Artificial intelligence for the detection of glaucoma with SD-OCT images:a systematic review and Meta-analysis

●AIM:To quantify the performance of artificial intelligence(AI)in detecting glaucoma with spectral-domain optical coherence tomography(SD-OCT)images.●METHODS:Electronic databases including PubMed,Embase,Scopus,ScienceDirect,ProQuest and Cochrane Library were searched before May 31,2023 which adopted AI for glaucoma detection with SD-OCT *** pieces of the literature were screened and extracted by two ***-analysis,Meta-regression,subgroup,and publication of bias were conducted by *** risk of bias assessment was performed in Revman5.4 using the QUADAS-2 tool.●RESULTS:Twenty studies and 51 models were selected for systematic review and *** pooled sensitivity and specificity were 0.91(95%CI:0.86–0.94,I2=94.67%),0.90(95%CI:0.87–0.92,I2=89.24%).The pooled positive likelihood ratio(PLR)and negative likelihood ratio(NLR)were 8.79(95%CI:6.93–11.15,I2=89.31%)and 0.11(95%CI:0.07–0.16,I2=95.25%).The pooled diagnostic odds ratio(DOR)and area under curve(AUC)were 83.58(95%CI:47.15–148.15,I2=100%)and 0.95(95%CI:0.93–0.97).There was no threshold effect(Spearman correlation coefficient=0.22,P>0.05).●CONCLUSION:There is a high accuracy for the detection of glaucoma with AI with SD-OCT *** application of AI-based algorithms allows together with“doctor+artificial intelligence”to improve the diagnosis of glaucoma.

A novel integrated film of sulfonated polysulfone/graphene/potassium copper ferricyanide(KCuFC/SPSG)was used for selectively extracting rubidium ion(Rb^(+))from *** form KCuFC/SPSG,the precursor film of sulfonated polysulfone/graphene(SPSG)was synthesized by phase conversion process,which was alternately immersed in 0.1 mol·L^(-1)CuSO_(4)/K_(4)[Fe(CN)_(6)]by in-situ adsorption coupled co-precipitation *** data such as nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer,Fourier transform infrared spectroscope,X-ray photoelectron spectroscope,X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope,and energy dispersive spectroscopy all verified that abundant KCuFC were uniformly located on the *** resulting KCuFC/SPSG was used in film separation *** the solution was fed into the system,the Rb^(+)could be selectively adsorption by KCuFC/*** the saturation adsorption,0.5 mol·L^(-1)NH_(4)Cl/HCl was fed into the film cell,Rb^(+)could be quickly desorbed by ion-exchange between Rb^(+)and NH_(4)^(+)in the lattice of *** purpose of separating and recovering Rb^(+)from the brine can be achieved after the repeated *** effects of pH,adsorption time,and interferential ions on the adsorption capacity of Rb^(+)were investigated by batch *** adsorption behavior fits the pseudo-second order kinetic process,while KCuFC has a higher adsorption capacity(Langmuir maximum sorption 165.4 mg·g^(-1)).In addition,KCuFC/SPSG shows excellent selectivity for Rb^(+)even in complex brine ***/SPSG could maintain 93.5%extraction efficiency after five adsorption/desorption cycles.

为提升地铁施工安全管理效果,减小地铁坍塌事故的发生,分析地铁施工事故风险因素。首先,分析事故致因中人群-机群的多因素耦合模式;然后,借助事故致因“2-4”模型(24Model)和广义安全模型(GSM),构建地铁施工安全系统管理模型;最后,将人群-机群系统多因素耦合失效模式应用于已有的16起地铁施工坍塌事故,统计得到14个人群与6个机群致因因素,分别给出其多因素耦合模式及作用路径,并计算风险等级。结果表明:地铁施工人群-机群的多因素耦合效应包含6种模式和14条作用路径。地铁施工安全系统管理模型分为目标层与匹配层,其中,匹配层主要是将事故原因与安全防线相匹配,包括微匹配、中匹配和宏匹配3个层面。并基于地铁施工安全系统管理模型,给出地铁坍塌事故预防安全管理“三道防线”。

BACKGROUND The incidence and mortality of lung cancer have increased *** diagnosis can help improve therapeutic efficacy of interventions and *** lung biopsy is a reliable method for the clinical diagnosis of lung ***-guided percutaneous lung biopsy technology has been widely promoted and applied in recent *** To investigate the diagnostic value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)-guided percutaneous biopsy in peripheral pulmonary *** We retrospectively collected data on 237 patients with peripheral thoracic focal lesions who underwent puncture biopsy at Wuxi People’s *** patients were randomly divided into two groups:The CEUS-guided before lesion puncture group(contrast group)and conventional ultrasound-guided group(control group).Analyze the diagnostic efficacy of the puncture biopsy,impact of tumor size,and number of puncture needles and complications were analyzed and compared between the two *** Accurate pathological results were obtained for 92.83%(220/237)of peripheral lung lesions during the first biopsy,with an accuracy rate of 95.8%(113/118)in the contrast group and 89.9%(107/119)in the control *** difference in the area under the curve(AUC)between the contrast and the control groups was not statistically significant(0.952 vs 0.902,respectively;P>0.05).However,when the lesion diameter≥5 cm,the diagnostic AUC of the contrast group was higher than that of the control group(0.952 vs 0.902,respectively;P<0.05).In addition,the average number of puncture needles in the contrast group was lower than that in the control group(2.58±0.53 vs 2.90±0.56,respectively;P<0.05).CONCLUSION CEUS guidance can enhance the efficiency of puncture biopsy of peripheral pulmonary lesions,especially for lesions with a diameter≥5 ***,CEUS guidance has high clinical diagnostic value in puncture biopsy of peripheral focal lung lesions.
