In many practical applications, such as poker, chess, drug interdiction, cybersecurity, and national defense, players often have adversarial stances, i.e., the selfish actions of each player inevitably or intentionally inflict loss or wreak havoc on other players. Therefore, adversarial games are important in realworld applications. However, only special adversarial games, such as Bayesian games, are reviewed in the literature. In this respect, this study aims to provide a systematic survey of three main game models widely employed in adversarial games, i.e., zero-sum normal-form and extensive-form games, Stackelberg(security) games, and zero-sum differential games, from an array of perspectives, including basic knowledge of game models,(approximate) equilibrium concepts, problem classifications, research frontiers,(approximate) optimal strategy-seeking techniques, prevailing algorithms, and practical applications. Finally, promising future research directions are also discussed for relevant adversarial games.

Pulmonary diseases across all ages threaten millions of people and have emerged as one of the major public health issues *** diverse disease con-ditions,the currently available approaches are focused on alleviating clinical symptoms and delaying disease progression but have not shown significant therapeutic effects in patients with lung *** umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cells(UC-MSCs)isolated from the human UC have the capacity for self-renewal and multilineage ***,in recent years,these cells have been demonstrated to have unique advantages in the treatment of lung *** searched the Public Clinical Trial Database and found 55 clinical trials involving UC-MSC therapy for pulmonary diseases,including coronavirus disease 2019,acute respiratory distress syndrome,bron-chopulmonary dysplasia,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,and pulmonary *** this review,we summarize the characteristics of these registered clinical trials and relevant published results and explore in depth the challenges and opportunitiesfaced in clinical ***,the underlying mole-cular mechanisms involved in UC-MSC-based therapy for pulmonary diseases are also analyzed in *** brief,this comprehensive review and detailed analysis of these clinical trials can be expected to provide a scientific reference for future large-scale clinical application.

Accurate and sensitive strategies for Concanavalin A(Con A)sensing are conducive to the better cognition of various important biological and physiological ***,by designing dextran-functionalized fluorescent microspheres(DxFMs)and boric acid-modified carbon dots(BCDs)as recognition unit and built-in signal reference respectively,a ratiometric fluorescent detection platform was proposed for Con A detection with high *** this protocol,the BCDs/DxFMs precipitation was formed due to the covalent interactions between cis-diol of DxFMs and boronic acid groups of BCDs,thus only fluorescence of BCDs could be detected in the *** Con A was presented,it could bind to DxFMs through its carbohydrate recognition ability and suppress the subsequent assembly between DxFMs and BCDs,leading to the simultaneous capture of DxFMs and BCDs fluorescence in the *** the BCDs content was superfluous,their fluorescence intensities were basically constant in all *** on the unchanged BCDs fluorescence signal and target-dependent DxFMs fluorescence signal in supernatant,the ratiometric detection of Con A was *** optimized conditions,this ratiometric fluorescent platform displayed a linear detection range from 0.125μg/mL to 12.5μg/mL with a detection limit of 0.089μg/***,satisfied analytical outcomes for Con A detection in serum samples were obtained,manifesting huge application potential of this ratiometric fluorescent platform in clinical diagnosis.

Background:Bitter taste receptors(Tas2rs)are generally considered to sense various bitter compounds to escape the intake of toxic *** taste receptors have been found to widely express in extraoral tissues and have important physiological functions outside the gustatory system in ***:To investigate the physiological functions of the bitter taste receptor cluster Tas2r106/Tas2r104/Tas2r105/Tas2r114 in lingual and extraoral tissues,multiple Tas2rs mutant mice and Gnat3 were produced using CRISPR/Cas9 gene-editing technique.A mixture containing Cas9 and sgRNA mRNAs for Tas2rs and Gnat3 gene was microinjected into the cytoplasm of the ***,T7EN1 assays and sequencing were used to screen genetic mutation at the target sites in founder *** real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR)and immunostaining were used to study the expression level of taste signaling cascade and bitter taste receptor in taste *** to taste substance was also studied using twobottle preference ***:We successfully produced several Tas2rs and Gnat3 mutant mice using the CRISPR/Cas9 *** results showed that the expression of GNAT3 and PLCB2 was not altered in Tas2rs mutant *** qRT-PCR results revealed the changed expression profile of m Tas2rs gene in taste buds of these mutant *** two-bottle preference tests,these mutant mice eliminate responses to cycloheximide due to genetic mutation of *** addition,these mutant mice showed a loss of taste perception to quinine dihydrochloride,denatonium benzoate,and cucurbitacin B(CuB).Gnat3-mediated taste receptor and its signal pathway contribute to CuB ***:These findings implied that these mutant mice would be a valuable means to understand the biological functions of TAS2Rs in extraoral tissues and investigate bitter compound-induced responses mediated by these TAS2Rs in many extraoral tissues.

