Leprosy is an infectious granulomatous disease caused by Mycobacterium leprae that affects the skin and can lead to deformity by damaging peripheral *** leprosy is no longer an incurable disease,its epidemic has not been well controlled because of its unclear routes of transmission and the lack of an effective ***,leprosy has long been an ideal disease model for the study of genetics and immunology of infectious diseases due to its strong genetic predisposition and immune-dependent spectrum of clinical ***,we review the latest and important findings of the pathogenesis of *** studies have shown that the highly conserved *** is zoonotic,which further complicates the ambiguous transmission of ***,genome-wide association studies of leprosy have reported dozens of susceptibility genes,most of which are immune-related,and thus systematically elucidate the immunogenetic basis of the ***,plenty of novel mechanisms of host defense against intracellular bacterial infection and the modulation of host immunity by *** have been *** these great achievements,there are still gaps between pathogenic biology,genetics,and immunology of leprosy,limiting our in-depth understanding of leprosy *** efforts,such as multi-omics data integration and the development of viable animal models for immunogenetic studies are urgently needed to accelerate advances in the precise prevention and treatment of leprosy.

Even though retinal images of objects change their locations following each eye movement,we perceive a stable and continuous *** possible mechanism by which the brain achieves such visual stability is to construct a craniotopic coordinate by integrating retinal and extraretinal *** have been several proposals on how this may be done,including eye-position modulation(gain fields)of retinotopic receptive fields(RFs)and craniotopic *** the present study,we investigated coordinate systems used by RFs in the lateral intraparietal(LIP)cortex and frontal eye fields(FEF)and compared the two *** mapped the two-dimensional RFs of neurons in detail under two eye fixations and analyzed how the RF of a given neuron changes with eye position to determine its coordinate *** same recording and analysis procedures were applied to the two brain *** found that,in both areas,RFs were distributed from retinotopic to craniotopic *** was no significant difference between the distributions in the LIP and *** a small fraction of neurons was fully craniotopic,whereas most neurons were between the retinotopic and craniotopic *** distributions were strongly biased toward the retinotopic side but with significant craniotopic *** results suggest that there is only weak evidence for craniotopic RFs in the LIP and FEF,and that transformation from retinotopic to craniotopic coordinates in these areas must rely on other factors such as gain fields.

With the increasing deployment of deep learning-based systems in various scenes, it is becoming important to conduct sufficient testing and evaluation of deep learning models to improve their interpretability and robustness. Recent studies have proposed different criteria and strategies for deep neural network(DNN) ***, they rarely conduct effective testing on the robustness of DNN models and lack interpretability. This paper proposes a new priority testing criterion, called DeepLogic, to analyze the robustness of the DNN models from the perspective of model interpretability. We first define the neural units in DNN with the highest average activation probability as “interpretable logic units”. We analyze the changes in these units to evaluate the model's robustness by conducting adversarial attacks. After that, the interpretable logic units of the inputs are taken as context attributes, and the probability distribution of the softmax layer in the model is taken as internal attributes to establish a comprehensive test prioritization framework. The weight fusion of context and internal factors is carried out, and the test cases are sorted according to this priority. The experimental results on four popular DNN models using eight testing metrics show that our DeepLogic significantly outperforms existing state-of-the-art methods.

The structure of the oxide film on FGH96 alloy powders significantly influences the mechanical properties of *** this study,FGH96 alloy powders with various oxygen contents were investigated using high-resolution transmission electron microscopy and atomic probe technology to elucidate the structure evolution of the oxide *** dispersive spectrometer analysis revealed the presence of two distinct components in the oxide film of the alloy powders:amorphous oxide layer covering the γ matrix and amorphous oxide particles above the *** alloying elements within the oxide layer showed a laminated distribution,with Ni,Co,Cr,and Al/Ti,which was attributed to the decreasing oxygen equilibrium pressure as oxygen diffused from the surface into the γ *** the other hand,Ti enrichment was observed in the oxide particles caused by the oxidation and decomposition of the carbide *** analysis of the oxide film with oxygen contents of 140,280,and 340 ppm showed similar element distributions,while the thickness of the oxide film varies approximately at 9,14,and 30 nm,*** findings provide valuable insights into the structural analysis of the oxide film on FGH96 alloy powders.

Many issues concerning the origin of high-temperature superconductivity(HTS)are still under *** example,how the magnetic order varies with doping and its relationship with the superconducting temperature(Tc);and why Tcalways peaks near the quantum critical *** this paper,taking hole-doped La_(2)CuO_(4)as a classical example,we employ the first-principles band structure and total energy calculations with Monte Carlo simulations to explore how the symmetry-breaking magnetic ground state evolves with hole doping and the origin of a dome-shaped superconductivity region in the phase *** demonstrate that the local antiferromagnetic order and doping play key roles in determining the electron-phonon coupling,thus ***,the La_(2)CuO_(4)possesses a checkerboard local antiferromagnetic ground *** the hole doping increases,Tcincreases with the enhanced electron-phonon coupling *** as the doping increases further,the strength of the antiferromagnetic interaction weakens and spin fluctuation *** the critical doping level,a magnetic phase transition occurs that reduces the local antiferromagnetism-assisted electron-phonon coupling,thus diminishing the *** superconductivity disappears in the heavily overdoped region when the ferromagnetic order *** observations could account for why cuprates have a dome-shaped superconductivity region in the phase *** study,thus,contributes to a fundamental understanding of the correlation between doping,local magnetic order,and superconductivity of HTS.
