Even though retinal images of objects change their locations following each eye movement,we perceive a stable and continuous *** possible mechanism by which the brain achieves such visual stability is to construct a craniotopic coordinate by integrating retinal and extraretinal *** have been several proposals on how this may be done,including eye-position modulation(gain fields)of retinotopic receptive fields(RFs)and craniotopic *** the present study,we investigated coordinate systems used by RFs in the lateral intraparietal(LIP)cortex and frontal eye fields(FEF)and compared the two *** mapped the two-dimensional RFs of neurons in detail under two eye fixations and analyzed how the RF of a given neuron changes with eye position to determine its coordinate *** same recording and analysis procedures were applied to the two brain *** found that,in both areas,RFs were distributed from retinotopic to craniotopic *** was no significant difference between the distributions in the LIP and *** a small fraction of neurons was fully craniotopic,whereas most neurons were between the retinotopic and craniotopic *** distributions were strongly biased toward the retinotopic side but with significant craniotopic *** results suggest that there is only weak evidence for craniotopic RFs in the LIP and FEF,and that transformation from retinotopic to craniotopic coordinates in these areas must rely on other factors such as gain fields.

Depositional model of the Member Deng-2 marginal microbial mound-bank complex of the Dengying Formation in the southwestern Sichuan Basin, SW China: Implications for the Ediacaran microbial mound construction and hydrocarbon exploration

Recent advances in hydrocarbon exploration have been made in the Member Deng-2 marginal microbial mound-bank complex reservoirs of the Dengying Formation in the western Sichuan Basin, SW China,where the depositional process is regarded confusing. The microfacies, construction types, and depositional model of the Member Deng-2 marginal microbial mound-bank complex have been investigated using unmanned aerial vehicle photography, outcrop section investigation, thin section identification,and seismic reflections in the southwestern Sichuan Basin. The microbialite lithologic textures in this region include thrombolite, dendrolite, stromatolite, fenestral stromatolite, spongiostromata stone,oncolite, aggregated grainstone, and botryoidal grapestone. Based on the comprehensive analysis of“depositional fabrics-lithology-microfacies”, an association between a fore mound, mound framework,and back mound subfacies has been proposed based on water depth, current direction, energy level and lithologic assemblages. The microfacies of the mound base, mound core, mound flank, mound cap, and mound flat could be recognized among the mound framework subfacies. Two construction types of marginal microbial mound-bank complex have been determined based on deposition location, mound scale, migration direction, and sedimentary facies association. Type jinkouhe microbial mound constructions(TJMMCs) develop along the windward margin owing to their proximity to the seaward subfacies fore mound, with a northeastwardly migrated microbial mound on top of the mud mound,exhibiting the characteristics of large-sized mounds and small-sized banks in the surrounding area. Type E'bian microbial mound constructions(TEMMCs) primarily occur on the leeward margin, resulting from the presence of onshore back mound subfacies, with the smaller southwestward migrated microbial mounds existing on a thicker microbial flat. Embryo Transfer Strategies for Women with Recurrent Implantation Failure During the Frozen-thawed Embryo Transfer Cycles:Sequential Embryo Transfer or Double-blastocyst Transfer?

Objective Both sequential embryo transfer(SeET)and double-blastocyst transfer(DBT)can serve as embryo transfer strategies for women with recurrent implantation failure(RIF).This study aims to compare the effects of SeET and DBT on pregnancy *** Totally,261 frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycles of 243 RIF women were included in this multicenter retrospective *** to different embryo quality and transfer strategies,they were divided into four groups:group A,good-quality SeET(GQ-SeET,n=38 cycles);group B,poor-quality or mixed-quality SeET(PQ/MQ-SeET,n=31 cycles);group C,good-quality DBT(GQ-DBT,n=121 cycles);and group D,poor-quality or mixed-quality DBT(PQ/MQ-DBT,n=71 cycles).The main outcome,clinical pregnancy rate,was compared,and the generalized estimating equation(GEE)model was used to correct potential confounders that might impact pregnancy *** GQ-DBT achieved a significantly higher clinical pregnancy rate(aOR 2.588,95%CI 1.267–5.284,P=0.009)and live birth rate(aOR 3.082,95%CI 1.482–6.412,P=0.003)than PQ/***,the clinical pregnancy rate was significantly higher in GQ-SeET than in PQ/MQ-SeET(aOR 4.047,95%CI 1.218–13.450,P=0.023).The pregnancy outcomes of GQ-SeET were not significantly different from those of GQ-DBT,and the same results were found between PQ/MQ-SeET and PQ/*** SeET relative to DBT did not seem to improve pregnancy outcomes for RIF patients if the embryo quality was comparable between the two *** clinical pregnancy outcomes could be obtained by transferring good-quality embryos,no matter whether in SeET or *** quality plays a more important role in pregnancy outcomes for RIF patients.

