The ceramics La_(0.85)Cr_(0.15)TiO_(x)and La_(0.7)Cr_(0.3)TiO_(x)are prepared by conventional solid-state reaction *** dielectric properties of Cr-doped La TiO_(x)as a function of frequency(0.1 k Hz≤f≤1 MHz)and temperature(77 K≤T≤360 K)are *** blocks are then annealed in a flowing O2 or Ar/H_(2)to convert their oxygen content and the tests mentioned above are *** highly oxygenated samples exhibit extremely high low-frequency dielectric constants at room temperature(~10^(6)).The results show that the oxygen stoichiometry could significantly influence the dielectric properties of Cr-doped LaTiO_(x).

Rare-earth hexaborides(REB_(6))are vital raw materials for cathode materials and high temperature structural ceramics that are widely applied as high-frequency electron tubes and ceramics adaptive for extreme environment,*** this work,single phase substitutional solid solution REB_(6)(LaB_(6),La_(0.75)Ce_(0.25)B_(6).La_(0.5)Ce_(0.5)B_(6),La_(0.25)Ce_(0.75)B_(6) and CeB_(6))powders were prepared with the raw materials of La_(2)O_(3),CeO_(2),B_(4)C and Al powders,after calcining at 1773 K for 4 h and the following alkaline *** substitutional solid solution products have homogeneous distributions of La and Ce in *** microscopic morphology analysis,it is discovered that the formation of solid solution is beneficial for reducing the particle size of product,relative to LaB_(6) and CeB_(6).Moreover,Al flux plays an important role in decarbonizing reaction,and C contents of all products are below 0.4 wt%.

The main purpose of this study was to assess the reliability and validity of the simplified Chinese STOP-BANG Questionnaire(SBQ)as a diagnosing and screening tool for obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Two hundred and ten patients with suspected OSAHS were recruited in this *** simplified Chinese SBQ was completed twice before and after polysomnography(PSG)*** 20.0 was used to analyze the test-retest reliability,discriminant validity,comparative validity and predictive validity of the *** patients were excluded on account of fragmentary data,and valid 196 were divided into four groups:non-OSAHS group(n=28,14.29%),mild OSAHS group(n=28,14.29%),moderate OSAHS group(n=31,15.81%)and severe OSAHS group(n=109,55.61%).The test-retest coefficient tor the first four items was 0.810,0.679,0.775,0.963 respectively and the total score of the STOP questionnaire was *** analysis of discriminant validity revealed that there were significant differences among four groups in the total score of the SBQ and scores of item 1,3,7 and 8,which were also validated between patients with normal blood oxygen saturation and different degrees of *** SBQ evaluation showed low consistency with diagnostic gold standard PSG(k=0.3O3,P<0.05).When taking apnea hypopnea index(AHI)≥5/h,≥15/h and≥30/h as cut-offs to evaluate the SBQ predictive value,the areas under ROC curve were 0.77,0.81 and 0.78,the sensitivity was 90.48%,93.57%and 93.33%,and corresponding negative predictive values were 40.74%,66.67%and 85.19%,*** was suggested that the simplified Chinese version of SBQ had good reliability,and could distinguish the severity of *** its limited diagnostic accuracy,the SBQ can be considered as an ideal tool for screening OSAHS with superior predictive validity.

The development of methods for the efficient treatment and application of food waste digestate is an important research *** via housefly larvae is an efficient way to reduce food waste and achieve its valorization,however,studies on the application and performance of digestate in vermicomposting are *** present study aimed to investigate the feasibility of the co-treatment of food waste and digestate as an additive via *** food waste(RFW)and household food waste(HFW)were selected to assess the effects of waste type on vermicomposting performance and larval *** reduction rates of 50.9%–57.8%were observed in the vermicomposting of food waste mixed with digestate at a ratio of 25%,which were slightly lower than those for treatments without the addition of digestate(62.8%–65.9%).The addition of digestate increased the germination index,with a maximum value of 82%in the RFW treatments with 25%digestate,and decreased the respiration activity,with a minimum value of 30 mg-O_(2)/*** larval productivity of 13.9%in the RFW treatment system with a digestate rate of 25%was lower that without digestate(19.5%).Materials balance shows that larval biomass and metabolic equivalent had decreasing trends as the amount of digestate increased and HFW vermicomposting exhibited lower bioconversion efficiency than that of RFW treatment system regardless of the addition of *** results suggest that mixing digestate at a low ratio(25%)during vermicomposting of foodwaste especially RFW could lead to considerable larval biomass and generate relatively stable residues.

Predicting the future information and recovering the missing data for time series are two vital tasks faced in various application *** are often subjected to big challenges,especially when the signal is nonlinear and nonstationary which is common in *** this paper,we propose a hybrid 2-stage approach,named IF2FNN,to predict(including short-term and long-term predictions)and recover the general types of time *** the first stage,we decompose the original non-stationary series into several“quasi stationary”intrinsic mode functions(IMFs)by the iterative filtering(IF)*** the second stage,all of the IMFs are fed as the inputs to the factorization machine based neural network model to perform the prediction and *** test the strategy on five datasets including an artificial constructed signal(ACS),and four real-world signals:the length of day(LOD),the northern hemisphere land-ocean temperature index(NHLTI),the troposphere monthly mean temperature(TMMT),and the national association of securities dealers automated quotations index(NASDAQ).The results are compared with those obtained from the other prevailing *** experiments indicate that under the same conditions,the proposed method outperforms the others for prediction and recovery according to various metrics such as mean absolute error(MAE),root mean square error(RMSE),and mean absolute percentage error(MAPE).

SiCa line and SiCaBaFe alloy were injected into liquid pipeline steel at the end of LF refining as calcium treatment,and samples were taken from the ladles,mould,and *** of Ca content and inclusions shows that Ca content in steel decreases obviously in the following process after calcium treatment;the compositions,morphology,and sizes of inclusions also vary much in the production;primary inclusions in the ladles prior to calcium treatment are mainly Al2O3 inclusions,but they turn to fine irregular CaS-CaO-Al2O3 compound inclusions after the treatment,then become fine globular CaO-Al2O3 inclusions in the mould,and finally change to a few larger irregular CaS-CaO-Al2O3 complex inclusions in the *** study reveals that inclusion variations are related with the preferential reactions among Ca,Al2O3,and S and the precipitation of S in CaO-Al2O3 inclusions with high sulfur *** evaluation standards for calcium treatment in high-grade pipeline steel were put forward according to the inclusion variations and requirements of pipeline steel on inclusion controlling,and the calcium process was studied and optimized.

Electronic structure and properties of FeS_2 with the space groups of Pa3 and P1

The electronic structure and properties of FeS2 with the space groups of Pa3 and P1 were studied by the density functional theory. The generalized-gradient approximation exchange-correlation functional was used in conjunction with a plane wave-ultrasoft pseudopotential representation. Calculation results show that differences are observed in electronic structures and properties between Pa3 and P1 crystals. The band gap and energy loss of P1 are smaller than those of Pa3 crystal, while the dielectric constant, conductivity, refractive index, extinction coefficient, and intensity of optical absorption of P1 are larger than those of Pa3. These behaviors are attributed to the differences in symmetry, atomic arrangement, and Mulliken bond population of each unit for Pa3 and P1 crystals.
