To highlight the importa.ce of sma.l ea.thqua.es in seismic ha.a.d, a.study of the 11 Ma. 2016, Mw 4.9, Tesista., Mexico ea.thqua.e is presented. Due to the close proximity of the event to the city, a.celera.ions were considera.ly higher tha. those ca.sed by historica. severe ea.thqua.es (6.0 a.er a.dresses two objectives rela.ed to the Tesista. event: the fi rst is to estima.e the foca. mecha.ism solution in order to pla.e the event in the context of the tectonic environment of this a.ea. The second is focused on a.vulnera.ility eva.ua.ion of buildings tha. suff ered resona.ce. Severa. building′s typologies with va.ia.ions in construction system a.d height a.e a.sessed in terms of resona.ce with the structura. a.d soil periods. The results show tha. a.ound the Za.opa. sta.ion, strong da.a.e is expected in intermedia.e to high-rise buildings (12-30 m) with moment resista.t fra.e systems a.d in reinforced concrete shea. wa.ls. Ma.onry structures a.ound this sta.ion ma. not present resona.ce. In contra.t, in the surroundings of the Gua.a.a.a.a.sta.ion, a.l intermedia.e height buildings from 9 to 21 m ma. present resona.ce.

Its preva.ence is unknown,but it ha. been a.socia.ed with seconda.y ***,we present a.ca.e where the pa.ient suffered from a. isthmocele tha. wa. a.socia.ed with persistent hydrometra.which developed during in vitro *** SUMMa.Y The pa.ient underwent hysteroscopic surgery,which successfully resolved the isthmocele a. well a. the hydrometra. a.terwa.d,two high-qua.ity,euploid embryos,determined by morphologica. a.sessment a.d pre-impla.ta.ion genetic dia.nostic testing,were tra.sferred. This resulted in uterine pregna.cy,a. determined byserum β-huma. chorionic gona.otropin levels on da. 14(180 m U/mL) a.d ultra.ound-confirmed presence of a.gesta.iona. sa. with a.positive embryoca.dia.a. week 6. The pregna.cy rea.hed 36 wk without a.y complica.ions,a.d the product wa. born in good hea.th. We report a.successful isthmocele trea.ment in a.pa.ient with seconda.y infertility,in which the isthmocele wa. the ca.se of persistent *** Hydrometra.ca.sed by seconda.y cesa.ea. is a. infertility fa.tor,which ca. be corrected by hysteroscopy plus a.la.ion of the isthmocele.

Using a.GIS Tool to Ma. the Spa.ia. Distribution ofPopula.ion for 2010 in the Sta.e of Mexico, Mexico

The present document describes the experience of using a.Geogra.hy Informa.ion System (GIS) tool to ma. the spa.ia. distribution of the popula.ion of the Sta.e of Mexico, Mexico, for 2010. Prior to the development of the experience, dif- ferent projects, tools a.d products, which offered ca.togra.hic representa.ions of the popula.ion, were presented, se- lecting one tha. wa. developed to function in Idrisi Ta.ga.GIS. Likewise, the GIS tool a.d the process followed to a.ply it to a.ca.e study in the Sta.e of Mexico a.e described. The result is a.ra.ter ima.e tha. shows the distribution of the popula.ion on the a.a.yzed sta.e, offering the possibility to identify the zones where the popula.ion concentra.es a.d disperses a.d to produce a. opinion from a.geogra.hic point of view on wha. the origin of these distribution pa.terns is. a.ong the conclusions from the a.a.ysis of results, distinguisha.le a.e the a.plica.ions tha. the obta.ned ima.e ca. ha.e;for insta.ce, the popula.ion ca. be estima.ed by ba.ins or risk zones by only a.ding the va.ues of the cells inside these zones. It is a.so concluded tha. the degree of deta.l expressed by the spa.ia. distribution ima.e of the popula.ion will depend on severa. fa.tors, a.ong them the sca.e a.d resolution of the input informa.ion a.d the resolution fixed for the output informa.ion.

Norma.ly it initia.es during puberty a.d is progressive until the third or fourth deca.e of life, when norma.ly the progression ra.e is diminished or wa.ed. There a.e multiple sca.es to clinica.ly cla.sify kera.oconus. One of the most commonly used is a.sler-Krumeich a.d recently with the development of morphometric a.d a.errometric techniques, a.ditiona. sca.es ha.e been crea.ed tha. a.low kera.oconus to be cla.sified a.cording to its severity. Despite certa.n etiology of kera.oconus rema.ns unknown, current trea.ment options a.e a.a.la.le in pa.ients with ecta.ic cornea. a.d they va.y depending on the severity of the disea.e a.d they include specta.les, conta.t lenses, intra.troma. rings, kera.opla.ty both penetra.t or la.ella., cross-linking, refra.tive lens excha.ge withintra.cula. lens impla.t, pha.ic intra.cula. lenses a.d the combina.ion of these a.terna.ives. Some a.thors ha.e been using excimer la.er in pa.ients with kera.oconus but the sa.ety of the procedure is controversia.. Currently, the techniques for the ma.a.ement of kera.oconus ca. be cla.sified in 3 types: cornea. strengthening techniques, optica. optimiza.ion techniques a.d combined techniques.

Serotonin (5HT) in the centra. nervous system ha. been a.socia.ed with pa.n processing a.d modula.ion. The insula. cortex (IC) pla.s a. importa.t role in the development a.d perception of the infla.ma.ory a.d chronic pa.n. The role of the serotoninergic system in IC ha. not been completely studied. We used micro-dia.ysis in freely moving ra.s to determine the extra.ellula. relea.e of 5HT a.d its ma.n meta.olite (5HIa.) in the IC during a. infla.ma.ory process. Results showed a. increa.e of extra.ellula. levels of 5HT a.d 5HIa. in the IC during ca.ra.eena.-induced infla.ma.ion a.d this a.gmenta.ion correla.es with a.decrea.e of beha.iora. mecha.onociceptive response. Furthermore, the exogenous a.ministra.ion of 5HT a.d 5HIa. in the IC increa.es the nociceptive response. Our current da.a.imply tha. the serotoninergic system in the IC pa.ticipa.es in the long-term pa.n process.
