvement and efficiency enhancement in the ironmaking *** advance,the accuracy and comprehensiveness of sinter quality prediction,an intelligent flare monitoring system for sintering machine tails that combines hybrid neural networks integrating convolutional neural network with long short-term memory(CNN-LSTM)networks was *** system utilized a high-temperature thermal imager for image acquisition at the sintering machine tail and employed a zone-triggered method to accurately capture dynamic feature images under challenging conditions of high-temperature,high dust,and *** feature images were then segmented through a triple-iteration multi-thresholding approach based on the maximum between-class variance method to minimize detail loss during the segmentation *** the advantages of CNN and LSTM networks in capturing temporal and spatial information,a comprehensive model for sinter quality prediction was constructed,with inputs including the proportion of combustion layer,porosity rate,temperature distribution,and image features obtained from the convolutional neural network,and outputs comprising quality indicators such as underburning index,uniformity index,and FeO content of the *** accuracy is notably increased,achieving a 95.8%hit rate within an error margin of±*** the system is applied,the average qualified rate of FeO content increases from 87.24%to 89.99%,representing an improvement of 2.75%.The average monthly solid fuel consumption is reduced from 49.75 to 46.44 kg/t,leading to a 6.65%reduction and underscoring significant energy saving and cost reduction effects.

Primary liver liposarcoma is a rare disease. Because of its rarity, the knowledge of the clinical course, management, and prognosis of primary liver liposarcoma are all limited for clinicians. A 61-year-old female patient who suffered from a huge primary liposarcoma in the central portion of the liver had the clinical presentations of fever, nausea, vomiting, jaundice, and body weight loss. The huge tumor was resected successfully. However, the tumor recurred repeatedly and she had repeated hepatectomies to remove the tumor. The tumor became aggravating after repeated surgeries. Eventually, the patient had cervical spinal metastasis of liposarcoma and she survived for 26 months after liver liposarcoma was diagnosed. Although the tumor may become aggravating after repeated surgeries, repeated hepatectomies are still the best policy to achieve a long-term survival for the patients.

According to a large-scale census in 2000, there were approximately 4,000,000 patients with heart failure （HF） aged between 35 and 74 years in China. Patient education shows its importance and essentiality in controlling the disease by improving the self-care abilities of patients,t21 However, a shortened period of hospitalization compromises the effectiveness and efficacy of the education. It is therefore suggested that the information needs of patients with HF should be simultaneously addressed to make education more appropriate and tailored.

目的针对高盐高湿热海洋环境下对涂层长期耐盐雾和耐湿热性能提出的更高要求,设计研制了一种新型防雨蚀抗静电涂层系统,以提高涂层系统的防雨蚀抗静电功能。方法采用新型饱和聚烯烃改性的弹性聚氨酯为基体树脂,通过研究饱和聚烯烃、导电填料的用量对涂层系统性能的影响,确定最优的配方设计。结果采用饱和聚烯烃型聚氨酯制备得到的防雨蚀抗静电涂层体系,在聚烯烃质量分数为40%时,其力学强度为21.3 MPa,断裂伸长率为385%,80℃热水浸泡19 d后,力学强度为15.8 MPa,断裂伸长率为280%,显示出优异的耐水性能。导电粉体质量分数为16%时,抗静电涂层表面电阻为4 M?/m^2。在75 d盐雾实验之后,涂层电性能依然稳定,显示良好的稳定性。并且涂层的工艺性能良好,可室温固化。结论饱和聚烯烃的引入提高了涂层的力学强度及弹性,增强了其防雨蚀冲刷性能,导电填料用量的优化提升了涂层系统的抗静电性能。此外,涂层系统的工艺性能良好,应用前景广阔。
