Particles can appear as catalyst,reactant or product in various gas-liquid-solid three-phase production *** bubble column reactors(SBCRs),as a kind of three-phase reactors,are preferred for phase contacting and ***,literature studies concerning the effects of particles on the hydrodynamics of SBCRs are manifold and inconsistent in ***,the multiscale interactions between particles,turbulent eddies and bubbles determine the reactor *** review focuses on revealing the particle effects in SBCRs from the perspective of multiscale *** hydrodynamic changes due to particle effects in literature are *** parameters,including the Stokes number,the solid-to-liquid density ratio,the ratio of particle and liquid characteristic lengths,the contact angle and the particle volume fraction are adopted to evaluate the characteristics of gas-liquid-solid *** relationships between particle influencing mechanisms and these parameters are analyzed and *** experimental results are explained by different ranges of these dimensionless ***,particle effects at the mesoscale and microscale,such as the influence on the bubble dynamics and the pivoting effect on the turbulence energy spectrum,are ***,progress in modeling the SBCRs with consideration of particles effects using the Euler method are *** review aims to improve the overall understanding of the complex hydrodynamics in the SBCRs.

This study aimed to examine the effects of inoculating Fritillaria taipaiensis *** leaves with different strains ofpotassium-solubilizing bacteria (KSB), or combinations thereof, focusing on aspects of photosynthesis and physiologicaland biochemical characteristics. At present, some studies have only studied the rhizosphere microbialcommunity characteristics of F. taipaiensis and have not discussed the effects of different microbial species on thegrowth promotion of F. taipaiensis. This paper will start from the perspective of potassium-solubilizing bacteria toconduct an in-depth study. Seed cultivation commenced at the base with three different KSBs in early October2022. The growth of F. taipaiensis leaves was observed after different treatments. Both single-plant and compoundinoculations were executed. A total of eight treatment groups were established, with aseptic fertilizer and sterilizedsoil functioning as the control group. The results reveal that intercellular CO_(2) concentration (Ci), stomatal conductance(Gs), and transpiration rate (Tr) were at their apex in the S7 group. Most treatment groups exhibited anincrease in leaf area, photosynthetic pigment content, soluble sugar, soluble protein, Superoxide Dismutase(SOD), Peroxidase (POD), Catalase (CAT) activities, and proline content. The expression levels of POD, SOD,and CAT genes were evaluated, following inoculation with different KSB. The highest was the S7 group. Theinoculation with various KSB, or combinations thereof, appears to bolster the growth and development of F. *** composite inoculation group S7, comprising Bacillus cereus, Burkholderia cepacia, and Bacillus subtilis,manifested the most favorable impact on the diverse indices of F. taipaiensis, thereby furnishing valuableinsights for the selection of bacterial fertilizer in the artificial cultivation of F. taipaiensis.

BACKGROUND High-grade B-cell lymphoma(HGBL)is an unusual malignancy that includes myelocytomatosis viral oncogene(MYC),B-cell lymphoma-2(BCL-2),and/or BCL-6 rearrangements,termed double-hit or triple-hit lymphomas,and HGBL-not otherwise specific(HGBL-NOS),which are morphologically characteristic of HGBL but lack MYC,BCL-2,or BCL-6 *** is partially transformed by follicular lymphoma and other indolent lymphoma,with few cases of marginal zone lymphoma(MZL)*** often has a poor prognosis and intensive therapy is currently mainly advocated,but there is no good treatment for these patients who cannot tolerate *** SUMMARY We reported a case of MZL transformed into HGBL-NOS with TP53 mutation and terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase *** analysis revealed the gene expression profile was identical in the pre-and post-transformed tissues,suggesting that the two diseases are homologous,not secondary *** chemotherapy was ineffective and the side effect was severe,so we tried combination therapy including venetoclax and *** patient tolerated treatment well,and reached partial *** patient had recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma and died of multifunctional organ *** survived for 12 months after *** Venetoclax combined with obinutuzumab might improve the survival in some HGBL patients,who are unsuitable for chemotherapy.

