Field evidence indicates that proppant distribution and threshold pressure gradient have great impacts on well *** at the development of unconventional oil reservoirs in Triassic Chang-7 Unit,Ordos Basin of China,we presented an integrated workflow to investigate how(1)proppant placement in induced fracture and(2)non-linear flow in reservoir matrix would affect well productivity and fluid flow in the *** with our research before(yue et al.,2020),here we extended this study into the development of multi-stage fractured horizontal wells(MFHWs)with large-scale complicated fracture *** integrated workflow is based on the finite element method and consists of simulation models for proppant-laden fluid flow,fracture flow,and non-linear seepage flow,*** results indicate that the distribution of proppant inside the induced cracks significantly affects the productivity of the *** we assign an idealized proppant distribution instead of the real distribution,there will be an overestimation of 44.98%in daily oil rate and 30.63%in cumulative oil production after continuous development of 1000 ***,threshold pressure gradient(TPG)also significantly affects the well performance in tight oil *** we simply apply linear Darcy’s law to the reservoir matrix,the overall cumulative oil production can be overrated by 77%after 1000 days of *** general,this research provides new insights into the development of tight oil reservoirs with TPG and meanwhile reveals the significance of proppant distribution and non-linear fluid flow in the production scenario design.

Recycled Nd-Fe-B sintered magnets prepared from sludges by calcium reduction-diffusion process

Environmental friendly recycling process for Nd-Fe-B sintered magnet sludges generated in the manufacturing process, which contain large amount of rare earth, including Nd, Pr and Dy, is badly needed so far. In present study, we have developed an effective route to obtain recycled sintered magnets from Nd-Fe-B sintered magnet sludges by calcium reduction-diffusion(RD) process. Compared to conventional recycling process, our research is focused on recovering most of the useful elements, including Nd, Pr, Dy, Co, and Fe together instead of just rare earth elements. To improve the recycling efficiency and reduce pollution, the co-precipitating parameters were simulated and calculated using MATLAB software. Most of useful elements were recovered by a co-precipitation method, and the obtained composite powders were then directly fabricated as recycled Nd-Fe-B powders by a calcium reduction-diffusion(RD) method. The recovery rates are 98%, 99%, 99%, 93%, and 99%, for Nd, Pr, Dy, Co, and Fe, respectively. The amount of useful elements contained in the recovered composite powders is greater than99.71 wt%. The process of RD for synthesizing NdFeB and subsequently removing CaO was thoroughly investigated. Furthermore, the recycled Nd-Fe-B magnet exhibits a remanence of 1.1 T, a coercivity of1053 kA/m, and an energy product of 235.6 kJ/m~3, respectively, indicating that recycled Nd-Fe-B sintered magnet was successfully recovered from the severely contaminated sludges via an effective recycling route.

Recently,SnPS_(3) has gained attention as an impressive sodium-ion battery anode material because of its significant theoretical specific capacity derived from the conversion-alloying reaction ***,its practical applicability is restricted by insufficient rate ability,and severe capacity loss due to inadequate electrical conductivity and dramatic volume *** by the electrochemical enhancement effect of MXene substrates and the innovative Lewis acidic etching for MXene preparation,SnPS_(3)/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene(T=-Cl and-O) is constructed by synchronously phospho-sulfurizing Sn/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) *** from the boosted Na^(+) diffusion and electron transfer rates,as well as the mitigated stress expansion,the synthesized SnPS_(3/)Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) composite demonstrates enhanced rate capability(647 mA h g^(-1) at 10 A g^(-1)) alongside satisfactory long-term cycling stability(capacity retention of 94.6% after 2000 cycles at 5 A g^(-1)).Importantly,the assembled sodium-ion full cell delivers an impressive capacity retention of 97.7% after undergoing 1500 cycles at 2 A g^(-1).Moreover,the sodium storage mechanism of the SnPS_(3/)Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) electrode is elucidated through in-situ and ex-situ *** work proposes a novel approach to ameliorate the energy storage performance of thiophosphites by facile in-situ construction of composites with MXene.

