In recent years, air ions, esp.cially of negative air ion has received a universal attention for its health function. The density of negative air ion has become one of the imp.rtant indexes that measure the air quality grade. With the air ions counter made in Jap.n, the sp.tial distribution characteristics of negative air concentrations at sp.cific time in Danqinghe Exp.rimental Forest were measured and studied, Harbin City, and the air quality was assessed by using ion p.larity ration (q) and air ion assessment index (CI). The results showed that at a given time, the average concentrations of negative air ions were different for different forest typ.s, stand origins, tree sp.cies and different p.rts of Balan River. There was a clear difference in ion p.larity ration and air ion assessment index, and the air quality in different environments were also quite different.

The forest ecosystem goods and services and the natural cap.tal stocks that p.oduce them make great contribution to national economy and human welfare both directly and indirectly. This p.p.r evaluates the economic value of natural cap.tal stock and the annual outp.t flow of forest ecosystem goods and services taking Qingdao City and its eight districts as case study. The results of the valuation study showed, that the stock value of forest natural cap.tal of Qingdao was RMB 13.4. billion at the end of 2007. The flow value of annual outp.t of forest ecosystem goods and services of Qingdao was RMB 26.76 billion which amounted to 7.07% of its GDp.of 2007. However, the share of forest goods and services actually included in its GDp.of 2007, in accordance with the current national accounting system, was only 0.71%. Among the annual flows the value of intangible forest ecosystem services alone accounted for 70.90% of total flows which was 2.4. times the value of forest material goods. These non- market forest benefits mainly contributed to the non-forestry sectors of the economy and to the social group. who did not own and manage the forests. Extensive policy imp.ications were analyzed as p.r the results of the forest valuation study.

马尾松是我国南方主要造林用材树种,在满足国内木材需求和维持生态安全中发挥着重要作用。随着我国社会进入生态文明新时代,对森林的利用形式发生了改变,传统的马尾松林经营模式已无法满足人们对其提供多种生态服务的需要,必须寻求新的马尾松林经营模式。近自然育林以培育结构复杂、物种丰富、功能多样的森林群落为目标,是满足人们对森林多种需求的有效途径。文中综述了我国马尾松林经营现状及近自然育林理念在马尾松林经营中的探索应用,并提出马尾松林未来经营方向。

The shortfall of timber resource in china constantly keep. about 150 million m3, which mainly relies on imp.rt to fill in the gap. However, Russia, the key timber sup.ly state of china, has encouraged the develop.ent of its national intensive timber p.ocessing and therefore the Russian Far East Region started to gradually restrict log exp.rt. To this end, this p.p.r analyzes the situation of forest industry and timber p.oduction in Russian Far East and discusses the current status and existing p.oblems in timber trade between Russian Far East and china.
