Searching ships on the ocean with the technique of the oceanic remote sensing, one must be requensted to know not only the amplitude of ship waves, but also horizontal velocities. In this article Lighthill's two-stage scheme was employed to change the integral expressions into algebraic expressions for the velocity components, so the obtained results are very succinct.

Objective: To detect the expression of Toll-like receptor 4(TLR-4) and NF-κB and to discuss the mechanism of TLR-4/NF-κB pathway in the myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury of mouse. Methods: TLR-4 mutant mice and wild homozygous mice were divided into the model group and sham group. Mice in the model group were given the ligation of left anterior descending coronary artery for the modeling, while mice in the sham group were not given the ligation after threading. The cardiac muscle tissues were collected for the morphological observation. The immuno histochemistry was employed to detect the expression of NF-κB, Western blot was used to detect the expression of TLR-4 and ELISA to detect the expression of serum inflammatory factors. Results: The expression of NF-κB in TLR-4 null mice after the myocardial ischemia reperfusion was significantly lower than that in wild homozygous mice. For the model group and sham group, the expression of TLR-4 in wild homozygous mice was all significantly higher than that in TLR-4 null mice, while the expression of TLR-4 in TLR-4 null mice in the model group was significantly higher than that in sham group, with the statistical difference(Prence(P<0.05). Conclusions: TLR-4/NF-κB pathway is closely related to the myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury, which plays its role through the release of inflammatory cytokines.

Genetic linkage maps are essential for studies of genetics, genomic structure, and genomic evolution, and for mapping quantitative trait loci (QTL). Identification of molecular markers and construction of genetic linkage maps in tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L.), a classical model plant and important economic crop, have remained limited. In the present study we identified a large number of single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) markers and constructed a high-density SNP genetic map for tobacco using restriction site-associated DNA sequencing. In 1216.30 Gb of clean sequence obtained using the Illumina HiSeq 2000 sequencing platform, 99,647,735 SNPs were identified that differed between 203 sequenced plant genomes and the tobacco reference genome. Finally, 13,273 SNP markers were mapped on 24 high-density tobacco genetic linkage groups. The entire linkage map spanned 3421.80 cM, with a mean distance of 0.26 cM between adjacent markers. Compared with genetic linkage maps published previously, this version represents a considerable improvement in the number and density of markers. Seven QTL for resistance to cucumber mosaic virus (CMV) in tobacco were mapped to groups 5 and 8. This high-density genetic map is a promising tool for elucidation of the genetic bases of QTL and for molecular breeding in tobacco.

Quasi-interpolation is very useful in the study of approximation theory and its applications,since it can yield solutions directly without the need to solve any linear system of *** on the good performance,Chen and Wu presented a kind of multiquadric （MQ） quasi-interpolation,which is generalized from the L D operator,and used it to solve hyperbolic conservation laws and Burgers’ *** this paper,a numerical scheme is presented based on Chen and Wu’s method for solving the Korteweg-de Vries （KdV） *** presented scheme is obtained by using the second-order central divided difference of the spatial derivative to approximate the third-order spatial derivative,and the forward divided difference to approximate the temporal derivative,where the spatial derivative is approximated by the derivative of the generalized L D quasi-interpolation *** algorithm is very simple and easy to implement and the numerical experiments show that it is feasible and valid.

MISCIBILITY,CRYSTALLIZATION AND MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF PPC/PBS BLENDS

In this paper, melt blends of poly（propylene carbonate）（PPC） with poly（butylene succinate）（PBS） were characterized by dynamic mechanical analysis （DMA）, differential scanning calorimetry （DSC）, tensile testing, wide-angle X-ray diffraction （WAXD）, polarized optical microscopy and thermogravimetric analysis （TGA）. The results indicated that the glass transition temperature of PPC in the 90/10 PPC/PBS blend was decreased by about 11 K comparing with that of pure PPC. The presence of 10% PBS was partially miscible with PPC. The 90/10 PPC/PBS blend had better impact and tensile strength than those of the other PPC/PBS blends. The glass transition temperature of PPC in the 80/20, 70/30, and 60/40 PPC/PBS blends was improved by about 4.9 K, 4.2 K, and 13 K comparing with that of pure PPC, respectively; which indicated the immiscibility between PPC and PBS. The DSC results indicated that the crystallization of PBS became more difficult when the PPC content increased. The matrix of PPC hindered the crystallization process of PBS. While the content of PBS was above 20%, significant crystallization-induced phase separation was observed by polarized optical microscopy. It was found from the WAXD analysis that the crystal structure of PBS did not change, and the degree of crystallinity increased with increasing PBS content in the PPC/PBS blends.

One of the key factors for solving the problems of re-entry communication interruption is electromagnetic（EM） wave transmission characteristics in a *** and experimental studies were carried out on specific transmission characteristics for different plasma sheath characteristic under thin sheath condition in re-entry *** paper presents systematic studies on the variations of wave attenuation characteristics versus plasma sheath thickness L,collision frequency ν,electron density n e and wave working frequency f in a φ 800 mm high temperature shock *** experiments,L is set to 4 cm and 38 cm.ν is 2 GHz and 15 GHz.n e is from 1×10 10 cm（-3） to 1×10 13 cm（-3）,and f is set to 2,5,10,14.6 GHz,***,Wentzel-Kramers-Brillouin（WKB） and finite-difference time-domain（FDTD） methods are adopted to carry out theoretical simulation for comparison with experimental *** is found that when L is much larger than EM wavelength λ（thick sheath） and ν is large,the theoretical result is in good agreement with experimental one,when sheath thickness L is much larger than λ,while ν is relatively small,two theoretical results are obviously different from the experimental *** means that the existing theoretical model can not fully describe the contribution of ν.Furthermore,when L and λ are of the same order of magnitude（thin sheath）,the experimental result is much smaller than the theoretical values,which indicates that the current model can not properly describe the thin sheath effect on EM attenuation characteristics.
