Introduction Although the global human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)epidemic has been effectively curbed,preventing and managing HIV infection in high-risk populations remains challenging.[1]In China,HIV is primarily transmitted through sexual contact.[1,2]Pre-exposure prophylaxis(PrEP)is a new and effective method for preventing HIV infection using antiretroviral drugs[3];data from multiple clinical trials worldwide have shown that using antiretroviral drugs for PrEP can limit HIV transmission.[4,5,6,7]The World Health Organization(WHO)issued guidelines in 2015 recommending PrEP in populations with an HIV incidence above 3/100 person-years(PY)and in individuals engaging in high-risk behaviors.[3]According to existing studies,the HIV incidence among key populations in China was 5.6/100 PY for men who have sex with men(MSM),[8]1.6/100 PY for intravenous drug users(IDUs),[9]and 1.4/100 PY for female sex workers.[10,11]As of July 2020,54 countries and regions have issued PrEP guidelines for adults to prevent HIV infection,and 36 of these have also published guidelines for children and ***,there are no PrEP guidelines or related consensus statement in *** such,there is a strong need for standardized guidance on the implementation of PrEP pertaining to medical selection criteria,PrEP timing,drug safety,and consultation and testing *** we present the consensus statement on the implementation of PrEP in China based on the opinions and suggestions of health policy-makers,scientists,clinical experts,community-based organizations of key populations,and the latest reports in PrEP researches.

In the past 37 years,human immunodeficiency virus/acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(HIV/AIDS)has undergone various major transmission routes in China,with the world most complex co-circulating HIV-1 subtypes,even the prevalence is still *** response to the first epidemic outbreak of HIV in injecting drug users and the second one by illegal commercial blood collection,China issued the Anti-Drug Law and launched the Blood Donation Act and nationwide nucleic acid testing,which has avoided 98,232 to 211,200 estimated infections and almost ended the blood product-related *** has been providing free antiretroviral therapy(ART)since 2003,which covered>80%of the identified patients and achieved a viral suppression rate of 91%.To bend the curve of increasing the disease burden of HIV and finally end the epidemic,China should consider constraining HIV spread through sexual transmission,narrowing the gaps in identifying HIV cases,and the long-term effectiveness and safety of ART in the future.

The synergy of single atoms （SAs） and nanoparticles （NPs） has demonstrated great potential in promoting the electrocatalytic carbon dioxide reduction reaction （CO2RR）;however,the rationalization of the SAs/NPs proportion remains one challenge for the catalyst ***,a Ni2+-loaded porous poly（ionic liquids）(PIL) precursor synthesized through the free radical self-polymerization of the ionic liquid monomer,1-allyl-3-vinylimidazolium chloride,was pyrolyzed to prepare the Ni,N co-doped carbon materials,in which the proportion of Ni SAs and NPs could be facilely modulated by controlling the annealing *** catalyst Ni-NC-1000 with a moderate proportion of Ni SAs and NPs exhibited high efficiency in the electrocatalytic conversion of CO2into *** Ni K-edge X-ray absorption near-edge structure （XANES） spectra and theoretical calculations were conducted to gain insight into the synergy of Ni SAs and *** charge transfer from Ni NPs to the surrounding carbon layer and then to the Ni SAs resulted in the electron-enriched Ni SAs active *** the electroreduction of CO2,the coexistence of Ni SAs and NPs strengthened the CO2activation and the affinity towards the key intermediate of*COOH,lowering the free energy for the potential-determining*CO2→*COOH step,and therefore promoted the catalysis efficiency.

Several promising plasma biomarker proteins,such as amyloid-β(Aβ),tau,neurofilament light chain,and glial fibrillary acidic protein,are widely used for the diagnosis of neurodegenerative ***,little is known about the long-term stability of these biomarker proteins in plasma samples stored at-80°*** aimed to explore how storage time would affect the diagnostic accuracy of these biomarkers using a large *** samples from 229 cognitively unimpaired individuals,encompassing healthy controls and those experiencing subjective cognitive decline,as well as 99 patients with cognitive impairment,comprising those with mild cognitive impairment and dementia,were acquired from the Sino Longitudinal Study on Cognitive Decline *** samples were stored at-80°C for up to 6 years before being used in this *** results showed that plasma levels of Aβ42,Aβ40,neurofilament light chain,and glial fibrillary acidic protein were not significantly correlated with sample storage ***,the level of total tau showed a negative correlation with sample storage ***,in individuals without cognitive impairment,plasma levels of total protein and tau phosphorylated protein threonine 181(p-tau181)also showed a negative correlation with sample storage *** was not observed in individuals with cognitive ***,we speculate that the diagnostic accuracy of plasma p-tau181 and the p-tau181 to total tau ratio may be influenced by sample storage ***,caution is advised when using these plasma biomarkers for the identification of neurodegenerative diseases,such as Alzheimer's ***,in cohort studies,it is important to consider the impact of storage time on the overall results.

