EPDM is a kind of charring ablation material and is usually used as inner thermal protection material for some kinds of ramjets. The analysis of thermo-ablative properties of EPDM thermal protection material of ramjet combustion chamber is presented under different conditions with different injection angles of the gas flow and mass flow rate ratio between air and fuel. The ablation mechanism and the ablation model of EPDM are established. The numerical simulations of thermo-ablation and ground test are both carried out. Due to the need of heat load boundary for the calculation of thermo-ablation model, the temperature distribution of internal chemical reaction flow field of chamber is needed. So the simulation on chemical reaction flow field with different injection angles and mass flow rate ration is solved by the CFD software FLUENT. Then the temperature distribution is loaded as the heat load boundary in the analysis of thermo-ablation analysis. The thermo-ablation models are solved by the FEA software ANSYS. The ground tests of oxygen-rich and oxygen-poor were carried out. After both tests, the surface layer of ablation samples comes into being a layer of carbon, which is called charring layer. At the state of oxygen-poor, pyrolysis takes place inside the EPDM sample, and no combustion happens at the surface of sample in the process of ablation. Because of the obstruction by charring-layer and the material above, along with the pyrolysis gas flowing out, the inner pressure increased gradually. Then the material began to expand along with the pressure increase, so the sample after test is thicker than that of origin sample. At the oxygen-rich situation, the condition is worse than that of oxygen-poor, because except pyrolysis inside the sample, the charring layer at the surface of sample formed during the ablation can react with oxygen inside the combustion gas, and suffered erosion by the higher-speed combustion gas flow inside the chamber and so on. Job satisfaction shows a positive effect on organizational *** study examines job satisfaction and it is very important because it is directly involved with both personal and organizational *** purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the management of the employees of a company as a brilliant workforce and their job *** predictor variables of employee satisfaction were used – impact,influence,and managerial and personal *** variables are positively associated with job *** the subject of organizational behavior,six aspects were identified in relation to job satisfaction *** performance,organizational citizenship behavior,customer satisfaction,absenteeism,turnover and workforce *** company being studied is called *** paper examines the distinctive approaches and strives for a better understanding of what job satisfaction is to the employees of *** these concepts and methods for this private trading company shall be a way forward to improving the effectiveness of the employees which could lead to improving the services of *** these concepts and following best practices can form an organizational culture that values the job satisfaction of its *** study used both qualitative and quantitative analysis to answer its aims and *** raw data came from the survey questionnaire where one hundred thirty-one respondents gave their ***,face-to-face interviews with selected employees were conducted to find out how their organization‘s management approaches affect the job satisfaction of the *** formulas were used to analyze the data and correlation was used to analyze the relationship between the different factors and the job satisfaction of the employees.

The active Sagaing fault in Myanmar defines the boundary between the Indian Plate and the Eurasian Plate and causes seismic damage in the major cities of Myanmar. Small bodies of serpentinite occur along the fault. We for the first time investigated the highly sheared serpentinite bodies in the Sheinmagar area and Yega Inn area along the Sagaing fault. Extensively sheared/brecciated serpentinites and related rocks, such as talc and/or chlorite-bearing rocks contains small rock fragments of serpentinites. Serpentine texture and mineral chemistry indicate that the protolith of these serpentinites were mainly harzburgite with minor amounts of dunite, some of which are cut by gabbroic veins. No shape-preferred orientation of the antigorite is present, indicating that the serpentinization was occurred under relatively static conditions. Protolith and serpentine minerals are similar to those of the jadeitite-bearing serpentinites in the north of the Sagaing fault(the Jade mine belt). Chemical variations of spinels in the studied area are within the compositional range of forearc peridotites and those in the mantle section of nearby ophiolites. After the formation of antigorite serpentinite under static conditions, these serpentinites were subsequently, but locally deformed, probably due to the activity of the Sagaing fault, resulting in the formation of serpentinite schist/brecciated rock. The presence of the less-deformed antigorite serpentinite in the sheared/brecciated zone indicates the strain localization mainly along the surrounding serpentine-talc(±chlorite) schistose rocks, which is probably formed by the reaction between serpentinite and country rocks. Further studies are needed to better understand whether the distribution of serpentinized peridotites cause variations in the activity of the Sagaing fault.

Evaluation of in vitro antioxidant, antiglycation and antimicrobial potential of indigenous Myanmar medicinal plants