A drive and control method is put forward for a variable diameter capsule micro robot to screw forward in intestine using magnetic coupling between an inner actuator inside the robot and the rotational magnetic field generated by a rotating outer actuator. The structures of the outer and inner actuators are magnet cylinders with multiple magnetic poles in tegular shape alternating with dissimilar radial magnetization. An universal mathematical model of magnetic torque at eccentric state is established based on the equivalent magnetic charge method, and the characteristics of magnetic torque with respect to structural parameters of actuators are theoretically studied. Experiments show that the driving method features advantages such as powerful magnetic torque, high safety, reliability, etc. The driving ability of the variable diameter capsule micro robot is greatly improved by its automatic radial clearance compensation. The magnetic drive system has a promising prospect of medical applications in intestine.

Chemical fingerprinting of Su-He-Xiang-Wan and attribution of major characteristic peaks for its quality control by GC-MS

A simple and facile gas chromatography-mass spectrometer （GC-MS） fingerprint of Su-He-Xiang-Wan （SHXW） was developed, the similarity analysis was conducted, and attribution of the major characteristic peaks was identified for SHXW quality control. GC-MS analysis was performed on a QP2010 instrument （Shimadzu, Japan） equipped with a capillary column of RTX-5MS. The column temperature was initiated at 50℃, held for 5 min, increased at the rate of 3 ℃/min to 120 ℃, held for 2 min, and then increased at the rate of 4 ℃/min to 220℃, held for 10 min. Helium carrier gas was used at a constant flow rate of 1.3 mL/min. Mass conditions were ionization voltage, 70 eV; injector temperature, 250℃; ion source temperature, 250 ℃; splitting ratio, 30：1; full scan mode in the 40-500 Da mass ranges with rate of 0.2 s per scan. Attribution of the major characteristic peaks was identified for SHXW by comparing the chemical standards, references of Chinese herbal medicines and the negative controls of prescription samples （NC） of SHXW. With the help of the temperature-programmed retention indices （PTRIs） used together with mass spectra and chemical standards, 25 major characteristic peaks have been identified. Nine volatile medicinal materials were identified in the prescription of SHXW by attributing to the 27 major characteristic peaks. The results demonstrate that the proposed method is a powerful approach to quality control of complex herbal medicines.

Flood frequency in river source regions is significantly affected by rainfall and snowmelt as part of climatic changes.A traditional univariate flood frequency analysis cannot reflect the complexity of floods,and when used in isolation,it can only underestimate flood *** effective flood prevention and mitigation,it is essential to consider the combined effects of precipitation and *** functions can effectively quantify the joint distribution relationship between floods and their associated variables without restrictions on their distribution *** study uses copula functions to consider a multivariate probability distribution model of flood peak flow(Q)with cumulative snowmelt(CSm)and cumulative precipitation(CPr)for the Hutubi River basin located in northern Xinjiang,*** joint frequencies of rainfall and snowmelt floods are predicted using copula models based on the Coupled Model Intercomparison Project Phase 6 *** results show that Q has a significant positive correlation with 24-d CSm(r=0.559,p=0.002)and 23-d CPr(r=0.965,p<0.05).Flood frequency will increase in the future,and mid-(2050e2074)and long-term(2075e2099)floods will be more severe than those in the near-term(2025e2049).The probability of flood occurrence is higher under the SSP2-4.5 and SSP1-2.6 scenarios than under *** during the historical period(1990e2014)led to extreme floods,and increasing future precipitation trends are found to be *** increases with rising temperatures and occurs earlier than estimated,leading to an earlier flood period in the basin and more frequent snowmelt *** Q under the joint return period is larger than that during the same univariate return *** difference indicates that neglecting the interaction between precipitation and snowmelt for floods leads to an underestimation of the flood risk(with underestimations ranging from 0.3%to 22%).The underestimations decrease with an increase

Exosomes are cell-derived vesicles that take part in intercellular signaling. Research has shown that acupuncture is closely related to affecting the functions of the mast cells in the local region of the acupoint, and stimulating the afferent nerve. Mast cells have a connection with the conduction within the meridians, and play an important role in immuno-regulation. The ＇synapse-like＇ connection between the mast cells and nerve endings is the basis for the exchange of information between these two tissues. Exosome mediates mast exchange of information between mast cells and the nerves, starting the process of neuro-immuno regulation. Therefore, we propose that mast cell-derived exosomes mediate the neuro-immuno regulation at the local site of acupuncture, and this is one of the key factors resulting in the effectiveness of acupuncture.
