Room-temperature ferroelectricity in van der Waals SnP_(2)S_(6)

Two-dimensional(2D)ferroelectric materials,which possess electrically switchable spontaneous polarization and can be easily integrated with semiconductor technologies,is of utmost importance in the advancement of high-integration low-power *** the experimental discovery of certain 2D ferroelectric materials such as CuInP2S6 and In2Se3,achieving stable ferroelectricity at room temperature in these materials continues to present a significant ***,stable ferroelectric order at room temperature in the 2D limit is demonstrated in van der Waals SnP_(2)S_(6) atom layers,which can be fabricated via mechanical exfoliation of bulk SnP_(2)S_(6) *** polarization is observed in thin SnP_(2)S_(6) of~7 ***,a van der Waals ferroelectric field-effect transistor(Fe-FET)with ferroelectric SnP_(2)S_(6) as top-gate insulator and ptype WTe0.6Se1.4 as the channel was designed and fabricated successfully,which exhibits a clear clockwise hysteresis loop in transfer characteristics,demonstrating ferroelectric properties of SnP_(2)S_(6) atomic *** addition,a multilayer graphene/SnP_(2)S_(6)/multilayer graphene van der Waals vertical heterostructure phototransistor was also fabricated successfully,exhibiting improved optoelectronic performances with a responsivity(R)of 2.9 A/W and a detectivity(D)of 1.4×10^(12) *** results show that SnP_(2)S_(6) is a promising 2D ferroelectric material for ferroelectric-integrated low-power 2D devices.

Magnesia base catalyst flue gas denitrate performance study

To control contamination of flue gas emission NOx, the author mixcd method of preparing new magnesia base catalyst and researched on denitrificating fine gas by directness catalytic decomposition. Usually removal rate of NO is regarded on the main evaluation criteria. The author analyzed calcination temperature of catalyzer manufacturing process, the temperature of flue gas desorption tower, bed height and efficiency denitrification of NO concentration. And discussed the result of both denitrate lore-and-aft of FT-IR and XRD. The experiment indicates that magnesia base catalyst is available to directness catalytic decomposition denitrificate flue gas. Through denitrification rate is from 85% to 95%. The ingredient of magnesia base catalyst is made from magnesia, firming agent, addition agent. Height denitration bed was 4 cm- 5 cm, deuitration reaction temperature is 130℃-170℃, through the analyses above, presumed that magnesia base catalyst exist activating of vice, and analyzed this vice preliminarily.

Accurate detection of biomarkers is essential for disease *** the highly sensitive fluorescence probes are feasible for the above goal,it is typically interfered by the auto-fluorescence and light scattering of the biological *** afterglow system(consisting of photosensitizer,afterglow substrate and emitter)based on cascade photochemical reactions exhibits long-lived luminescence(seconds to hours),thus avoiding background *** the assistance of polymers,such as polystyrene microspheres,the photochemical afterglow systems have been transformed into homogeneous and water-soluble nanoparticles,and used for in-vitro biomarker ***,we summarized the principle,preparation and applications of these afterglow nanoparticles,and evaluated their performance in clinical sample testing by comparing with other nanoparticle-based ***,several problems and possible solutions of afterglow nanoparticle-based methods in biomarker determination were also mentioned.

A case study of continental shelf waves in the northwestern South China Sea induced by winter storms in 2021

This study aims to investigate characteristics of continental shelf wave(CSW)on the northwestern continental shelf of the South China Sea(SCS)induced by winter storms in *** and cruise observations,tidal gauge data at stations Hong Kong,Zhapo and Qinglan and sea surface wind data from January 1 to February 28,2021 are used to examine the relationship between along-shelf wind and sea level *** events of CSWs driven by the along-shelf sea surface wind are detected from wavelet spectra of tidal gauge *** signals are triply peaked at periods of 56 h,94 h and 180 h,propagating along the coast with phase speed ranging from 6.9 m/s to18.9 m/*** dispersion relation shows their property of the Kelvin mode of *** develop a simple method to estimate amplitude of sea surface fluctuation by along-shelf *** results are comparable with the observation data,suggesting it is *** mode 2 CSWs fits very well with the mooring current velocity *** results from rare current help to understand wave-current interaction in the northwestern SCS.

