The present work is focusing on the synthesization and physico-chemical properties of Jatropha curcas biodiesel with diesel and *** densities of binary diesel(2)+1-alkanols(C_(3) or C_(4))(3)and ternary Jatropha curcas biodiesel(1)+diesel(2)+1-alkanols(C_(3)or C_(4))(3)blends have been reported over full range of composition at temperatures within range 288.15 to 313.15 *** densities of Jatropha curcas biodiesel(1)+diesel or 1-alkanols(C_(3) or C_(4))(2)blends have been measured at 313.15 *** molar volumes,V^E,V^E_(123)of binary and ternary blends were calculated from the measured data and the derived properties were correlated to composition using Redlich-Kister equation.A reasonable agreement was found between the measured and estimated ***,densities and excess molar volumes data were reasoned to discuss molecular interactions taking into consideration effect of composition and temperature.

Parkinson's disease is an idiopathic disorder of the central nervous system, characterized by resting tremors, muscular rigidity, slow and decreased movements. Oral rehabilitation of these patients requires special care, especially in those cases where the patient's socioeconomic status is not good and patient cannot come several times for fabrication of a complete denture. This clinical report presents a case of a Parkinson's patient who was completely rehabilitated in 3 appointments using special techniques. Border molding, f inal impression and jaw relation procedures were done in one appointment by using a custom tray with detachable handles and occlusal rims.

AIM To determine the mechanistic role of fibrinogen, a key regulator of inflammation and fibrosis, in early and delayed radiation *** Fibrinogen wild-type(Fib+/+), fibrinogen heterozygous(Fib+/-), and fibrinogen knockout(Fib-/-) mice were exposed to localized intestinal irradiation and assessed for early and delayed structural changes in the intestinal tissue. A 5-cm segment of ileum of mice was exteriorized and exposed to 18.5 Gy of x-irradiation. Intestinal tissue injury was assessed by quantitative histology, morphometry, and immunohistochemistry at 2 wk and 26 wk after radiation. Plasma fibrinogen level was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. RESULTS There was no difference between sham-irradiated Fib+/+ and Fib+/-mice in terms of fibrinogen concentration in plasma and intestinal tissue, intestinal histology, morphometry, intestinal smooth muscle cell proliferation, and neutrophil infiltration. Therefore, Fib+/-mice were used as littermate controls. Unlike sham-irradiated Fib+/+ and Fib+/-mice, no fibrinogen was detected in the plasma and intestinal tissue of sham-irradiated Fib-/-mice. Moreover, fibrinogen level was not elevated after irradiation in the intestinal tissue of Fib-/-mice, while significant increase in intestinal fibrinogen level was noticed in irradiated Fib+/+ and Fib+/-mice. Importantly, irradiated Fib-/-mice exhibited substantially less overall intestinal structural injury(RIS, P = 0.000002), intestinal wall thickness(P = 0.003), intestinal serosal thickness(P = 0.009), collagen deposition(P = 0.01), TGF-β immunoreactivity(P = 0.03), intestinal smooth muscle proliferation(P = 0.046), neutrophil infiltration(P = 0.01), and intestinal mucosal injury(P = 0.0003), compared to irradiated Fib+/+ and Fib+/-mice at both 2 wk and 26 wk. CONCLUSION These data demonstrate that fibrinogen deficiency directly attenuates development of early and delayed radiation enteropathy. Fibrinogen could be a novel target in treating intestina

BACKGROUND:Though gallbladder carcinoma is asso- ciated with early lymphatic and hematogenous spread, the only common extra-abdominal site of metastasis is *** carcinoma metastasizing to breast and subcutaneous tissue is not known. METHOD:This report describes an interesting and unusual case of asymptomatic gallbladder carcinoma presenting with subcutaneous and breast metastasis. RESULTS:A 42-year-old woman presented with multiple subcutaneous nodules over the abdominal wall,anterior chest wall,back and in bilateral *** needle aspiration cytology(FNAC)of these nodules revealed metastatic *** patient was investigated for a primary *** ultrasound of the abdomen followed by a contrast-enhanced CT scan showed a growth in gallbladder,infiltrating the liver with multiple hepatic ***-guided FNAC from the growth in the gallbladder revealed *** was diagnosed as a case of metastatic adenocarcinoma of the gallbladder and palliative combination chemotherapy with gemcitabine and carboplatin was *** she developed jaundice and deteriorated dramatically in a short span of *** specific therapy could be started and she was given supportive *** died within three weeks of diagnosis due to hepatic encephalopathy. CONCLUSIONS:This report highlights an unusual metastasis of gallbladder carcinoma to the breast and subcutaneous tissue presenting as multiple lesions,which has never been reported in the English *** were unknown sites of metastasis for carcinoma of the ***,bilateral multiple metastatic lesions to breast are also very rare.