某型飞机横向操纵时副翼和扰流板会耦合偏转实现飞机的滚转运动,现有气动力参数辨识方法无法单独识别出副翼和扰流板的操纵导数。基于飞机控制律设计逻辑和滚转运动时结构的受载特点,提出一种基于飞行实测载荷的副翼操纵导数识别方法。通过实测机动飞行中机翼各测载剖面的结构载荷并结合剖面外结构质量与加速度分布,提出了机动飞行中机翼气动载荷的测量方法;结合飞机横向操纵瞬时滚转力矩平衡方程和操纵面偏转逻辑,推导了滚转改出时副翼操纵导数识别过程,提出了基于机翼实测载荷的副翼操纵导数识别方法;基于前述方法开展了副翼操纵导数识别,并分析了不同马赫数对副翼操纵导数的影响。研究表明,基于飞行实测载荷能够进行副翼操纵导数识别,而且同一马赫数下副翼操纵导数识别结果集中度较好,随着马赫数的增加,副翼操纵效能将会降低。飞行载荷实测结果可用于气动参数辨识工作中。

乡村振兴战略的开展不仅提高了乡村居民的物质生活水平,同时也提高了群众对体育文化等公共服务设施的需求。城乡一体化发展会因城乡经济发展水平的差异而致使农村公共服务建设上的落后。以乡村振兴背景下城乡公共体育服务为研究对象,分析公共体育服务的性质和特点,依据当前城乡公共体育服务及设施建设现状,提出优化改进措施。研究主要从融合性和公平性两个角度分析农村体育公共服务建设的新要求,并从政策、经济和文化建设三个角度提出优化措施,期望可以为城乡公共服务一体化建设和体育公共服务发展提供理论支持。

目的评估七氟醚复合瑞芬太尼对行胸腔镜肺叶切除术患者的安全性与有效性。方法本研究为随机对照试验,共纳入2021年1月至2023年10月神木市医院行胸腔镜肺叶切除术的患者86例,根据随机数字表法分为两组。一组使用常规镇痛药物(七氟醚组),一组使用七氟醚复合瑞芬太尼(复合组),各43例。七氟醚组男23例,女20例,年龄(28.14±4.65)岁;复合组男25例,女17例,年龄(29.57±4.64)岁。七氟醚组采用七氟醚吸入麻醉,调整浓度维持在1.2~2.0 MAC(最小肺泡浓度),以保证足够的麻醉深度;复合组麻醉诱导同七氟醚组,维持麻醉采用七氟醚吸入麻醉,但浓度调整为0.7~1.5 MAC,较七氟醚组略低,镇痛维持在七氟醚基础上加入瑞芬太尼以提高镇痛效果,瑞芬太尼以0.2~0.5μg/(kg·h)的速率持续输注。比较两组患者的镇痛效果[补救镇痛率、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分]、睡眠质量指标[觉醒指数(AI)、睡眠效率指数(SEI)及快速眼动睡眠时间比例(REM)]、炎症指标[白细胞介素(IL)-1、IL-6、IL-10、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)]及不良反应的差异。采用独立样本t检验、χ^(2)检验。结果与七氟醚组比较,复合组患者补救镇痛率更低[11.63%(5/43)比30.23%(13/43)];术后1、24、48 h,复合组VAS评分更低[(5.16±1.52)分比(6.53±1.82)分、(2.69±1.11)分比(3.41±1.31)分、(1.25±0.66)分比(1.57±0.62)分],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。复合组术后1 d夜晚的AI、SEI低于七氟醚组(均P<0.05)。复合组术后1 d时IL-6、IL-10、IL-1β、TNF-α和CRP水平均低于七氟醚组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。复合组患者的不良反应总发生率低于七氟醚组[4.65%(2/43)比18.60%(8/43)],差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.074,P=0.044)。结论七氟醚复合瑞芬太尼用于行胸腔镜肺叶切除术的患者,可以显著改善镇痛效果和睡眠质量,同时减轻炎症反应,该方案镇痛安全有效。
