Determination of Differences in Motor Dimensions between Judo and Karate Athletes

The research was conducted in order to determine specificity of motor dimensions of judo and karate athletes and their differences. In order to determine the specificity of the structure of the tested anthropological dimensions, the researchers examined 200 judo and karate athletes, members ofjudo and karate clubs of Serbia （about 100 judokas and about 100 karatekas）, aged 18 to 27 years. To assess motor abilities, the researchers used 16 motor tests selected according to the structural model, defined as a mechanism for movement structuring, mechanism for functional synergies and tonus regulation, mechanism for excitation intensity regulation, and a mechanism for excitation duration regulation. All the data in this research were processed at the Multidisciplinary Research Center, Faculty of Sport and Physical Education, University of Pristina, through the system of data processing software programs developed by popovic. The algorithms and programs realized in the research are fully presented, and the results of the programs are analyzed.

Influence of Conative Characteristics on Special Olympics Athletes and Unified Partners＇ Success in Football

The research was conducted in order to determine influence of conative characteristics on the criterion variables in Special Olympics athletes and partners in football. For this purpose, 80 athletes and partners engaged in football were tested. For the assessment of conative characteristics, the measurement instrument CON6 was selected by which the following conative regulators were evaluated： activity regulator, organ function regulator, defense reaction regulator, attack reaction regulator, system for coordination of regulatory functions, system for integration of regulatory functions, and system for excitation and inhibition. To assess success in a football game, the following variables were used： evaluation of the effectiveness of the techniques, evaluation of the performance effectiveness in the offensive phase, evaluation of the performance effectiveness in the defensive phase, evaluation of individual creativity during the game, team responsibility evaluation, engagement evaluation, behavior evaluation, general evaluation of success in the game. All the data in this research were analyzed at the Multidisciplinary Research Center, Faculty of Sport and Physical Education, University of Pristina, by the system of data processing programs DRSOFT developed by D. Popovi~ and K. Momirovi~. The algorithms and programs implemented within this thesis have been fully presented and the results of the programs have been analyzed.

Miniature,highly sensitive MOSCAP ring modulators in co-optimized electronic-photonic CMOS

Convergence of high-performance silicon photonics and electronics,monolithically integrated in state-of-the-art CMOS platforms,is the holy grail for enabling the ultimate efficiencies,performance,and scaling of electronicphotonic *** requires the emergence of platforms that combine state-of-the-art RF transistors with optimized silicon photonics,and a generation of photonic device technology with ultralow energies,increased operating spectrum,and the elimination of power-hungry thermal *** this paper,in a co-optimized monolithic electronics-photonics platform(GlobalFoundries 45 CLO),we turn the metal-oxide-semiconductor(MOS) field-effect transistor’s basic structure into a novel,highly efficient MOS capacitor ring *** has the smallest ring cavity(1.5 μm radius),largest corresponding spur-free free spectral range(FSR=8.5 THz),and record 30 GHz/V shift efficiency in the O-band among silicon modulators demonstrated to *** 1 V_(pp) RF drive,we show an open optical eye while electro-optically tuning the modulator to track over 400 pm(69 GHz) change in the laser wavelength(using 2.5 V_(DC) range).A 90 GHz maximum electro-optic resonance shift is demonstrated with under 40 nW of power,providing a strong nonthermal tuning mechanism in a CMOS photonics *** modulator has a separately optimized body layer but shares the gate device layer and the gate oxide with 45 nm transistors,while meeting all CMOS manufacturability design *** type of convergent evolution of electronics and photonics may be the future of platforms for high-performance systemson-chip.

The research was conducted on a sample of 237 perspective judokas with the objective of checking the efficiency of the factor analysis as an optimal method of establishing of the real structure of motor *** order to assess motor abilities 20 motor tests have been applied,which have been selected so that analysis could be done on the basis of second order *** the data in this study were processed at the Multidisciplinary Research Center,Faculty of Sport and Physical Education,University of Pristina through the system of data processing software *** structure analysis of motor dimensions indicates that three factors were obtained:the first factor is responsible for movement structuring,the second factor is for the excitation intensity regulation and the third is responsible for the excitation duration.
