民口企业实现创新绩效增长与构建可持续竞争优势的关键是借助关系学习和知识整合能力获取创新资源。以创新生态系统理论为基础,结合军民融合战略背景,实证研究企业间价值共创对创新绩效的影响,以及关系学习、知识整合和数字化转型的作用机制。结果表明,企业间价值共创对企业创新绩效具有显著正向影响。此外,军民融合战略背景下,企业关系学习、知识整合在价值共创与企业创新绩效间发挥中介作用,企业数字化转型对价值共创和企业关系学习的关系具有正向调节作用。结论有助于揭示军民融合创新生态系统中企业创新绩效提升的复杂过程机制,为军民融合战略背景下我国民口企业通过价值共创促进创新和实现绩效增长提供理论依据与实践指导。

铝灰存在遇水释放有毒有害气体的危害,为解决铝灰处置难题,将铝灰利用水相介质预处理后,掺配洗沙底泥、工程渣土、生活污泥,研究铝灰协同多源城市固废制备超轻陶粒的可行性。结果表明,按照m(工程渣土)∶m(洗沙底泥)∶m(生活污泥)∶m(水解铝灰)=24∶57∶10∶9的比例,在1125~1225℃的烧成温度范围内,可烧制平均堆积密度为405 kg/m^(3)、平均吸水率为6.47%、密度等级为500级的超轻陶粒,陶粒性能符合GB/T 17431.1—2010要求,表明该配比采用粉磨成球-回转窑工艺生产铝灰陶粒是可行的。

This paper considers sales mode selection issues for a two-echelon supply chain of perishable products involving a supplier and a ***’purchase desire is assumed to be positive correlation with the freshness of the ***,the traditional sales mode is examined,in which the supplier and the retailer play a Stackelberg *** propose a three-layer decision model for this situation,and obtain dynamic pricing strategies and selling cycle *** is shown that the retailer has little motivation to order many perishable products so as to avoid a long selling cycle ***,the commission-charge mode is analyzed,in which the retailer declares its decision *** this mode,we demonstrate that the perishable product will be on sale during the whole shelf life under a certain *** correlation between the sales price of each stage and the remaining shelf-life length is ***,the superiority analysis for the two sales modes is *** show the relation between the selling cycle lengths of the two *** our analysis,it is shown that both the supplier and the retailer gain more profits when the commission-charge mode is adopted and the commission rate locates in a certain open ***,a numerical illustration is presented to visualize the discussed models,and some supplements are made for the acquired conclusions by the illustration.

An algorithm based on mixed signals is proposed,to solve the issues of low accuracy of identification algorithm,immeasurable intermediate variables of fractional order Hammerstein model,and how to determine the magnitude of fractional *** this paper,a special mixed input signal is designed to separate the nonlinear and linear parts of the fractional order Hammerstein model so that each part can be identified *** nonlinear part is fitted by the neural fuzzy network model,which avoids the limitation of polynomial fitting and broadens the application range of nonlinear *** addition,the multi-innovation Levenberg-Marquardt(MILM)algorithm and auxiliary recursive least square algorithm are innovatively integrated into the parameter identification algorithm of the fractional order Hammerstein model to obtain more accurate identification results.A simulation example is given to verify the accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed method.

Tetrabromobisphenol A(TBBPA)is a widely used brominated flame *** is evidence showing that TBBPA can exert thyroid disrupting effects in mammals,but different results were also reported,along with inconsistent reports regarding its ***,we investigated thyroid disrupting effects and neurotoxicity of TBBPA(5,50,500μg/(kg·day))to male mice following maternal and direct exposure through drinking water,with the antithyroid drug propylthiouracil(PTU)as the positive *** postnatal day(PND)15,we expectedly observed severe thyroid compensatory hyperplasia and cerebellar developmental retardation in PTU-treated *** highest dose of TBBPA also caused thyroid histological alteration but had no effects on cerebellar development in terms of Purkinje cell morphology and the thickness of the internal granular layer and the molecular layer of the *** puberty and adulthood,the thyroid morphological alterations became more pronounced in the TBBPA-treated animals,accompanied by decreased serum thyroid hormone ***,the 50 and 500μg/(kg·day)TBBPA groups showed a significant decrease in the serum level of serotonin,a neurotransmitter associated with anxiety ***,the highest dose group displayed anxiety-like behaviors in the elevated plus-maze test on PND 35,but this neurobehavioral alteration disappeared on PND ***,no changes in neurobehavioral parameters tested were found in TBBPAtreated animals at puberty and ***,all observations show that TBBPA can exert thyroid disrupting effects but has little overt impact on brain development and neurobehaviors in mice,suggesting that thyroid disruption does not necessarily cause overtly adverse neurodevelopmental outcomes.

