Importance:While laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy(lPD)is being adopted with increasing enthusiasm worldwide,it is still challenging for both technical and anatomical ***,there is no consensus on the technical standards for ***:The aim of this consensus statement is to guide the continued safe progression and adoption of *** Review:An international panel of experts was selected based on their clinical and scientific expertise in laparoscopic and open *** were produced upon reviewing the literature and assessed by the members of the expert *** literature search and its critical appraisal were limited to articles published in English during the period from 1994 to *** Web of Science,Medline,and Cochrane library and Clinical Trials databases were searched,The search strategy included,but was not limited to,the terms'laparoscopic','pancreaticoduodenectomy,'pancreatoduodenectomy','Whipple's operation',and'minimally invasive surgery'.Reference lists from the included articles were manually checked for any additional studies,which were included when *** method was used to establish expert consensus and the AGREE II-GRS Instrument was applied to assess the methodological quality and externally validate the final *** statements were further discussed during a one-day face-to-face meeting at the 1st Summit on Minimally Invasive Pancreatico-Biliary Surgery in Wuhan,***:Twenty-eight international experts from 8 countries constructed the expert *** statements were produced by the members of the expert *** least 80%of responders agreed with the majority(80%)of *** than three randomized controlled trials published to date,most evidences were based on level 3 or 4 studies according to the AGREE II-GRS *** and Relevance:The Wuhan international expert consensus meeting on lPD has produced a set of clinical practice statement

Garnet fractionation,progressive melt loss and bulk composition variations in anatectic metabasites:Complications for interpreting the geodynamic significance of TTGs

Tonalite-trondhjemite-granodiorite(TTG) suites constitute a large proportion of the Archean geological record;however,the geodynamic processes that generated them,and Archean continental crust in general,remain a subject of *** concentrations and ratios of Sr,Y,la,Yb,Nb,and Ta in TTGs are commonly used to determine the depth of melting of their metabasic *** trace element composition of melt produced by metabasic source rocks during anatexis is strongly affected by the presence and abundance of pressure-sensitive minerals,such as plagioclase(Sr-bearing),garnet(Y-and HREE-bearing),and rutile(Nb-and Ta-bearing).Elevated Sr/Y and la/Yb ratios and low concentrations of Nb and Ta in TTGs are generally considered to indicate melting at high pressures(≥2.0 GPa).The depth of melting is a key factor in determining the origin of TTGs as this provides critical information on the tectonic setting of their *** use phase equilibrium and trace element modelling to explore the effects of three potential influences on TTG trace element compositions:fractionation of trace elements into peritectic garnet cores,progressive melt loss from the source,and source bulk *** model three different compositions of Archean basalts along thermal gradients of 500℃/GPa,750℃/GPa,and 1000℃/*** models produce maj or and trace element melt compositions that are generally consistent with measured compositions of *** Sr/Y,la/Yb,Nb,and Ta exhibit pressure-dependent behaviour,other factors also affect these *** fractionation causes Sr/Y and la/Yb to reach much greater values and in this scenario,the values also increase with increasing *** bulk composition has an effect in all scenarios and most strongly influences la/Yb,Nb,and ***,these results show that Sr/Y,la/Yb,Nb,and Ta can reach values generally considered to be indicative of high pressure melting at a range of P-T conditions including P le

The long rather than the short allele of 5-HTTlPR predisposes Han Chinese to anxiety and reduced connectivity between prefrontal cortex and amygdala

The short allele of the serotonin-transporter gene is associated with higher risk for anxiety and depression in Caucasians, but this association is still unclear in Asians. Here, we addressed this issue using behavioral and multi-modal MRI approaches in a large group of healthy Han Chinese participants （n = 233）. In contrast to findings in Caucasians, we found that long-allele （l） carriers had higher anxiety scores. In another group （n = 64） experiencing significant levels of depression or anxiety, the l-allele frequency was also significantly higher. In healthy participants, l-carriers had reduced functional and anatomical connectivity between the amygdala and prefrontal cortex （PFC）, which was correlated with anxiety or depression scores. Our findings demonstrated that in Chinese Han participants, in contrast to Caucasians, the l-allele confers vulnerability to anxiety or depression and weakens top-down emotional control between the PFC and amygdala. Therefore, ethnic background should be taken into account in gene-related studies and their potential clinical applications.
