In plants, vitamin B6 biosynthesis requires the activity of PDX1 and PDX2 proteins. Arabidopsis thaliana encodes for three PDX1 proteins, named PDXI.1, 1.2, and 1.3, but only one PDX2. Here, we show in planta complex assembly of PDX proteins, based on split-YFP and FPLC assays, and can demonstrate their presence in higher complexes of around 750 kDa. Metabolic profiling of plants ectopically expressing the different PDX proteins indicates a negative influence of PDX1.2 on vitamin Be biosynthesis and a correlation between aberrant vitamin B6 content, PDX1 gene expression, and light sensitivity specifically for PDX1.3. These findings provide first insights into in planta vitamin B6 synthase complex assembly and new information on how the different PDX proteins affect plant metabolism.

Wireless Sensor Networks(WSNs)gather data in physical environments,which is some *** ubiquitous sensors face several challenges responsible for corrupting them(mostly sensor failure and intrusions in external agents).WSNs were disposed to error,and effectual fault detection techniques are utilized for detecting faults from WSNs in a timely *** learning(ML)was extremely utilized for detecting faults in ***,this study proposes a billiards optimization algorithm with modified deep learning for fault detection(BIOMDL-FD)in *** BIOMDLFD technique mainly concentrates on identifying sensor faults to enhance network *** do so,the presented BIOMDL-FD technique uses the attention-based bidirectional long short-term memory(ABLSTM)method for fault *** the ABLSTM model,the attention mechanism enables us to learn the relationships between the inputs and modify the probability to give more attention to essential *** the same time,the BIO algorithm is employed for optimal hyperparameter tuning of the ABLSTM model,which is stimulated by billiard games,showing the novelty of the *** analyses are made to affirm the enhanced fault detection outcomes of the BIOMDL-FD *** simulation results demonstrate the improvement of the BIOMDL-FD technique over other models with a maximum classification accuracy of 99.37%.

BACKGrOUND Only one case of liver transplantation for hepatic adenoma has previously been reported for patients with rupture and uncontrolled *** present the case of a massive ruptured hepatic adenoma with persistent hemorrhagic shock and toxic liver syndrome which resulted in a two-stage liver *** is the first case of a two-stage liver transplantation performed for a ruptured hepatic *** SUMMArY A 23 years old African American female with a history of pre-diabetes and oral contraceptive presented to an outside facility complaining of right-sided chest pain and emesis for one *** was found to be in hemorrhagic shock due to a massive ruptured hepatic hepatic *** underwent repeated embolizations with interventional radiology with ongoing hemorrhage and the development of renal failure,hepatic failure,and hemodynamic instability,known as toxic liver *** the setting of uncontrolled hemorrhage and toxic liver syndrome,a hepatectomy with porto-caval anastomosis was performed with liver transplantation 15 h *** tolerated the anhepatic stage well,and has done well over one year *** When toxic liver syndrome is recognized,liver transplantation with or withouthepatectomy should be considered before the patient becomes unstable.

The positive parity states in even-even 152-166 Dy are studied systematically in the framework of the interacting boson model(IBM). A cubic term, L = 3, has been added to the Hamiltonian in order to produce the effect of triaxiality on the energy spectrum. The potential energy surfaces as a function of β and γ deformation parameters,for all isotopes have been produced. Energy levels and reduced electric quadrupole transition probabilities are calculated in framework of IBM with Cubic term(IBMC). All results are compared with available experimental data. It is found that these isotopes can be described by a schematic Hamiltonian in transition from U(5)(vibration) to SU(3)(rotation)dynamic symmetry.

The structural, elastic and electronic properties of YAg-B2（CsCl） were investigated using the first-principles calculations. The energy band structure and the density of states were studied in detail, including partial density of states （PDOS）, in order to identify the character of each band. The structural parameters （lattice constant, bulk modulus, pressure derivative of bulk modulus） and elastic constants were also obtained. The results were consistent with the experimental data available in the literature, as well as other theoretical results.

Nano structured Cu-/Al-laminated composites were processed by accumulative roll-bonding(ArB)technique for four *** evolutions inside the Cu and Al layers and the interfacial reactions were revealed after annealing at different *** and recrystallization occurred in the Cu and Al layers at low annealing temperatures,and three kinds of intermetallic compounds formed near the *** mechanical properties of these composites after annealing were investigated by tensile tests,and the variation of strength-ductility synergy was comprehensively discussed by considering the roles of constituent and the intermetallic compounds.

In this study,the biosorption of Malachite green(MG)onto Turbinaria conoides,brown marine algae,was studied with respect to initial pH,temperature,initial dye concentration,and sorbent *** optimum initial pH and temperature values for MG removal were found to be 8.0 and 30℃,*** dosage was found to strongly influence the removal of *** studies were carried out to test the validity of the Langmuir(q_(max)=66.6 mg/g and b=0.526 mL mol/L)and the Freundlich(n=1.826 and K=3.751 mg/g)*** kinetic studies indicated the validity of the pseudo first-order and second-order equation.
