A hybrid WUDT-NAFnet for simultaneous source data deblending

Simultaneous source technology,which reduces seismic survey time and improves the quality of seismic data by firing more than one source with a narrow time interval,is compromised by the massive blended ***,deblending algorithms have been developed to separate this ***,deep learning(DL)has been proved its great potential in suppressing the *** most popular DL method employs neural network as a filter to attenuate the blended noise in an iterative estimation and subtraction framework(IESF).However,there are still amplitude distortion and blended noise residual problems,especially when dealing with weak signal submerged in strong *** address these problems,we propose a hybrid WUDT-NAFnet,which contains two *** first network is a wavelet based U-shape deblending transformer network(WUDTnet),incorporated into IESF as a robust regularization term to iteratively separate the blended *** second network is a nonlinear activate free network(NAFnet)designed to recover the event amplitude and further suppress the weak noise residual in *** the hybrid network,the blended noise can be separated purposefully and *** using synthetic and field seismic data demonstrate that the WUDTNAFnet outperforms traditional curvelet transform(CT)based method and the deblending transformer(DT)model in terms of ***,for field applications,the data augmentation method of bicubic interpolation is applied to mitigate the feature difference between synthetic and field ***,the trained network exhibits strong signal preservation ability in numerical field example without requiring additional training.

Hydrogenation of Cinnamaldehyde to Cinnamyl Alcohol over An Ultrafine Co-B Amorphous Catalyst

A novel Co-B amorphous alloy catalyst in the form of ultrafine particles was prepared by chemical reduction of CoCl2 with aqueous NaBH4, which exhibited excellent activity and selectivity during the hydrogenation of cinnamaldehyde to cinnamyl alcohol in liquid phase. The optimum yield of cinnamyl alcohol was 87.6%, much better than the yield of using Raney Ni, Raney Co and other Co-based catalysts.

The distribution of HLA-A,-B,and-DRB1 alleles and haplotypes in inhabitants of Guizhou Province of China

The present study was aimed to analyze the frequencies of human leukocyte antigen （HLA）-A, -B, and -DRB1 alleles and A-B-DRBI, A-B, A-DRB1 and B-DRB1 haplotypes in inhabitants of Guizhou province, China. All samples were typed in the HLA-A,-B, and -DRB1 loci using the polymerase chain reaction-reverse sequence spe- cific oligonucleotide probe （PCR-rSSOP） method and HLA polymorphisms were analyzed. A total of 18 HLA-A, 31 HLA-B, and 13 HLA-DRB1 alleles were found in the Guizhou population. The first two frequent alleles in the HLA-A, -B, and -DRB1 loci were A＊1 1（30.72%） and A＊02（30.65%）, B＊40（16.27%） and B＊46（16.27%）, and DRBl＊09（15.91%） and DRBl＊15（13.51%）, respectively. The most common haplotype was A＊02-B＊46- DRBl＊09（5.59%） in A-B-DRB1, A＊02-B＊46（I 1.73%） in A-B, B＊46-DRBl＊09（7.49%） in B-DRB1, and A＊02- DRBl＊09（8.08%） in A-DRB1. Some baplotypes with strong linkage disequilibrium （LD） were found not only in the common haplotypes, such as A＊33-B＊58, B＊30-DRB1＊07, and B＊33-DRB1＊03, but also in the rare haplotypes, such as A＊01-B＊37, B＊37-DRB1＊10, and A＊01-DRB1＊10. Guizhou inhabitants shared some characteristics of the Southern Chinese population but also had their own unique features. Overall, HLA polymorphism in Guizhou population was more consistent with that of Chengdu population than that of other populations in China.

目的观察在病理生理学教学中应用病例教学法（Case—based learning，CBL）对儿科学成绩的影响。方法将承德医学院2005级临床医学专业本科学生随机分为2组：实验组138人（病例教学法）和对照组136人（传统教学法），对比2组学生儿科学成绩的差异。再把儿科学的试题分为：与病理生理学知识联系性强试题（简称B类题）和病理生理学知识联系性弱的试题（简称F类题），比较2组学生两类试题的正答率。然后把病理生理学与内科学、外科学、儿科学、妇产科学的成绩进行相关性分析。结果2组学生的儿科学总成绩差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；实验组B类试题的总正答率高于对照组（P〈0．05），2组F类试题的总正答率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；病理生理学成绩与内科学、外科学、儿科学、妇产科学成绩均呈低正相关。结论病理生理学教学中实施CBL，对病理生理学知识在儿科学中应用具有较好的远期效果；但是单独的病理生理学课程CBL教学对提高学生解决儿科学临床问题的能力没有明显效果。