Objective： Myanmar has a long history of using medicinal plants for treatment of various diseases. To the best of our knowledge there are no previous reports on antiglycation activities of medicinal plants from Myanmar. Therefore, this study was aimed to evaluate the antioxidant, antiglycation and antimicrobial properties of 20 ethanolic extracts from 17 medicinal plants indigenous to Myanmar. Methods： In vitro scavenging assays of 2,2-diphenyl-l-picrylhydrazyl （DPPH）, nitric oxide （NO）, superoxide （SO） radicals were used to determine the antioxidant activities. Folin-Ciocalteu＇s method was performed to determine the total phenolic content. Antiglycation and antimicrobial activities were detected by bovine serum albumin-fluorescent assay and agar well diffusion method. Results： Terminalia cbebula Retz. （Fruit）, containing the highest total phenolic content, showed high antioxidant activities with inhibition of 77.98% ± 0.92% 88.95% ± 2.42%, 88.56% ±1.87% and 70.74% ±2.57% for DPPH, NO, SO assays and antiglycation activity respectively. It also showed the antimicrobial activities against Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus cereus, Escherichia coil, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans with inhibition zone of 19, 18, 17, 25 and 15 ram, respectively. Garcinia mangostana Linn. showed the strongest activities for SO and antiglycation assays with inhibition of 93.68% ± 2.63% and 82.37%± 1.78%. Bark of Melia sp. was the best NO radical scavenger with inhibition rate of 89.39%± 0.60%. Conclusion： The results suggest that these plants are potential sources of antioxidants with free radical-scavenging and antiglycation activities and could be useful for decreasing the oxidative stress and glycation end-product formation in glycation-related diseases.

Myanmar is botanically rich and floristically diverse:one of the world's biodiversity ***,Myanmar is still very unevenly explored,and until a plant checklist was published in 2003,relatively little work was done on its *** checklist included 11,800 species of spermatophytes in 273 *** this checklist was published,the botanical exploration of Myanmar has accelerated and there have been many additional *** therefore surveyed the literature of taxonomic contributions to Myanmar’s vascular flora over the last 20 years(2000e2019)and compiled a list of new and newly described *** list includes 13 genera,193 species,7 subspecies,19 varieties,and 2 forms new to science;and 3 families,34 genera,347 species,4 subspecies,7 varieties,and 1 form newly recorded in ***,they represent 91 families and 320 *** of the new discoveries belong to 15 families,with more than 25%(146 taxa)belonging to *** new discoveries are unevenly distributed in the country,with about 41%of the newly discovered species described from Kachin State in northeast *** reflects the incompleteness of our current knowledge of the flora of Myanmar and the urgent need for a greatly expanded *** completion of the flora of Myanmar requires more fieldwork from north to south,taxonomic studies on new and existing collections,and some mechanism that both coordinates the efforts of various international institutions and initiatives and encourages continued international *** addition,producing modern taxonomic treatments of the flora of Myanmar requires the participation of experts on all vascular plant families and *** is also an urgent need to attract young scientists to plant taxonomy,to work on inventories,identification,nomenclature,herbarium work,and comparative studies.

This paper focused on developing an enhancement of the Vehicle Navigation System by using GPS. This system is helped driver navigate by displaying the current position of vehicle on a displayed map. This system is needed to store required map in PC storage. This system has two parts that involve hardware and software parts construction and the integration of both parts to create the system. It typically used GPS receiver to acquire position data of the vehicle. The microcontroller is connected the GPS receiver to extract vehicular data from GPS NMEA message strings. And then Microcontroller sent latitude and longitude data to PC storage to locate on map by using *** language. One part of Mandalay division is used as displayed map for this system. This map is developed from Google Earth. All interfacing is used serial communication. This system is located the vehicle navigation on Mandalay map. It is also approached to advance Navigation System and GPS technology.

The system analysis of specific absorption rate(SAR)in human body exposed to a base station antenna by using finite difference time domain techniques was presented in this research *** objectives of this work are to evaluate the knowledge and awareness about SAR among human body and mobile base *** paper investigates the electromagnetic wave absorption inside a human *** human body has been identified using dataset based on 2D object considering different electrical *** SAR convinced inside the human body model exposed to a radiating base station antenna(BSA)has been considered for multiple numbers of carrier frequencies and input power of 20 W/carrier at GSM 900 *** distance(R)of human body from BSA is varied in the range of 0.1 m to 5.0 *** the number of carrier frequency equal to one and R=0.1 m,the concentrated value of whole-body average SAR obtained by FDTD technique is found to be 0.68 W/kg which decreases either with increase of R or decrease of number of carrier *** distance for general public is found to be 1.5 m for number of carrier frequencies equal to *** performance accuracy of this analysis meets the high level condition by comparing with the relevant system development in recent time.

＜正＞Due to the size and importance of the Yeywa HPP and the fact that it was the first RCC dam in Myanmar and would utilise a natural pozzolan that had never been used in concrete before,a very extensive series of trial mix programmes was *** addition three full-scale trials were completed prior to the start of the RCC placement in the dam body. The trial mix programme was split into two *** objective of the first Stage was to assess the performance of the various cementitious materials and the objectives of the second Stage were to finalise the design of the RCC and the levelling concrete and to choose the admixture. The original plan was to have two full-scale trials,the first to demonstrate to the Owner（DHP）the methodology being proposed for Yeywa dam,to investigate the fresh and hardened properties of the RCC and to train the DHP staff who constructed the trial and were to supervise the *** second trial was to refine the construction procedures,to train the Contractor’s staff and operatives and to make the final choice of set-retarding *** coring was planned for both *** the event a third trial had to be undertaken because the award of the Contract for construction was delayed and the second trial was constructed with DHP operatives not the Contractor’*** third trial was used primarily to train the Contractor’s staff and operatives（and to trial the Contractor’s proposed formwork）.This trial was conducted just before the start of construction of the dam.A very detailed analysis was made of the in-situ properties of the first two trials.