Phosphorus(P)is involved in various biochemical reactions in plant growth,so it is beneficial to plants growing in soils contaminated by metals,including cadmium(Cd).However,few studies have reported on the mechanistic roles of P in mitigating Cd toxicity to ryegrass root,and especially in alleviating the disruption of the mitochondrial function of living *** this study,the physiological and biochemical mechanisms associated with ryegrass growth under various Cd and P treatments were investigated using leaching and pot *** concentration of Cd in soil leachates showed a significantly positive relationship with redox potential(P<0.05),but negative relationship(P<0.05)with leachate pH values and dissolved organic carbon(DOC),indicating that exogenous P addition(as H_(2)PO_(4)*)may decrease Cd leaching from contaminated *** to the control(without P addition),the cumulative Cd content was reduced by 53.3%and 64.5%in the soil leachate with exogenous P application(20 mg/L and 80 mg/L),***,application of P decreased the Cd concentrations in the symplastic fractions and increased the Cd concentrations in the apoplastic fractions in root tips,which may help to alleviate Cd stress to the ***,exogenous P was found to play a positive role in mitochondrial function and Ca^(2+)variation in root cells under Cd stress,which provides novel insights into the mechanisms of exogenous P in alleviating plant Cd injury.

There are more challenges for alkaline hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)via simultaneously expediting the electron-coupled water dissociation process(Volmer step)and the following electrochemical H_(2) desorption(Heyrovsky step).Hybrid amorphous electrocatalysts are highly desirable for efficient hydrogen evolution from water-alkali electrolyzers due to the bifunctionality for the different elementary steps of HER and optimal interactions with water molecules and the reactive hydrogen intermediates(Had).Herein,the synthesis of amorphous hybrid ultrathin(tungsten oxide/nickel hydroxide)hydrate(a-[WO_(3)/Ni(OH)_(2)]·0.2H_(2)O)nanosheets on nickel foam(NF)for efficient alkaline HER is *** structural and composition features of a-[WO_(3)/Ni(OH)_(2)]·0.2H_(2)O are characterized in *** resulting a-[WO_(3)/Ni(OH)_(2)]·0.2H_(2)O/NF electrocatalyst with the synergistic effect of both hybrid components for the HER elementary steps shows greatly improved the activity and durability for the HER with a low overpotential of-41 and-163 mV at-10 and-500 mA·cm^(-2),respectively,a Tafel slope as low as-72.9 mV·dec^(-1),and long-term stability of continuous electrolysis for at least 150 h accompanying by inappreciable overpotential change in 1 M *** the hybrid a-[WO_(3)/Ni(OH)_(2)]·0.2H_(2)O,Ni(OH)_(2) and WO_(3) moieties are separately responsible for accelerating dissociative adsorption of water and weakening Had adsorption strength,which is beneficial to the improvement of the alkaline HER activity.

Tunable polarization holographic gratings obtained by varying the ratio of intensities of the recording beams

Polarization holography has been extensively applied in many fields, such as optical science, metrology, and biochemistry, due to its property of polarization modulation. However, the modulated polarization state of diffracted light corresponds strictly to that of incident light one by one. Here, a kind of tunable polarization holographic grating has been designed in terms of Jones matrices, and intensity-based polarization manipulation has been realized experimentally. The proposed tunable polarization holographic grating is recorded on an azobenzene liquid-crystalline film by a pair of coherent light beams with orthogonal polarization states and asymmetrically controlled intensities. It is found that the diffracted light can be actively manipulated from linearly to circularly polarized based on the light intensity of the recording holographic field when the polarization state of incident light keeps constant. Our work could enrich the field of light manipulation and holography.
