Nitrogen(N)fertilizer application is essential for crop-plant growth and *** genetic loci associated with N-use efficiency(NUE)could increase wheat yields and reduce environmental pollution caused by *** subjected a panel of 389 wheat accessions to N and chlorate(a nitrate analog)treatments to identify quantitative trait loci(QTl)controlling NUE-associated traits at the wheat seedling *** the panel with a 660K single-nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)array,we identified 397 SNPs associated with N-sensitivity index and chlorate inhibition *** SNPs were merged into 49 QTl,of which eight were multi-environment stable QTl and 27 were located near previously reported QTl.A set of 135 candidate genes near the 49 QTl included TaBOX(F-box family protein)and TaERF(ethylene-responsive transcription factor).A Tabox mutant was more sensitive to low-N stress than the wild-type *** developed two functional markers for Hap 1,the favorable allele of TaBOX.

Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NADH)regeneration is necessary for the sustainable application of enzymatic *** Rh-based complex[Cp^(*)Rh(bpy)(H)]+has been widely used as an important mediator in NADH regeneration systems,but it is limited by complexity and high ***,a Z-scheme was constructed by loading Rh onto carbon nitride nanosheets/carbon nitride quantum dots(CN-CNQD).The resultant catalyst achieved a high yield of NADH in a mediator-free(M-free)system of 0.283 mmol l^(−1) g^(−1) min^(−1),which is 5.29 times that of pure *** enzyme introduction experiments confirmed that the enzyme active product 1,4-NADH could reach 34.21%selectivity in the M-free *** research revealed that the heterojunction between CNs and CNQDs improved the NADH regeneration activity in the traditional M-involved system,while Rh loading was proved to optimize the yield and selectivity of 1,4-NADH in M-free *** immobilized Rh shows more competitiveness than[Cp^(*)Rh(bpy)(H)]^(+).This study contributes to the construction of an M-free system for further application in greener,lower-cost enzymatic processes.

袁河流域沉积物中溶解性有机质的光谱特征

溶解性有机质(DOM)对于指示水环境污染具有重要作用,而沉积物作为水环境内源污染的主要来源,研究沉积物DOM光谱特性对于解释该区域水环境污染具有重要意义.利用紫外-可见吸收光谱和三维荧光光谱,并结合平行因子分析法(PARAFAC),分析了袁河流域沉积物DOM的物质组成、来源特征及其影响因素.结果表明,袁河流域沉积物ω(TN)、ω(TP)和ω(OM)平均值分别为0.25、0.66和21.22 g·kg^(-1),随水流方向TN和TP含量呈增加趋势.袁河流域沉积物DOM主要为陆源输入,下游区域沉积物DOM的有色溶解性有机质浓度和芳香性明显高于上、中游区域.通过PARAFAC解析出3个腐殖质组分(C1、C3、C4)和1个类蛋白组分(C2),以腐殖质组分为主,荧光物质在下游区域更高.此外,干流及下游区域中沉积物理化性质对沉积物DOM光谱参数变化的解释量更高.其中,磷污染与沉积物DOM的陆源腐殖质具有同源性.以上结果说明在人类活动较强的区域范围内DOM光谱性质对水环境污染具有指示意义.

Intraductal papillary neoplasm of the bile duct(IPNB)is a heterogeneous disease similar to intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm of the *** lesions have been recognized as one of the three major precancerous lesions in the biliary tract since *** 2018,Japanese and Korean pathologists reached a consensus,classifying IPNBs into type l and type 2 *** are more prevalent in male patients in East Asia and are closely related to diseases such as cholelithiasis and *** a molecular genetic perspective,IPNBs exhibit early genetic variations,and different molecular pathways may be involved in the tumorigenesis of type 1 and type 2 *** histological subtypes of IPNBs include gastric,intestinal,pancreaticobiliary,or oncocytic subtypes,but type 1 IPNBs typically exhibit more regular and well-organized histological features than type 2 IPNBs and are more commonly found in the intrahepatic bile ducts with abundant *** to the rarity of these lesions and the absence of specific clinical and laboratory features,imaging is crucial for the preoperative diagnosis of IPNB,with local bile duct dilation and growth along the bile ducts being the main imaging *** resection remains the optimal treatment for IPNBs,but negative bile duct margins and the removal of lymph nodes in the hepatic hilum significantly improve the postoperative survival rates for patients with IPNBs.