Penalized profile least squares-based statistical inference for varying coefficient partially linear errors-in-variables models

The purpose of this paper is two fold. First, we investigate estimation for varying coefficient partially linear models in which covariates in the nonparametric part are measured with errors. As there would be some spurious covariates in the linear part, a penalized profile least squares estimation is suggested with the assistance from smoothly clipped absolute deviation penalty. However, the estimator is often biased due to the existence of measurement errors, a bias correction is proposed such that the estimation consistency with the oracle property is proved. Second, based on the estimator, a test statistic is constructed to check a linear hypothesis of the parameters and its asymptotic properties are studied. We prove that the existence of measurement errors causes intractability of the limiting null distribution that requires a Monte Carlo approximation and the absence of the errors can lead to a chi-square limit. Furthermore, confidence regions of the parameter of interest can also be constructed. Simulation studies and a real data example are conducted to examine the performance of our estimators and test statistic.

DJ1 Ameliorates AD-like Pathology in the Hippocampus of APP/PS1 Mice

Objective To explore whether the protein Deglycase protein 1(DJ1)can ameliorate Alzheimer’s disease(AD)-like pathology in Amyloid Precursor Protein/Presenilin 1(APP/PS1)double transgenic mice and its possible mechanism to provide a theoretical basis for exploring the pathogenesis of *** Adeno-associated viral vectors(AAV)of DJ1-overexpression or DJ1-knockdown were injected into the hippocampus of 7-month-old APP/PS1 mice to construct models of overexpression or *** were divided into the AD model control group(MC),AAV vector control group(NC),DJ1-overexpression group(DJ1+),and DJ1-knockdown group(DJ1-).After 21 days,the Morris water maze test,immunohistochemistry,immunofluorescence,and western blotting were used to evaluate the effects of DJ1 on *** DJ1+overexpression decreased the latency and increased the number of platform traversals in the water maze ***1-cells were cured and atrophied,and the intercellular structure was relaxed;the number of age spots and the expression of AD-related proteins were significantly ***1+increased the protein expression of Nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2(NRF2),heme oxygenase-1(HO-1),light chain 3(LC3),phosphorylated AMPK(p-AMPK),and B cell lymphoma-2(BCL-2),as well as the antioxidant levels of total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD),total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),and Glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX),while decreasing the levels of Kelch-like hydrates-associated protein 1(Keap1),mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR),p62/sequestosome1(p62/SQSTM1),Caspase3,and malondialdehyde(MDA).Conclusion DJ1-overexpression can ameliorate learning,memory,and AD-like pathology in APP/PS1 mice,which may be related to the activation of the NRF2/HO-1 and AMPK/mTOR pathways by DJ1.

Fludarabine and intravenous busulfan conditioning with post-transplantation cyclophosphamide for allogeneic peripheral stem cell transplantation for adult patients with lymphoid malignancies:a prospective single-arm phase Ⅱ study

Post-transplantation cyclophosphamide(PT-Cy)alone or in combination with other immunosuppressive drugs has emerged as a promising strategy in the setting of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell *** survival rate was reported in lymphoid malignancies following PT-Cy strategy compared with myeloid disease in non-myeloablative bone marrow transplant ***,we aimed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of PT-Cy combined with cyclosporine as graft-versus-host disease(GVHD)prophylaxis after myeloablative conditioning and T cell-replete peripheral stem cell transplantation in lymphoid *** single-arm phase Ⅱ clinical trial(NCT01435447)involving 31 adult patients was conducted from January 2013 to June *** donor-type neutrophil engraftment rate was 100%,and the overall incidence of grade Ⅱ to Ⅳ and grade Ⅲ to Ⅳ acute GVHD was 39%and 24%,*** cumulative incidence rates of chronic GVHD(35%),including moderate to severe forms(10%),were reduced compared with those of the historical group(P=0.03 and P=0.04,respectively).With a median follow-up of 18 months,the estimated 2-year overall and event-free survival was 64.8%(95%confidence interval:47.8%–86.7%)and 58.4%(95%CI:41.9%–81.7%),*** 2-year cumulative incidence rate of relapse was 19.5%(95%CI:9.0%–35.8%),whereas the non-relapse mortality rate was 21.8%(95%CI:11.3%–38.1%).These results demonstrated the feasibility of PT-Cy as GVHD prophylaxis in this clinical *** strategy could significantly reduce the incidence of chronic GVHD and its moderate to severe forms but not of acute GVHD and results in similar survival outcomes compared with the historical group.A prospective study with additional patients is warranted to confirm the role of PT-Cy in lymphoid malignancy.
