Pulmonary diseases across all ages threaten millions of people and have emerged as one of the major public health issues *** diverse disease con-ditions,the currently available approaches are focused on alleviating clinical symptoms and delaying disease progression but have not shown significant therapeutic effects in patients with lung *** umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cells(UC-MSCs)isolated from the human UC have the capacity for self-renewal and multilineage ***,in recent years,these cells have been demonstrated to have unique advantages in the treatment of lung *** searched the Public Clinical Trial Database and found 55 clinical trials involving UC-MSC therapy for pulmonary diseases,including coronavirus disease 2019,acute respiratory distress syndrome,bron-chopulmonary dysplasia,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,and pulmonary *** this review,we summarize the characteristics of these registered clinical trials and relevant published results and explore in depth the challenges and opportunitiesfaced in clinical ***,the underlying mole-cular mechanisms involved in UC-MSC-based therapy for pulmonary diseases are also analyzed in *** brief,this comprehensive review and detailed analysis of these clinical trials can be expected to provide a scientific reference for future large-scale clinical application.

After cooling in the hot rolling process,the metallographic structure of microalloyed dual-phase steel is nonuniform along the rolling direction,while the thickness fluctuation of microalloyed dual-phase steel with a nonuniform metallographic structure will occur during cold *** mechanism of nonuniform phase transformation of microalloyed dual-phase steels was studied during the cooling process after hot rolling,and the nonuniform phase transformation of microalloyed dual-phase steel was regulated during the cooling process after hot rolling through process ***,the empirical equation of phase transformation temperature was measured by a dilatometer considering thermal ***,the phase field and temperature field of laminar cooling process were calculated to provide initial boundary conditions for the finite element *** that,the coupling finite element model of the temperature phase transformation of the strip steel in coiling transportation process was *** simulation results show that the different thermal contact conditions of the microalloyed dual-phase steel during coil transportation lead to uneven cooling of the coil,which leads to nonuniform transformation of the coil along the rolling *** addition,by prolonging the time interval from coiling to unloading,the phenomenon of nonuniform phase transformation of microalloyed dual-phase steel can be effectively *** simulation results are applied to industrial *** application results show that prolonging the time interval from coiling to unloading can effectively improve the nonuniform phase transformation of microalloyed dual-phase steel in the cooling process after hot rolling.

The interaction mechanism between the combustion products of pulverized coal injected and coke in the raceway of blast furnace was studied through thermodynamic calculation and *** results indicated that additives significantly affected the melting property of coal ash in high temperature *** the unburnt char,raw coal ash,and catalyzed coal ash failed to wet the coke surface,the wettability of the catalyzed coal ash on the coke was greater than that of the raw coal *** the unburnt char had weak reaction with the coke surface,it showed little influence on the surface morphology of the *** interaction between the raw coal ash and the coke gave rise to the increase in the pore size on the coke ***,the raw coal ash only affected the coke surface and the entrances of the pores owing to its poor *** being melted,the catalyzed coal ash was expected to immerge into the inside part of the coke and then react with the coke,resulting in an expansion and increase of coke *** raw coal ash and the unburnt char reduced the coke reactivity,while the catalyzed coal ash improved the coke ***,the coal ash containing Fe2O3 exhibited a larger influence on the reactivity than that containing CaO.

