Diabetic wound healing remains a major challenge due to the excess hyperglycemia microenvironment,massively bacterial infections,macrophage dysfunction,and persistent *** comprehensively solve these problems,novel multifunctional materials are highly ***,a versatile and intelligent hydrogel (cu2S@FePPOPTPM@GOx@Gel) is ***2S@FePPOPTPM@GOx with hollow morphology and controllable size was rationally designed and fabricated by using cu2S nanocubes as a template,followed by in situ growth of FePPOPTPMand loading glucose oxidase （GOx）,*** infection occurs,the Schiff base bonds in cu2S@FePPOPTPM@GOx@Gel can controllably release cu2S@FePPOPTPM@GOx based on its excellent dynamic pH-responsiveness,thereby synergically reducing blood glucose levels and killing bacteria achieved relying on the excellent catalytic activity of GOx towards glucose and its promoted peroxidelike activity of *** experiments on diabetic wound model in vivo demonstrated that cu2S@FePPOPTPM@GOx@Gel promoted wound healing and skin regeneration,which was attributed to its antibacterial properties,alleviating inflammation,stimulating vascular regeneration,and encouraging M2 polarization of *** work provides a novel strategy for the construction of a microenvironment-responsive and antibiotics-free drug delivery platform to treat diabetic wounds,as well as broad prospects of nanomaterials in the clinical treatment of chronic wounds.

The recycling of waste polyethylene terephthalate（PET）, an extensively used polymer as plastic and fiber materials, has become an urgent topic due to the rapid generation and accumulation of plastic waste into the environment. current chemical recycling approaches to depolymerize and convert PET into 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol（cHDM）, an important chemical in the production of advanced polyesters, predominantly use organic solvents, such as alcohols or dioxane. Herein, we developed an environmentally friendly and economically viable pathway for converting PET to cHDM using water as the solvent. In this process, PET is sequentially hydrolyzed in water, hydrogenated to 1,4-cyclohexane dicarboxylic acid（cHDA）, and then reduced to cHDM. The PET conversion rate is self-enhanced in aqueous medium via acid-catalyzed hydrolysis by the generated cHDA intermediate. A Pd-based catalyst（e.g., Pd/c） selectively hydrogenates the arene ring of the PET monomer, terephthalic acid intermediate, and a Ru-Sn/c bimetallic catalyst reduces its cOOH to cH2OH group. At optimized reaction conditions, a complete conversion of PET and 80.1% yield of cHDM are obtained. Alternatively, this approach can also efficiently produce cHDA from PET, with a yield up to 86.4%.

The thermal stability and mechanical properties of a gradient-nanograined structure(GNS)cocrNi medium entropy alloy(MEA)processed by ultrasonic surface rolling were studied by using isothermal/isochronal annealing tests combined with quasi-in-situ electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD)characterization and Vickers micro-hardness(HV)measurements.A layer by layer high-throughput investigation method was used to quantitatively study the grain growth kinetics and grain boundary evolution with different initial grain sizes,which could effectively save specimen and time *** grain nucleation and growth,as well as shrink and disappearance process throughΣ3 coincidence site lattice boundary migration with slightly lattice rotation during annealing were directly *** layer by layer grain growth kinetics and calculated activation energy indicate that the thermal stability of nanograined top surface layer is relatively higher than that of nano-twined subsurface layer for the gradient cocrNi MEA processed by ultrasonic surface *** analysis show that the grain boundary relaxation and dynamic recrystallization of the topmost nano-grains led to the decrease of grain boundary energy,thus improving their thermal *** present work provided theoretical basis for the application of cocrNi MEA at high ***,the high-throughput method on the investigation of grain stability by using gradient structure can be easily extended to other materials and it is of great significance for understanding the microstructural evolution of gradient materials.