Growth and Interactions of Multi-Source Perturbations in Convection-Allowing Ensemble Forecasts

This study investigated the growth of forecast errors stemming from initial conditions(ICs),lateral boundary conditions(LBCs),and model(MO)perturbations,as well as their interactions,by conducting seven 36 h convectionallowing ensemble forecast(CAEF)*** cases,one with strong-forcing(SF)and the other with weak-forcing(WF),occurred over the Yangtze-Huai River basin(YHRB)in East China,were selected to examine the sources of uncertainties associated with perturbation growth under varying forcing backgrounds and the influence of these backgrounds on *** perturbations exhibited distinct characteristics in terms of temporal evolution,spatial propagation,and vertical distribution under different forcing backgrounds,indicating a dependence between perturbation growth and forcing background.A comparison of the perturbation growth in different precipitation areas revealed that IC and LBC perturbations were significantly influenced by the location of precipitation in the SF case,while MO perturbations were more responsive to convection triggering and dominated in the WF *** vertical distribution of perturbations showed that the sources of uncertainties and the performance of perturbations varied between SF and WF cases,with LBC perturbations displaying notable case ***,the interactions between perturbations were considered by exploring the added values of different source *** the SF case,the added values of IC,LBC,and MO perturbations were reflected in different forecast periods and different source uncertainties,suggesting that the combination of multi-source perturbations can yield positive *** the WF case,MO perturbations provided a more accurate estimation of uncertainties downstream of the Dabie Mountain and need to be prioritized in the research on perturbation development.

目的研究橙皮素(HSP)对大鼠肾缺血再灌注损伤(RIRI)的作用,并探讨其作用机制。方法将50只雄性SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、HSP预处理组、全反式维甲酸(ATRA)预处理组(ATRA+I/R)、HSP+ATRA预处理组(HSP+ATRA+I/R),每组10只。假手术组仅打开腹腔暴露双肾。其余各组采用夹闭双侧肾蒂45 min,再用灌注24 h的方法建立RIRI模型。用苏木精-伊红(HE)染色法确定肾组织损伤水平;用微板法检测血清肌酸酐(Scr)水平;用脲酶法检测血清尿素氮(BUN)水平;用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)法检测血清中白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-1β(IL^(-1)β)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的含量;用试剂盒法检测肾组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)、丙二醛(MDA)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)水平;用蛋白质印迹法检测肾组织中核因子E2相关因子2(Nrf2)及其下游抗氧化蛋白血红素氧合酶-1(HO-1)和醌氧化物还原酶1(NQO1)的表达。结果假手术组、模型组、HSP预处理组肾小管损伤评分分别为(0.20±0.45)、(4.20±0.84)和(2.40±0.55)分;Scr含量分别为(55.52±11.23)、(207.10±19.22)和(105.60±18.11)μmol·L^(-1);IL-6含量分别为(33.66±6.83)、(172.50±8.09)和(105.40±10.03)pg·mL^(-1)。假手术组、模型组、HSP预处理组、ATRA预处理组和HSP+ATRA预处理组SOD水平分别为(57.04±3.44)、(37.29±3.60)、(51.61±9.41)、(32.55±5.58)和(37.40±3.66)U·mg·prot^(-1);Nrf2蛋白相对表达水平分别为0.37±0.24、0.57±0.28、1.31±0.34、0.44±0.17和0.77±0.25;HO-1蛋白相对表达水平分别为0.26±0.14、0.57±0.30、1.32±0.61、0.53±0.28和0.67±0.50。模型组与假手术组相比,肾小管损伤评分、Scr、IL-6、SOD指标比较,在统计学上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);HSP预处理组与模型组相比,上述指标在统计学上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论HSP可能通过激活Nrf2-抗氧化反应元件(ARE)通路上调其下游抗氧化蛋白的表达,减轻氧化应激对肾的损伤,进而改善RIRI。

为探究加工TC4钛合金材料时铣削加工参数对铣削力及材料去除率的影响规律并寻求最佳参数组合,基于正交实验方法设计实验,采用四刃球头铣刀进行侧铣实验。以铣削速度、每齿进给量、铣削深度和铣削宽度为变量,以铣削力和材料去除率为评价指标,基于极差分析法,揭示加工参数对铣削力和材料去除率的影响规律。分别采用灰色关联分析法(GRA)和粒子群优化(PSO)算法进行参数优化,基于回归分析方法建立铣削力预测模型,为PSO做准备。最后,经过试验验证,对两种优化方法进行对比分析,并对预测模型进行验证。结果表明,本文所建立的预测模型可准确高效地对铣削力进行预测,PSO优化效果更好。

为提高舰船通信网络隐私信息的安全性,提出基于混沌映射和RC5算法的安全加密方法。首先,以Logistic混沌映射为基础,通过主、辅混沌过程的扰动变量,不断迭代网络隐私信息的混沌加密过程,得到网络隐私信息的混沌序列,并将其作为隐私信息的加密密钥;然后,通过RC5算法的轮函数和移位操作,对之前生成的密钥与数据进行逐位异或运算,实现对舰船通信网络隐私信息数据的加密处理;最后,通过混沌映射置乱变换加密后的数据,抵抗明文攻击问题,提升加密安全性。实验表明,该方法加密隐私信息的效率更快,加密效果更好,可以有效提升舰船通信网络的安全性。
