We have performed two kinds of non-linear fitting procedures to the single-particle energies in the sdgh major shell to obtain better shell model results. The low-lying energy eigenvalues of the light Sn isotopes with A = 103- 110 in the sdgh-shell are calculated in the framework of the nuclear shell model by using CD-Bonn two-body effective nucleonnucleon interaction. The obtained energy eigenvalues are fitted to the corresponding experimental values by using two different non-linear fitting procedures, i.e., downhill simplex method and clonal selection method. The unknown single-particle energies of the states 2s1/2, 1d3/2, and 0h11/2are used in the fitting methods to obtain better spectra of the104,106,108,110 Sn isotopes. We compare the energy spectra of the104,106,108,110 Sn and103,105,107,109 Sn isotopes with/without a nonlinear fit to the experimental results.

Radiation therapy(RT)is typically applied using one of two standard approaches for preoperative treatment of resectable locally advanced rectal cancer(LARC):short-course RT(SC-RT)alone or long-course RT(LC-RT)with concurrent fluorouracil(5-FU)*** Phase II single-arm KROG 11-02 study using intermediate-course(IC)(33 Gy(Gray)/10 fr(fraction)with concurrent capecitabine)preoperative chemoradiotherapy(CRT)demonstrated a pathologically complete response rate and a sphincter-sparing rate that were close to those of *** current trial aim to compare the pathological/oncological outcomes,toxicity,and quality of life results of LC-CRT and IC-CRT in cases of *** prescribed dose was 33 Gy/10 fr for the IC-CRT group and 50.4 Gy/28 fr for the LC-CRT *** chronomodulated capecitabine(Brunch regimen)1650 mg/m2/daily chemotherapy treatment was applied in both *** European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire-Colorectal Cancer Module(EORTC QLQ-CR29)was administered at baseline and at three and six months after CRT.A total of 60 patients with LARC randomized to receive IC-CRT(n=30)or LC-CRT(n=30)were included in this phase II randomized *** significant difference was noted between groups in terms of pathological outcomes,including pathological response rates(ypT0N0-complete response:23.3%vs.16.7%,respectively,and ypT0-2N0-downstaging:50%for each;p=0.809)and Dworak score-based pathological tumor regression grade(Grade 4-complete response:23.3 vs.16.7%,p=0.839).The 5-year overall survival(73.3 vs.86.7%,p=0.173)rate was also *** acute radiation dermatitis(p<0.001)and any hematological toxicity(p=0.004)rates were significantly higher in the LC-CRT group,while no significant difference was noted between treatment groups in terms of baseline,third month,and sixth month EORTC QLQ-CR29 scores.

通过检测猪肉糜的流变特性、质构及颜色变化,研究了水浴、加压蒸煮和微波辐射3种热处理方式下,蛋白质及转谷氨酰胺酶(MTGase)添加量对猪肉糜凝胶特性的影响.结果表明:3种热处理方法下,一定量的转谷氨酰胺酶及肌肉蛋白使猪肉糜表现出不同的颜色和质构特性;与其他两种方法相比,水浴加热使猪肉糜更具有弹性;加入MTGase后,样品的储能模量G′增大,表明MTGase的加入影响了猪肉糜的流变特性、颜色以及质构,其效力取决于猪肉糜的热处理方法.

In this paper, HFEM is proposed to investigate the circular arch problem. Optimal error estimates are derived, some superconvergence results are established, and an asymptotic exactness posteriori error estimator is presented. In contrast with the classical displacement variational method, the optimal convergence rate for displacement is uniform to the small parameter. In contrast with classical mixed finite element methods, our results are free of the strict restriction on h(the mesh size) which is preserved by all the previous papers. Furtheremore we introduce an asymptotic exactness posteriori error estimator based on a global superconvergence result which is discovered in this kind of problem for the first time.

Investigation of plant-bacteria interactions requires quantification of in planta bacterial titers by means of cumbersome and time-consuming colony-counting ***,we devised a broadly applicable tool for bioluminescence-based quantitative and spatial detection of bacteria in *** developed vectors that enable Tn7 transposon-mediated integration of the luxCDABEluciferase operon into a specific genomic location found ubiquitously across bacterial *** vectors allowed for the generation of bioluminescent transformants of various plant pathogenic bacteria from the genera Pseudomonas,Rhizobium(Agrobacterium),and *** luminescence measurements of plant tissues inoculated with bioluminescent Pseudomonas syringae *** DC3000(Pto-lux)reported bacterial titers as accurately as conventional colony-counting assays in Arabidopsis thaliana,Solanum lycopersicum,Nicotiana benthamiana,and Marchantia *** further showed the usefulness of our vectors in converting previously generated Pto derivatives to isogenic bioluminescent ***,quantitative bioluminescence assays using these Pto-lux strains accurately reported the effects of plant immunity and bacterial effectors on bacterial growth,with a dynamic range of four orders of ***,macroscopic bioluminescence imaging illuminated the spatial patterns of Pto-lux growth in/on inoculated plant *** conclusion,our vectors offer untapped opportunities to develop bioluminescence-based assays for a variety of plant-bacteria interactions.

