Ⅰ.INTRODUCTION The direct detection of dark matter particles,especially the weakly interacting massive particles(WIMPs),is being actively carried out by a couple of experiments worldwide[1].In recent years,the PandaX-Ⅱ experiment located in the China Jinping Underground Laboratory(CJPL)[1-3],which uses the technology of dual phase liquid xenon time projection chambers(TPCs),has pushed the limits of the cross section between WIMPs and nucleons to a new level for most of the possible WIMP masses;other experiments of the same type are also being performed[4–10].

庞鹤教授认为下肢丹毒根据病程可分为急性期和慢性期,急性期为火毒夹湿所致,多为实证,急性期未得及时治疗则转为慢性丹毒,可见脾虚有瘀,为本虚标实之证。治疗上当以祛邪为首要任务,灵活选择清热解毒、凉血解毒、滋阴清热之法;同时还要注意引邪外出,使邪气或向外散发,或从大小便而解。此外,在疾病治疗的全过程中均应根据湿与热的轻重程度合理选方,强调活血化瘀、注意顾护脾胃、积极防治变证。

目的探讨非药物干预措施(NPIs)对成人感染呼吸道病原体流行率的影响,深入了解NPIs的科学价值和长期效果。方法采用回顾性研究,收集2017-2023年四川大学华西医院呼吸道感染成人患者的临床资料和实验室检查数据,分时段对病原体、人群、季节等方面进行分析。分析时段包括2017-2019年(NPIs实施前),2020-2022年(NPIs实施中),2023年1-12月(NPIs实施后)。结果纳入呼吸道感染成人患者33068例,8种成人感染呼吸道病原体2017-2019年总流行率(26.95%)高于2020-2022年(8.70%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在NPIs实施的前、中、后3个时段中,不同性别、年龄和季节的病原体流行率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。NPIs实施前,呼吸道病原体流行的季节高峰出现在每年的1-3月。随着NPIs的实施,流行季节高峰分别出现在2020年1-3月(10.09%)、2021年10-12月(9.32%)、2022年7-9月(15.23%)。NPIs实施后,病原体流行的季节高峰出现在2023年10-12月(21.20%)。8种病原体中,甲型流感病毒H1N1(2009)的流行率变化最为明显,NPIs实施前、中、后流行率分别为17.42%、0.00%、6.99%。结论2017-2023年由于NPIs等因素的影响,呼吸道病原体流行情况改变了原有特征。关注病原体流行率的新特征,对于预防、诊断和控制突发公共卫生事件中的呼吸道感染疾病具有重要意义。

We present a systematic determination of the responses of PandaX-Ⅱ,a dual phase xenon time projection chamber detector,to low energy *** electron recoil(ER) and nuclear recoil(NR) responses are calibrated,respectively,with injected tritiated methane or 220Rn source,and with 241Am-Be neutron source,in an energy range from 1-25 keV(ER) and 4-80 keV(NR),under the two drift fields,400 and 317 V/*** empirical model is used to fit the light yield and charge yield for both types of *** best fit models can describe the calibration data *** systematic uncertainties of the fitted models are obtained via statistical comparison to the data.

The local microenvironment is essential to stem cell-based therapy for ischemic stroke,and spatiotemporal changes of the microenvironment in the pathological process provide vital clues for understanding the therapeutic ***,relevant studies on microenvironmental changes were mainly confined in the acute phase of stroke,and long-term changes remain *** study aimed to investigate the microenvironmental changes in the subacute and chronic phases of ischemic stroke after stem cell ***,induced pluripotent stem cells(iPSCs)and neural stem cells(NSCs)were transplanted into the ischemic brain established by middle cerebral artery occlusion *** emission tomography imaging and neurological tests were applied to evaluate the metabolic and neurofunctional alterations of rats transplanted with stem *** proteomics was employed to investigate the protein expression profiles in iPSCs-transplanted brain in the subacute and chronic phases of *** with NSCs-transplanted rats,significantly increased glucose metabolism and neurofunctional scores were observed in iPSCs-transplanted *** proteomic data of iPSCs-transplanted rats identified a total of 39 differentially expressed proteins in the subacute and chronic phases,which are involved in various ischemic stroke-related biological processes,including neuronal survival,axonal remodeling,antioxidative stress,and mitochondrial function *** together,our study indicated that iPSCs have a positive therapeutic effect in ischemic stroke and emphasized the wide-ranging microenvironmental changes in the subacute and chronic phases.

Hypoxia conditioning could increase the survival of transplanted neuronal progenitor cells(NPCs)in rats with cerebral ischemia but could also hinder neuronal differentiation partly by suppressing mitochondrial *** this work,the mitochondrial metabolism of hypoxia-conditioned NPCs(hcNPCs)was upregulated via the additional administration of resveratrol,an herbal compound,to resolve the limitation of hypoxia conditioning on neuronal *** was first applied during the in vitro neuronal differentiation of hcNPCs and concurrently promoted the differentiation,synaptogenesis,and functional development of neurons derived from hcNPCs and restored the mitochondrial ***,this herbal compound was used as an adjuvant during hcNPC transplantation in a photothrombotic stroke rat *** promoted neuronal differentiation and increased the long-term survival of transplanted hcNPCs.18-fluorine fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography and rotarod test showed that resveratrol and hcNPC transplantation synergistically improved the neurological and metabolic recovery of stroke *** conclusion,resveratrol promoted the neuronal differentiation and therapeutic efficiency of hcNPCs in stroke rats via restoring mitochondrial *** work suggested a novel approach to promote the clinical translation of NPC transplantation therapy.

We report the Neutrino-less Double Beta Decay（NLDBD） search results from PandaX-Ⅱ dual-phase liquid xenon time projection *** total live time used in this analysis is 403.1 days from June 2016 to *** NLDBD-optimized event selection criteria,we obtain a fiducial mass of 219 kg of natural *** accumulated xenon exposure is 242 kg yr,or equivalently 22.2 kg yr of 136Xe *** the region around 136Xe decay Q-value of 2458 keV,the energy resolution of PandaX-Ⅱ is 4.2%.We find no evidence of NLDBD in PandaX-Ⅱand establish a lower limit for decay half-life of 2.1×1023yr at the 90% confidence level,which corresponds to an effective Majorana neutrino mass mββ <（1.4-3.7） *** is the first NLDBD result reported from a dual-phase xenon experiment.

Mars orbiter magnetometer(MOMAG)is one of seven science payloads onboard Tianwen-1’s *** most of the satellites,Tianwen-1’s orbiter is not magnetically cleaned,and the boom where placed the magnetometer’s sensors is not long *** pose many challenges to the magnetic field data *** this study,we introduce the in-flight calibration process of the Tianwen-1/*** magnetic interference including spacecraft generated dynamic field and the slowlychanging zero offsets are cleaned in *** the calibrated magnetic field data are compared with the data from the Mars atmosphere and volatile Evolutio N(MAVEN).We find that some physical structures in the solar wind are consistent between the two data sets,and the distributions of the magnetic field strength in the solar wind are very *** results suggest that the in-flight calibration of the MOMAG is successful and the MOMAG provides reliable data for scientific research.