Traditional pavement is prone to cracks， and other distresses in cold regions. In this case， asphalt modification is a common technique used to improve the performance of asphalt. This study attempts to compare the low temperature properties of three modified asphalts. For this purpose， the addition of crumb rubber (CR)， modified crumb rubber (MCR)， and styrene–butadiene–styrene (SBS) to the base asphalt， respectively， and CR modified asphalt， MCR modified asphalt， and SBS modified asphalt is firstly prepared. Then， the asphalt specimens are subjected to a thin film oven test (TFOT) and pressurized aging vessel (PAV) test. The bending beam rheometer (BBR) test is conducted to compare the rheology characteristics and anti-aging performance of three modified asphalts. Furthermore， the low temperature performance of three modified asphalts is compared by three approaches based on the performance grade (PG)， critical low temperature， and Burgers model. The BBR results show that the CR modified asphalt has the best low temperature performance. However， the CR modified asphalt show poor aging resistance， SBS modified asphalt， and MCR modified asphalt have better aging resistance. In terms of the Burgers model， it is established to analyze the resistance to low temperature cracking of four asphalts from the perspective of viscoelastic properties. Different viscoelastic parameters indicate that the low temperature performance of CR modified asphalt is superior to the other asphalts， which is consistent with the result of the critical low temperatures.

Understanding the host-guest interactions for thermally activated delayed fluorescence(TADF)emitters is critical because the interactions between the host matrices and TADF emitters enable precise control on the optoelectronic performance,whereas technologically manipulating the singlet and triplet excitons by using different kinds of host-guest interactions remains ***,we report a comprehensive picture that rationalizes host-guest interaction-modulated exciton recombination by using time-resolved *** found that the early-time relaxation is accelerated in polar polymer because dipole-dipole interaction facilitates the stabilization of the 1CT ***,an opposite trend is observed in longer delay time,and faster decay in the less polar polymer is ascribed to theπ-πinteraction that plays the dominant role in the later stage of the excited *** findings highlight the technological engineering singlet and triplet excitons using different kinds of host-guest interactions based on their electronic characteristics.

Compared with the power conversion efficicency,the operational stability of perovskite solar cells(PsCs)remains a major challenge hampering its ***,conducting a light soaking test under 1 sun illumination to get a long lifetime is time-consuming and experimentally ***,we report an accelerated stability test protocol by aging PsCs under high-intensity light illumination to accelerate the evaluation of their operation *** is found that the efficiency degradation rate of a typical inverted PsC is almost linearly dependent on the light intensity within the range of 1 to 4 suns regardless of the *** results prove that it can save the light-soaking time by at least 4 times to predict the operation lifetime on the basis of the equivalent light irradiation dose.

Objective The combination of stereotactic body radiation therapy(SBRT)and immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)is actively being explored in advanced non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC)***,little is known about the optimal fractionation and radiotherapy target lesions in this *** study investigated the effect of SBRT on diverse organ lesions and radiotherapy dose fractionation regimens on the prognosis of advanced NSCLC patients receiving *** The medical records of advanced NSCLC patients consecutively treated with ICIs and SBRT were retrospectively reviewed at our institution from Dec.2015 to *** were grouped according to radiation ***-free survival(PFS)and overall survival(OS)were recorded using the Kaplan-Meier method and compared between different treatment groups using the log-rank(Mantel-Cox)*** A total of 124 advanced NSCLC patients receiving ICIs combined with SBRT were identified in this *** sites included lung lesions(lung group,n=43),bone metastases(bone group,n=24),and brain metastases(brain group,n=57).Compared with the brain group,the mean PFS(mPFS)in the lung group was significantly prolonged by 13.3 months(8.5 months vs.21.8 months,HR=0.51,95%CI:0.28–0.92,P=0.0195),and that in the bone group prolonged by 9.5 months with a 43%reduction in the risk of disease progression(8.5 months vs.18.0 months,HR=0.57,95%CI:0.29–1.13,P=0.1095).The mPFS in the lung group was prolonged by 3.8 months as compared with that in the bone *** mean OS(mOS)in the lung and bone groups was longer than that of the brain group,and the risk of death decreased by up to 60%in the lung and bone groups as compared with that of the brain *** SBRT was concurrently given with ICIs,the mPFS in the lung and brain groups were significantly longer than that of the bone group(29.6 months vs.16.5 months vs.12.1 months).When SBRT with 8–12 Gy per fraction was combined with ICIs,the mPFS in the lung group wa