To better understand the aerodynamic reasons for highly organized movements of flying organisms,the three-flapping wing system in tandem formation was studied numerically in this *** from previous relevant studies on the multiple flapping wings that are equally spaced,this study emphasizes the impact of unequal spacing between individuals on the aerodynamics of each individual wing as well as the whole *** is found that swapping the distance between the first and second wing with the distance between the second wing and the rearmost wing does not affect the overall aerodynamic performance,but significantly changes the distribution of aerodynamic benefits across each *** the whole flapping cycle,three effects are at *** narrow channel effect and the downwash effect can promote and weaken the wing lift,respectively,while the wake capture effect can boost the *** also shows that these effects could be manipulated by changing the spacing between adjacent *** findings provide a novel way for flow control in tandem formation flight and are also inspiring for designing the formation flight of bionic aircraft.

To produce paraffin from hydrogenation/deoxygenation of palmitic acid,model compound of bio-oil obtained by hydrothermal liquefaction(HTL)of microalgae has been an attractive focus in recent *** order to avoid energy-intensive separation process of water and bio-oil,it is of importance that deoxygenation upgrading of fatty acids under hydrothermal conditions similar to HTL ***,it is the first time to explore the application of activated carbon(AC)-supported non-noble-metal catalysts,such as Ni,Co,and Mo,and so on,in the hydrothermal hydrogenation/deoxygenation of long-chain fatty acids,and the obtained Ni/AC-H(the Ni/AC was further H_(2)pre-reduced)is one of the best *** addition,it is found that the catalytic activity can be further improved by H_(2)pre-reduction of *** results that are more low valences of nickel and oxygen vacancy can be obtained after H_(2)pre-reduction,thus significant promoting the deoxygenation especially the decarbonylation pathway of fatty *** total alkanes yield can reaches 95.9%at optimal conditions(280℃,360 min).This work confirmed that the low-priced AC-supported non-noble-metal catalysts have great potential compared with the noble-metal catalyst,in hydrothermal upgrading of bio-oil.

Coordinated Capacitor Voltage Balancing Method for Cascaded H-bridge Inverter with Supercapacitor and DC-DC Stage

Cascaded H-bridge inverter(CHBI) with supercapacitors(SCs) and dc-dc stage shows significant promise for medium to high voltage energy storage applications. This paper investigates the voltage balance of capacitors within the CHBI, including both the dc-link capacitors and SCs. Balance control over the dc-link capacitor voltages is realized by the dcdc stage in each submodule(SM), while a hybrid modulation strategy(HMS) is implemented in the H-bridge to balance the SC voltages among the SMs. Meanwhile, the dc-link voltage fluctuations are analyzed under the HMS. A virtual voltage variable is introduced to coordinate the balancing of dc-link capacitor voltages and SC voltages. Compared to the balancing method that solely considers the SC voltages, the presented method reduces the dc-link voltage fluctuations without affecting the voltage balance of SCs. Finally, both simulation and experimental results verify the effectiveness of the presented method.

African swine fever(ASF)caused by the ASF virus(ASFV)is a highly contagious disease of pigs and wild ***,there are no safe,effective commercial vaccines *** genome of ASFV HLJ/18 contains more than 180 genes,including a few virulence-related *** these key virulence genes through individual deletion and subsequent pathogenicity testing in pigs is a laborious *** addition,some ASFV genes are indispensable for viral replication and cannot be *** the past 30 years,scientists have confirmed that certain ASFV genes particularly those host antiviral innate immune responses,are associated with the virulence of ASFV *** knockout of these genes does not impact viral replication,it does attenuate the virulence of ASFV in *** immunized with these live attenuated vaccine candidates can provide partial or complete *** on these findings,we propose a new concept that ASFV immunomodulatory genes involved in type I interferon(IFN)production,IFN-JAK-STAT signaling,inflammatory responses,cell death(involved in apoptosis,necrosis,and pyroptosis),and autophagy may be related to the pathogenicity of *** unbiased screening may identify more ASFV immunomodulatory or multifunctional genes,simplifying the confirmation of ASFV virulence-related *** line with these theories,we have identified MGF505-7R and H240R as key virulence genes determining the pathogenicity of the ASFV HLJ/18 *** of MGF505-7R,H240R alone or both attenuate the virulence of ASFV HLJ/18 in pigs,providing a paradigm for developing attenuated live vaccines from basic research results.