Improved Diurnal Cycle of Precipitation on Land in a Global Non-Hydrostatic Model Using a Revised NSAS Deep Convective Scheme

In relatively coarse-resolution atmospheric models,cumulus parameterization helps account for the effect of subgridscale convection,which produces supplemental rainfall to the grid-scale precipitation and impacts the diurnal cycle of *** this study,the diurnal cycle of precipitation was studied using the new simplified Arakawa-Schubert scheme in a global non-hydrostatic atmospheric model,i.e.,the Yin-Yang-grid Unified Model for the *** new diagnostic closures and a convective trigger function were suggested to emphasize the job of the cloud work function corresponding to the free tropospheric large-scale *** results of the 0.25-degree model in 3-month batched real-case simulations revealed an improvement in the diurnal precipitation variation by using a revised trigger function with an enhanced dynamical constraint on the convective initiation and a suitable threshold of the *** reducing the occurrence of convection during peak solar radiation hours,the revised scheme was shown to be effective in delaying the appearance of early-afternoon rainfall peaks over most land areas and accentuating the nocturnal peaks that were wrongly concealed by the more substantial afternoon *** addition,the revised scheme enhanced the simulation capability of the precipitation probability density function,such as increasing the extremely low-and high-intensity precipitation events and decreasing small and moderate rainfall events,which contributed to the reduction of precipitation bias over mid-latitude and tropical land areas.

LetΩbe a bounded smooth domain in RN(N≥3).Assuming that 00 are constants,we consider the existence results for positive solutions of a class of fractional elliptic system below,{(a+b[u]^(2)_(s))(-Δ)^(s)u=vp+h_(1)(x,u,v,▽u,▽v),x∈Ω,(-Δ)^(s)v=u^(q)+h_(2)(x,u,▽,▽u,▽v),x∈Q,u,v>0,x∈Ω,u=v=0,x∈RN\Ω.Under some assumptions of hi(x,u,v,▽u,▽v)(i=1,2),we get a priori bounds of the positive solutions to the problem(1.1)by the blow-up methods and rescaling *** on these estimates and degree theory,we establish the existence of positive solutions to problem(1.1).

According to the boot process of modern computer systems,whoever boots first will gain control *** advantage of this feature,a malicious code called bootkit can hijack the control before the OS bootloader and bypass security mechanisms in boot *** makes bootkits difficult to detect or clean up *** the improvement of security mechanisms and the emergence of UEFI,the attack and defense techniques for bootkits have constantly been *** first introduce two boot modes of modern computer systems and present an attack model of bootkits by some sophistical *** we discuss some classic attack techniques used by bootkits from their initial appearance to the present on two axes,including boot mode axis and attack phase ***,we evaluate the race to the bottom of the system and the evolution process between bootkits and security *** last,we present the possible future direction for bootkits in the context of continuous improvement of OS and firmware security mechanisms.

In this paper,we define the evolute and focal surface of a spacelike framed curve with lightlike components in minkowski *** is a generalization of the previous results of regular spacelike curves,since singularities are allowed in the original spacelike curves studied by spacelike framed curves with lightlike ***,we show a new geometric invariant to characterise singularities of the focal ***,the classification theorem and recognition theorem for the singularities of the focal surface in generic are also given.

Understanding the Relationship Between Shrinking Cities and Land Prices:Spatial Pattern,Effectiveness,and Policy Implications

Urban shrinkage has emerged as a widespread phenomenon globally and has a significant impact on land,particularly in terms of land use and *** study focuses on 2851 county-level cities in China in 2005–2018(excluding Hong Kong,Macao,Taiwan,and‘no data’areas in Qinhai-Tibet Plateau)as the fundamental units of *** employing nighttime light(NTL)data to identify shrinking cities,the propensity score matching(PSM)model was used to quantitatively examine the impact of shrinking cities on land prices,and evaluate the magnitude of this *** findings demonstrate the following:1)there were 613 shrinking cities in China,with moderate shrinkage being the most prevalent and severe shrinkage being the least.2)Regional disparities are evident in the spatial distribution of shrinking cities,especially in areas with diverse terrain.3)The spatial pattern of land price exhibits a significant correlated to the economic and administrative levels.4)Shrinking cities significantly negatively impact on the overall land price(ATT=–0.1241,P<0.05).However,the extent of the effect varies significantly among different spatial *** study contributes novel insights into the investigation of land prices and shrinking cities,ultimately serving as a foundation for government efforts to promote the sustainable development of urban areas.

Periodic event-triggered secure consensus for networked mechanical systems under Denial-of-Service attacks

This paper concentrates on the secure consensus problem of networked mechanical/Euler–Lagrange ***,a new periodic event-triggered(PET)secure distributed observer is proposed to estimate the leader *** proposed distributed observer only relies on the PET data from its neighbors,which can significantly reduce the communication and computational *** importantly,it is secure in the sense that it can work normally regardless of the Denial-of-Service(DoS)***,based on the proposed distributed observer,an adaptive fuzzy control law is proposed for each Euler–Lagrange system.A PET mechanism is integrated into the controller,which can reduce the control *** is helpful for both energy saving and fault tolerance of ***,the PET mechanism naturally makes the controller easy to be implemented in digital *** property of fuzzy logic systems and Gronwall inequality are skillfully utilized to show the stability of the closed-loop ***,the proposed control scheme is verified on real Euler–Lagrange systems,which contain a robot manipulator and several servo motors.
