Synthesis and Optical Properties of Hyperbranched PAEKs Containing Porphyrin and Its Metal Derivatives

Novel functional hyperbranched poly（aryl ether ketone）s （HPAEKs） bonded with nonlinear optical chromophores （meso-tetrakis（4-hydroxyphenyl） porphyrin, THPP and its metal derivatives） were synthesized and characterized by IH-NMR and UV-Vis absorption spectra. The incorporation of chromophores into HPAEKs endowed HPAEKs novel NLO and OL properties. Indeed, dendritic architecture allowed for maximum dispersion of the chromophores, avoided aggregation, more optical limiting property was obtained. Simultaneously, they retained the excellent properties of the materials, particularly in thermal stability. Their optical properties were evaluated by nonlinear optical analyses and optical limiting. The results showed that these polymers possessed good optical limiting （OL） property and large nonlinear optical （NLO） susceptibilities （ca. 10-12 esu）. All polymers containing chromophores presented excellent thermal stability （DT5 〉 524.17 ℃）.

A new method of switched reluctance wind power generation position sensorless based on DFNN by FEA was proposed. Through current and magnetic linkage to get the angle of SRG rotor position, the nonlinear mapping of current-magnetic linkage-angle was built. By training these sample data from FEA, the angle of SRG rotor position was replaced by the output of DFNN to achieve SRG position sensorless. Simulation results show that the error between actual rotor position and estimate rotor position is small; SRG can commutate with great accuracy; and the output voltage of SRG wind power system under variable wind speed is essentially constant.

This paper dealt with the development of a two-dimensional （2D） mathematical model for column leaching and confirmed the important simulation parameters through experiment. The unsaturated state of the variably saturated flow column and the solute transport of copper ions were studied during leaching. The fluid flow problem was handled using the Richards equation on the premise of an ambient pressure column air, where the van Genuchten formulas were applied to define the nonlinear relationships of pressure head with the retention and permeability properties. The ore column permeability test gave a varied hydraulic conductivity, which was analyzed in the model. In the solute transport problem, the copper ion concentration was solved using the advection-diffusion-reaction equation whose reaction term was determined by the joint analysis of experimental copper leaching rate and the shrinking core model. Particle-and column-scale leaching tests were carried out to illustrate the difference and connection of copper extraction in both processes. This fluid flow and solute transport cou-pled model was determined through the finite element method using the numerical simulation software, COMSOL Multiphysics.

Effect of Modification Treatment for Reduction of Dephosphorization Slag in Hot Metal Bath

To extract the valuable elements from the steel slag, a novel approach has been proposed by modification treatment to provide the stronger driving forces and accelerate the reduction. Three types of dephosphorization steel slags were reduced using carbon-saturated iron bath to extract iron and phosphorus simultaneously. During the process of reduction, slag composition, temperature, and original P2O5 content were investigated respectively. Slag modification treatment, adding either silica or alumina to vary the slag composition, was proven to accelerate the reduction of dephosphorization slag. The equilibrium time can be shortened from 60 to 30 min. Slag modification also allowed the reduction reaction to occur at lower temperature. After slag modification, the original P2O5 content in slag presents a slight difference on reduction process. Almost half of the reduced phosphorus was vaporized within 5 and 20 min. As more and more FeO was reduced, CO gas generation decreased, and evaporation amount of phosphorus therefore decreases.

城市地下隧道的修建会引起隧道周围一定范围土体的位移,对土体位移进行较为准确的计算对于控制隧道周围土体位移量和减小过大土体位移对既有建筑物及管线带来的危害十分重要.本文根据地层损失的空间分布规律,应用镜像法原理,首次采用数值积分法,对隧道推进过程中由地层损失产生的位移场进行空间分析,得到隧道周围土体的位移场分布.计算表明,镜像法的计算结果与巴塞罗纳地下隧道、泰国Bangkok污水隧道的实测结果吻合良好.为计算隧道施工引起的土体位移提供了一种新的计算方法.

To the Editor: Ureteral calculus is a common urological disease. In recent years, one of the main treatment methods is ureteroscopy with holmium laser lithotripsy. However, with the extensive application of holmium laser lithotripsy, the increasing incidence of postoperative ureteral stricture or even occlusion has attracted the attention of clinicians to its etiology. The issue of the intraoperative holmium laser thermal effect has also gradually gained attention. The holmium laser is a long-wavelength pulsed laser, which crushes calculi by an optomechanical/photoacoustic mechanism as well as a photothermal mechanism, and it is mainly based on the photothermal mechanism.[1] Currently, multiple in vitro studies worldwide have confirmed that the holmium laser did increase the water temperature in the working area. However, these studies only simulated the lithotripsy process of the holmium laser in vitro, which did not completely reflect the thermal effect of the holmium laser during an actual operation. Accordingly, this study monitored the temperature changes of the lavage fluid in the operative field during the actual holmium laser lithotripsy process under an ureteroscope, with the aim of providing more information for the etiology study of ureteral stricture after ureteroscopy with holmium laser lithotripsy.

Industrial Application of Desulfurization Using Low Basicity Refining Slag in Tire Cord Steel

Desulfurization performance with low binary basicity refining slag in 72 grade tire cord steel was calculated using FactSage and it is found that sulfur content in steel decreases with the increase of basicity of slag, MgO content in slag and slag/steel ratio while sulfur partition ratio between slag and steel increases gradually with the increase of basicity of slag as well as MgO content. Experiments were carried out and the results are of great agreements with theoretical calculation. Then industrial application tests were performed in a domestic plant and good results were achieved. Sulfur content in steel decreases gradually during refining process, as a result, sulfur content in the billets is controlled in the range of 0.007 1%-0.008 1%. Sulfur content in steel refined with slag basicity of 1.21 is lower than that of 1.02, while the plasticity of oxide compound inclusions is a little better controlled in low basicity heats. Using refining slag with basicity of 1.0-1.2 and MgO content of 5%-10% and reducing the slag takeover of LD are favorable for improving the desulfurization performance and the plasticity of inclusions during the industrial production.

提出了一个考虑空间扩散与发酵期时滞的社交网络谣言传播模型,重点研究了扩散与时滞对在线社交网络中谣言时空传播的影响.首先,分析了谣言传播平衡点的存在性,并得到了基本再生数R0;其次,运用Roth-Hurwitz稳定判据分析了谣言传播平衡点的局部稳定性,并讨论了扩散诱导的Turing不稳定;最后,选取时滞为分岔参数,建立了谣言传播模型的Hopf分岔条件.数值仿真结果表明,扩散和时滞的出现都能使得谣言传播模型的稳定性发生根本性改变.本文从时间和空间两个维度扩展了传统谣言传播动力学仅考虑时间演化的局限,更加真实地模拟了谣言在现实社会中的时空传播规律,为谣言传播的治理提供了全新的角度和思路.
