The study aimed to.assess the clinical, labo.ato.y, and blo.d gas analysis o. ho.ses undergo.ng Marcha training and the effects o. vo.untary ingestio. o. hydro.lectro.ytic and energy replenishers after exercise. Eight ho.ses o. bo.h genders aged between 5 and 10 years, were included in the study. The exercise co.sisted o. a 10-min warm-up fo.lo.ed by 45 min uninterrupted Marcha o. a flat dirt track in the mo.ning. After exercise, the ho.ses received o.e o. the fo.lo.ing treatments: Drinking water (co.tro. gro.p);Hydro.lectro.ytic and energy replenisher co.taining so.ium chlo.ide, po.assium chlo.ide, calcium acetate, magnesium chlo.ide, so.ium citrate, dextro.e, malto.extrin, and sucro.e in three different co.centratio.s (Replenishers A, B, and C). The ho.ses were distributed acro.s the fo.r treatments in a 4 × 4 Latin Squares design using a Split-plo. system with 48-hr intervals. Clinical and labo.ato.y evaluatio.s were co.ducted at fo.r time po.nts: T0 - 5 min befo.e exercise;T1 - up to.5 min after exercise;T2 - 2 hr after starting treatment;and T4 - 4 hr after beginning treatment. Co.centratio.s o. urea, creatinine, lactate, pho.pho.us, and io.ized calcium significantly changed after exercise. An increase in blo.d pH and a decrease in chlo.ide co.centratio.s were o.served when replenishers B and C were o.fered after exercise. The replacements were ingested spo.taneo.sly by the animals in a vo.ume greater than that o. the co.tro. gro.p (water). Replacement B was the mo.t ingested by the animals, demo.strating its greatest po.ential.

Ho.ever, co.ducted research wo.ks have limitatio.s fo. real-timeimplementatio. due to.the practical issues. This paper aims to.identify the co.tributio. o. ML appro.ches to.evelo.ing a reliable Energy Management (EM) so.utio. with NILM. Firstly, phases o. the NILM are discussed,alo.g with the research wo.ks that have been co.ducted in the do.ain. Science,Sco.us,Springer Link,Wiley,ACM Digital Library,and TRID databases were used fo. the literature *** systematic literature search fo.nd 38 eligible *** gaps in the reviewed papers were identified to.pro.ide guidance fo. future *** key takeaway emerging fro. this manuscript are:(i)there is a need to.impro.e the mo.els and neural netwo.k architectures used in auto.o.o.s driving systems,as mo.t papers present o.ly preliminary results;(ii)increasing datasets and sharing databases can help in develo.ing mo.e reliable co.tro. po.icies and reducing bias and variance in the training pro.ess;(iii)small-scaled vehicles to.ensure safety is a majo. benefit,and inco.po.ating data abo.t unsafe driving behavio.s and infrastructure pro.lems can impro.e the accuracy o. predictive mo.els.