Association of complementary and integrative therapy use and symptoms among Turkish patients with familial Mediterranean fever

Objective: This study explored the correlations between the use of complementary and integrative therapies(CITs) and symptoms among Turkish patients with familial Mediterranean fever(FMF).Methods: This is a cross-sectional and descriptive study. The study was conducted with 1119 FMF patients who were registered to the social networking site for Behcet’s and the FMF Patients Association(Befemder) in Turkey, between January 2018 and February 2019. Data were collected using an online survey, for which a three-part questionnaire was created using a Google form. Descriptive statistics, chi-square test and logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the ***: It was determined that 53.2% of the individuals who participated in the research used various forms of CITs and that 32.8% used vitamin and mineral supplements(calcium, iron, and vitamin B12, C and D), 25.0% used nutritional supplements(fish oil and honey), and 24.6% used oral herbs(ginger, turmeric, green tea and rosemary) and mind–body methods(relaxation, respiration exercise and meditation). It was determined that the percentage of participants that used CITs was higher among women(odds ratio [OR] = 1.825;95% confidence interval [CI] 1.421–2.344), those with joint pain(OR = 1.385;95% CI 1.047–1.832), those with difficulty breathing(OR = 1.323;95% CI 1.031–1.697), those with gastrointestinal symptoms(OR = 1.405;95% CI 1.089–1.814) and those who had a family member with FMF(OR = 1.437;95% CI 1.115–1.851).Conclusion: More than half of the individuals used at least one type of CIT for symptom control.

In the vicinity of Konya （Turkey）,mafic,micro-porphyritic sub-volcanic rocks intrude into the Mesozoic units,which represents the only example of such a rock type in the region.40Ar/39Ar dating of two whole rock samples from the sub-volcanics gave ages of 13.72±0.13 and 12.40±0.11 Ma,suggesting temporal association to the Late Miocene-Pliocene high-K calc-alkaline volcanism in the *** mineral chemistry and geochemical data permit us to classify the rocks as ＂minette＂ *** include diopside and phlogopite phenocrysts in a microcrystalline groundmass composed of sanidine,phlogopite,diopside and *** and ocelli-like globular structures occur commonly in the *** terms of major elements,the lamprophyres are calcalkaline,and potassic to ultrapotassic *** the lamprophyres display strong enrichments in LILE （Rb,Ba,K,Sr）,radiogenic elements （Th,U） and LREE （La,Ce） and prominent negative Nb,Ta,and Ti anomalies on primordial mantle-normalized trace element *** data suggest that the lamprophyres and high-K calc-alkaline rocks in the region derived from a subduction-modified lithospheric mantle source affected by different metasomatic *** magmatism sourced phlogopite-bearing veins generated by sediment-related metasomatism via subduction,but high-K calc-alkaline magmas are possibly derived from a mantle source affected by fluid-rich metasomatism.

Purpose To evaluate the efficacy and safety of radial extracorporeal shock wave therapy (rESWT) according to total number of pulses on hamstring muscle spasticity in children with spastic type cerebral palsy (CP).Methods This study is a randomized controlled trial consisting of thirteen patients with spastic CP, 9 males and 4 females, aged 5 to 14 years (mean age 9.2). Twenty-five spastic hamstring muscles were divided in four groups. Group I: 500 pulses, Group II: 1, 000 pulses, Group III: 1, 500 pulses, and Group IV: 2, 000 pulses. Australian Spasticity Assessment Scale (ASAS) was measured at four different time points (pre-ESWT, post-ESWT, 2 weeks post-ESWT, and 4 weeks post-ESWT).Results All four groups showed improvement in ASAS relative to pre-treatment, although only significant in Group III (1, 500 pulses). There were no statistically significant differences in ASAS between all four groups in pre-ESWT [|2(2)=3.907,P=0.272], immediately post-ESWT [|2(2)=1.250,P=0.741], 2 weeks post-ESWT vs pre-ESWT [|2(2)=3.367,P=0.338], and 4 weeks post-ESWT vs pre-ESWT [|2(2)=1.566,P=0.667].Conclusion The effect of rESWT on spastic hamstring in children with spastic CP is not dependent on the number of pulses.