In this paper, a modelling benchmark exercise from the DEcOVALEX-2011 project is presented. The bench- mark is based on the performance and results of a laboratory drying test and of the ventilation experiment （VE） carried out in the Mont Terri Underground Rock Laboratory （URL）. Both tests involve Opalinus clay. The work aims at the identification, understanding and quantification of mechanisms taking place during the ventilation of a gallery in argillaceous host rocks on one hand and at investigating the capacity of different codes and individuals to reproduce these processes on the other hand. The 4-year in situ VE took place in a 1.3 m diameter unlined tunnel and included two resaturation-desaturation cycles. The test area was equipped with over one hundred sensors （including the global water mass balance of the system, relative humidity （RH）, water content, liquid pressure, relative displacement and concentration of some chemical species） to monitor the rock behaviour during ventilation. The laboratory drying experiment, carried out before the VE, was designed to mimic the in situ conditions. The work was organized in a progressive manner in terms of complexity of the computations to be performed, geared towards the full hydro-mechano-chemical （HMc） understanding of the VE, the final objective. The main results from the modelling work reported herein are that the response of the host rock to ventilation in argillaceous rocks is mainly governed by hydraulic processes （advective Darcy flow and non-advective vapour diffu- sion） and that the hydro-mechanical （TM） back coupling is weak. A ventilation experiment may thus be regarded as a large scale-long time pump test and it is used to determine the hydraulic conductivity of the rock mass.

The high porosity and tunable chemical functionality of metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)make it a promising catalyst design ***-throughput screening of catalytic performance is feasible since the large MOF structure database is *** this study,we report a machine learning model for high-throughput screening of MOF catalysts for the cO_(2) cycloaddition *** descriptors for model training were judiciously chosen according to the reaction mechanism,which leads to high accuracy up to 97%for the 75%quantile of the training set as the classification *** feature contribution was further evaluated with SHAP and PDP analysis to provide a certain physical understanding.12,415 hypothetical MOF structures and 100 reported MOFs were evaluated under 100℃ and 1 bar within one day using the model,and 239 potentially efficient catalysts were *** them,MOF-76(Y)achieved the top performance experimentally among reported MOFs,in good agreement with the prediction.

Tungsten and its oxides are highly versatile catalysts with unique properties that hold great promise for a wide array of applications,including biological pathways and chemical *** chemo-catalysis of cellulose to ethanol presents a promising avenue for ethanol synthesis with the potential for enhanced efficiency compared to conventional methods,offering a sustainable and carbon-neutral alternative to existing petrochemical and biological ***,Ir/WOxcatalysts enriched with oxygen vacancies were meticulously prepared and demonstrated remarkable catalytic performance in converting cellulose to ethanol directly in the presence of tungstic *** catalyst achieved a high ethanol yield of 66.5%under optimal reaction conditions,approaching the theoretical yield limit of traditional ethanol *** results revealed the presence of oxygen defects,Bronsted/Lewis acidity,and Ir nanoclusters on the catalyst surface,working synergistically to facilitate the cascade catalysis of cellulose hydrolysis,sugar retro-aldol condensation reaction,and c2 intermediate hydrodeoxygenation to *** situ Fourier transform infrared spectrometer analysis confirmed the catalyst's ability to enhance the adsorption and activation of ethylene glycol for ethanol *** manipulating subtle structural features,this study offers a fresh perspective on tungsten group catalyst design and underscores the importance of synergistic effects among catalytic sites for the efficient production of ethanol from cellulose.

The design and synthesis of vanadium-based denitration catalysts with low-temperature activity pose significant challenges in the field of toxic gas *** this study,we have developed a novel approach to fabricate highly efficient V2O5-WO3/TiO2monolithic mesh catalysts for NOxreduction at low ***,TiO2nanosheets with strong adhesion and large surface area were grown on Ti mesh using plasma electrolytic oxidation technology and hydrothermal ***,super-small traces of WO3and V2O5active nano-species were subsequently deposited on TiO2nanosheets using the deposition-precipitation *** to traditional ceramic-based V2O5-WO3/TiO2catalysts,our V2O5-WO3/TiO2monolithic mesh catalyst exhibits superior mechanical performance,excellent thermal conductivity,lower pressure drop,higher utilization of active components,and stronger synergistic ***,the V2O5-WO3/TiO2monolithic mesh catalysts exhibited excellent low-temperature catalytic activity with 98% of NOxconversion at 220℃,and remarkable long-term SO2tolerance and water resistance in the selective catalytic reduction（ScR） of NOxwith *** ScR reaction of tiny V2O5and WO3active species supported on TiO2nanosheets directly demonstrated to follow the Eley-Rideal mechanism by in situ infrared spectra.