Solution-processed Cu（In,Ga）Se2（CIGS） solar cells suffer from serious carrier recombination and power conversion efficiency（PCE） loss because of the poor film properties and easy formation of ***, we propose Ag&Se co-selenization strategy to enhance the crystallization and passivate harmful defects of the CIGS films. The formation of Ag-Se phase during the selenization process enables the formation of large grains and suppresses the deep level defects. It is found that Ag doping can enlarge the depletion region width, lower the Urbach energy and prolong the carrier lifetime. As a result, a champion solution-processed CIGS solar cell presents a high efficiency of 16.48% with the highly improved opencircuit voltage（VOC） of 662 m V and fill factor（FF） of 75.8%. This work provides an efficient strategy to prepare high quality solution-processed CIGS films for high-performance CIGS solar cells.

目的应用经食管实时三维超声心动图及量化分析软件分析风湿性瓣膜病及退行性病变致二尖瓣环及瓣叶结构的变化特点。方法风湿组21例（重度狭窄9例，重度关闭不全6例，重度狭窄伴重度关闭不全6例）、退行性变19例（均为二尖瓣脱垂伴大量反流）与正常对照组20例均行经食管实时三维超声心动图检查，并使用Tom Tec—Arena 1．0-4D MV—Assessment2．3量化分析软件进行后处理分析。结果风湿性二尖瓣病变对二尖瓣瓣环的影响体现在瓣环前后径增大，横径变化不大；退行性二尖瓣病变致瓣环前后径、瓣环横径均扩张明显，瓣环的球形指数（sphericity index）未增大，而瓣环的周长、面积均增大，瓣环原有的“马鞍形”立体结构趋于平坦。对瓣叶的影响，风湿性病变主要影响二尖瓣前叶，有狭窄病变时前叶面积、长度较正常组明显增大，后叶面积改变则不显著；退行性变使二尖瓣前、后瓣叶面积均显著增大；后叶与瓣环夹角以风湿性二尖瓣狭窄伴关闭不全组增大显著。无论是风湿各组还是退行性病变组，二尖瓣前后径与主动脉瓣环间夹角均显著增大。对二尖瓣动态分析中发现，风湿组二尖瓣瓣环的最大位移、瓣环面积的压缩比较对照组明显减小，而退行性变组则变化不显著。结论风湿性病变主要侵害二尖瓣瓣叶及瓣下结构，对瓣环的影响相对较小，但瓣叶的病变明显限制了瓣环的运动。退行性病变时二尖瓣瓣环明显扩张、扁平，但仍保留“马鞍形”结构。

Separators play a critical role in lithium-ion ***,the restrictions of thermal stability and inferior electrical performance in commercial polyolefin separators significantly limit their applications under harsh ***,we report a cellulose-assisted self-assembly strategy to construct a cellulose-based separator massively and *** an ultrahigh ionic conductivity in electrolytes of 3.7 mS·cm^(-1) and the ability to regulate ion transport,the obtained separator is a promising alternative for high-performance lithium-ion *** addition,integrated with high thermal stability,the cellulose-based separator endows batteries with high safety at high temperatures,greatly expanding the application scenarios of energy storage devices in extreme environments.

Fracture behavior of 304 stainless steel coatings by cold gas dynamic spray

304 stainless steel coating was deposited on the Interstitial-Free steel substrate by cold gas dynamic spraying （CGDS）. Three-point bending test of the cold sprayed 304 stainless steel coating was tested by SHIMADZU electro-hydraulic servo-controlled fatigue testing machine and the fracture morphology was examined by scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the fracture behavior of the cold sprayed 304 stainless steel coating was brittleness fracture. The crack in the coating occurred in the interfaces between particles and the crack extended to the internal of the coating with the increase of the load. When the crack has extended to the combination interface between coating and substrate, the crack extended to the two sides. The microstructure and mechanical property of the cold sprayed 304 stainless steel coating have been optimized after heat treatment.
