AIM: To determine the in vivo andin vivo effects of cysteamine (CS) on expression and activity of H+-K+-ATPase of gastric mucosal cells in weaning ***: Eighteen litters of newborn Xinhuai piglets were employed in the in vivo experiment and allocated to control and treatment groups. From 12 d of age (D12), piglets in control group were fed basal diet, while the treatment group received basal diet supplemented with 120 mg/kg CS. Piglets were weaned on D35 in both groups. Six piglets from each group (n = 6) were slaughtered on D28 (one week before weaning), D35(weaning), D36.5, D38, D42, and D45 (36 h, 72 h,one week and 10 d after weaning), respectively. Semiquantitative RT-PCR was performed todetermine the levels of H+-K+-ATPase mRNA in gastric mucosa. H+-K+-ATPase activity in gastric mucosa homogenate was also determined. Gastric mucosal epithelial cells from piglets through primary cultures were used to further elucidate the effect of CS on expression and activity of H+-K+-ATPase in vivo. Cells were treated for 20 h with 0.001,0.01, and 0.1 mg/mL of CS (n = 4), respectively. The mRNA expression of H+-K+-ATPase and somatostatin (SS)as well as the H+-K+-ATPase activity were ***: in vivo, both mRNA expression and activity of H+-K+-ATPase in gastric mucosa of control group exhibited a trend to increase from D28 to D45, reaching a peak on D45, but did not show significant age differences. Furthermore, neither the mRNA expression nor the activity of H+-K+-ATPase was affected significantly by weaning. CS increased the mRNA expression of H+-K+-ATPase by 73%, 53%, 30% and 39% on D28(P = 0.014), D35 (P = 0.017), D42 (P = 0.013) and D45(P = 0.046), respectively. In accordance with the mRNA expression, H+-K+-ATPase activities were significantly higher in treatment group than in control group on D35(P = 0.043) and D45 (P = 0.040). 该文结合实际卫星轨道及地球自转特性,研究利用分布式小卫星丰富的空域信息解多普勒模糊,从而解决宽场景成像和方位高分辨之间的矛盾。提出建立子孔径坐标系,解决地球自转引起的星间回波不一致性并简化椭圆轨道的几何复杂性。建立子孔径坐标系包括两方面:一是将成像几何模型转换到地球固定坐标系下分析,此时地面场景静止,卫星轨道等效旋转;二是分孔径处理,针对每个子孔径建立坐标几何,经过误差补偿后小卫星轨道构型等效为固定基线且平行。对每个子孔径回波数据分别进行空域滤波解模糊处理后再进行孔径拼接,同时结合传统星载SAR成像算法实现大场景高分辨成像。最后以CARTWHEEL模型为例进行仿真,验证了该方法的有效性。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects and mechanism of a new chemical synthetic drug TPh on the proliferation and apoptosis of Hela cel s. METHODS MTT assay was performed to detect the effect of TPh on the proliferation of He La cel s at different times. The impact of each dose on the cycle of Hela cells was analyzed by flow cytometry; Annexin-Ⅴ FITC/PI staining was used to detect the effect of TPh on the apoptosis of He La cells;JC-1 staining was made to observe the effect of TPh on the mitochondrial membrane potential of Hela cell. The levels of apoptosis-related protein caspase-3, caspase-8,caspase-9 were evaluated in TPh-treated cel s by Western blotting. RESULTS TPh could inhibit the proliferation of Hela cells within a certain concentration range, and the effect is proportional to time and concentration. Comparing with the blank control group, the proportion of cells in the G0/G1 phase gradually increased and the proportion of cells in the G2/M phase decreased in all of the groups with TPh. Besides, apoptotic He La cells increased in a dose-dependent manner after treated with different concentrations of TPh, mitochondrial membrane potential reduced in different degrees, the protein expression of caspase-3,caspase-8 and caspase-9 were increased in a dose-dependent manner under TPh treatment. CONCLUSION TPh could inhibit the proliferation of He La cel s in a dose-dependent manner; it blocks He La cells in the G0/G1 phase and inhibits the conversion of Hela cells in the G0/G1 phase to S and G2/M phase. Besides, it could induces apoptosis of He La cells by reducing the mitochondrial membrane potential and promoting the expression of caspase-3, caspase-8, caspase-9.

The present study was designed to isolate and characterize novel chemical constituents of the stem bark of Juglans mandshurica Maxim.(Juglandaceae).The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by various chromatographic techniques. The structures of the compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectral data(1D and 2D NMR, HR-ESI-MS, CD, UV, and IR) and by the comparisons of spectroscopic data with the reported values in the literatures. Two long chain polyunsaturated fatty acids(1 and 2) were obtained and identified as(S)-(8E,10E)-12-hydroxy-7-oxo-8,10-octadecadienoic acid(1) and(S)-(8E, 10E)-12-hydroxy-7-oxo-8,10-octadecadienoic acid methyl ester(2). To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report on the isolation and structural elucidation of the two new conjugated ketonic fatty acids from this genus.

The high exciton binding energy and lack of a positive oxidation band potential restrict the photocatalytic CO_(2)reduction efficiency of lead-free Bi-based halide perovskites Cs_(3)Bi_(2)X_(9)(X=Br,I).In this study,a sequential growth method is presented to prepare a visible-light-driven(λ>420 nm)Z-scheme heterojunction photocatalyst composed of BiVO_(4)nanocrystals decorated on a Cs_(3)Bi_(2)I_(9)nanosheet for photocatalytic CO_(2)reduction coupled with water *** Cs_(3)Bi_(2)I_(9)/BiVO_(4)Z-scheme heterojunction photocatalyst is stable in the gas-solid photocatalytic CO_(2)reduction system,demonstrating a high visible-light-driven photocatalytic CO_(2)-to-CO production rate of 17.5μmol/(g·h),which is approximately three times that of pristine Cs_(3)Bi_(2)I_(9).The high efficiency of the Cs_(3)Bi_(2)I_(9)/BiVO_(4)heterojunction was attributed to the improved charge separation in Cs_(3)Bi_(2)I_(9).Moreover,the Z-scheme charge-transfer pathway preserves the negative reduction potential of Cs_(3)Bi_(2)I_(9)and the positive oxidation potential of BiVO_()*** study off ers solid evidence of constructing Z-scheme heterojunctions to improve the photocatalytic performance of lead-free halide perovskites and would inspire more ideas for developing leadfree halide perovskite photocatalysts.

目的采用离子色谱法测定滴眼剂中抑菌剂苯扎氯铵和苯扎溴铵的含量。方法采用SH-AC-11色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm),电导检测器,淋洗液为23 mmol/L氢氧化钾溶液,流速为0.6 ml/min,抑制器电流为56 mA,进样量为25μl。结果苯扎氯铵和苯扎溴铵分别在1.25~62.50μg/ml和1.02~51.00μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r分别为0.9997和0.9998),加样回收率分别为100.6%(RSD=1.7%)和100.4%(RSD=1.6%)。结论该方法准确性高,专属性强,可用于滴眼剂中抑菌剂苯扎氯铵和苯扎溴铵的质量控制。
