Extreme ultraviolet lithography(EUVL)and electron beam lithography(EBL)are considered to be crucial lithography techniques utilized in the fabrication of nanoscale semiconductor ***,the industry currently faces a scarcity of EUV photoresists that meet the increasingly challenging standards in terms of resolution,sensitivity and *** oxo nanoclusters have garnered significant interest in the field of EUV photoresist due to their relatively stronger absorption cross-section for extreme ultraviolet light and lower *** this study,we utilize a heterometallic nanocluster strategy by a combination of titanium and zirconium metals to investigate their solubility,assess the suitability of various developers,and evaluate their performance in electron-beam and EUVL,as well as study their etch resistance for pattern *** demonstrate that R-4 is able to get a critical dimension(CD)of 25 nm at low doses under EBL,as well as 50 nm resolution at EUVL with a remarkable sensitivity of 19.7 mJ cm−*** study offers an efficient heterometallic method for optimizing the lithographic performance of metal oxo nanocluster photoresists,which can benefit the development of commercially viable next-generation EUV photoresists.

BACKGROUND The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic disrupted healthcare in the United *** To investigate COVID-19-related and non-COVID-19-related death and characteristics associated with excess death among inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)*** We performed a register-based study using data from the National Vital Statistics System,which reports death data from over 99%of the United States population,from January 1,2006 through December 31,***-related deaths among adults 25 years and older were stratified by age,sex,race/ethnicity,place of death,and primary cause of *** and actual age-standardized mortality rates(ASMRs)per 100000 persons were *** 49782 IBD-related deaths occurred during the study ***-COVID-19-related deaths increased by 13.14%in 2020 and 18.12%in 2021[2020 ASMR:1.55 actual vs 1.37 predicted,95%confidence interval(CI):1.26-1.49;2021 ASMR:1.63 actual vs 1.38 predicted,95%CI:1.26-1.49].In 2020,non-COVID-19-related mortality increased by 17.65%in ulcerative colitis(UC)patients between the ages of 25 and 65 and 36.36%in non-Hispanic black(NHB)Crohn’s disease(CD)*** the pandemic,deaths at home or on arrival and at medical facilities as well as deaths due to neoplasms also *** IBD patients suffered excess non-COVID-19-related death during the *** death was associated with younger age among UC patients,and with NHB race among CD *** death at home or on arrival and due to neoplasms suggests that delayed presentation and difficulty accessing healthcare may have led to increased IBD mortality.

This study investigates the differences in pragmatic competence between Hong Kong and Chinese mainland university *** included 19 native speakers of English,115 Chinese mainland students,divided into those who had spent time abroad in an English-speaking country(CM A)and those who had not(CM NA),and 97 Hong Kong students,divided into those from an English-medium secondary school(Hong Kong EMI)and those from a Chinese-medium school(Hong Kong CMI).Linguistic proficiency was measured by a C-test,and pragmatic competence by a Metapragmatic Knowledge Test,an Irony Test and a Monologic Role *** scores were compared using ANCOVAs to control for differences in *** results point to a continuum of pragmatic competence—EMI>CMI>CM A>CM NA—reflecting the groups’access to English in real-life *** differences between the Hong Kong groups and the Chinese mainland groups were clearest in those tests measuring processing capacity(i.e.,Irony Response Time and the Monologic Role Play).CM A,but not CM NA,performed as well as the Hong Kong groups on measures of metapragmatic *** results are discussed in terms of Bialystok’s(1993)distinction between analyzed representation and control of processing.

This paper investigates topological transformation during normal grain growth by carrying out a computer vertex simulation. Results show that topological correlation agrees with the models proposed by Blanc et al. and Weaire. Topological transformation occurs more often on grains with some topological classes instead of equal probability on each boundary. This can be qualitatively explained by topological correlation.

AIM: To evaluate a new balloon-expandable stainless steel stent (Cordis stent) in a transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt (TIPS) porcine model and compared with Wallstent. METHODS: TIPS was performed in 26 normal domestic pigs weighing 20 kg-30 kg using a Cordis stent or Wallstent (13 pigs in each stent). All pigs were sacrificed at the 14th day after TIPS. The stent deployment delivery system, stent patency, and stent recoil after placement were *** response in representative histological sections from the center,hepatic and portal regions of the two stent designs were quantified. RESULTS: The shunt was widely patent in 4 pigs in the Cordis stent group (4/12, premature dead in 1 pig), and in 5 pigs in the Wallstent group (5/13). All remaining stents of both designs were occluded or stenotic. The mean quantified proliferation including thickness of the proliferation and the ratio of proliferation: total area in three assayed regions in Cordis stent and Wallstent was 2.18 mm:2.00 mm, and 59.18 mm2:51.66 mm2, respectively (P > 0.05). The delivery system and mechanical properties of the Cordis stent functioned well. CONCLUSION: The new Cordis stent is appropriate for TIPS procedure.
