Goals: To assess outcomes following 6 months of endoscopic stenting for dominant pancreatic duct strictures in painful chronic pancreatitis. Background: Pancreatic stent placement may improve pain in chronic pancreatitis. Long-term outcomes after a 6-month period of stenting are unknown. Study: We identified all patients with chronic pancreatitis who underwent stenting of a dominant pancreatic duct stricture at one hospital. Stents were left in place for 6 months. Changes in weight, hospital visits, and narcotic use were analyzed. Results: Mean follow-up for the 15 subjects was 36 months; 87%improved following stent placement, and 11 (73%) completed 6 months of stent therapy. Hospital visits per subject decreased from 3.6 in the year prior to stent placement to 0.1 in the year after stent removal (P e decreased from 33 mg MSO4/day in th e month prior to stenting to 2 mg MSO4/day in the 12 months after stent removal (P = 0.01). Mean weight change was -5 kg in the year prior to stenting and +3. 2 kg in the year after stent insertion (P equired endoscopic reint ervention during the follow-up period. Conclusions: Six months of stenting resu lted in sustained clinical improvement in most patients with chronic pancreatiti s and a dominant pancreatic duct stricture. Stenting was associated with subsequ ent weight gain, fewer hospital visits, and less narcotic use.

背景：不锈钢Teno Fix肌腱修复装置的生物力学特性较缝合修复有所改善．并在狗模型中有很好的相容性。本文的目的是在临床上对Teno Fix修复与缝合修复作比较。方法：67例单纯Ⅱ区屈肌腱损伤随机地用Teno Fix修复或4股交叉缝合修复。共85个损伤指：34个指用Teno Fix，51个指作对照．采用改良Kleinert康复技术，术后4周开始主动屈指。术后6个月由肓测检查者测定患者的手指活动范围．臂、肩、手的伤残（DASH）记分，捏力，握力和口诉的疼痛记分以及评价肿胀和神经系统恢复。经常间断地监测包括装置的移动和断裂等不良结果。结果：51指缝合修复中有9指肌腱断裂，而Teno Fix修复中无一指肌腱断裂（p〈0．01）。断裂的9指中5指因抵抗医疗装置的活动而造成。组间的活动范围，DASH记分、捏力、握力、肿胀或神经系统恢复差异无显著性。Teno Fix组疼痛和肿胀的消退比对照组稍慢。患者在6个月随访时，24例Teno Fix修复中16例和27例对照修复组中19例结果为优良。1例Teno Fix装置移动和被挤出，继发伤口感染。总的85指手术中，4指肌腱粗细不适合于用所提供的装置，9指被认为暴露不适当而无法置入锚。结论：如肌腱粗细和暴露满意，用Teno Fix修复屈肌腱损伤是安全和有效的。与传统修复方法相比．用Teno Fix作肌腱修复，其肌腱断裂率较低而功能结果相似，特别适用于对康复方案不配合者。

Characteristics of the water-soluble components of aerosol particles in Hefei,China

Size-classified daily aerosol mass concentrations and concentrations of water-soluble inorganic ions were measured in Hefei,China,in four representative months between September 2012 and August *** annual average mass concentration of 169.09μg/m^3 for total suspended particulate（TSP）was measured using an andersen Mark-II cascade *** seasonal average mass concentration was highest in winter（234.73μg/m^3）and lowest in summer（91.71μg/m^3）.Water-soluble ions accounted for 59.49%,32.90%,48.62%and 37.08%of the aerosol mass concentration in winter,spring,summer,and fall,respectively,which indicated that ionic species were the primary constituents of the atmospheric *** four most abundant ions were NO3^-,SO4^2-,Ca^2＋ and NH4^＋.With the exception of Ca^2＋,the mass concentrations of water-soluble ions were in an intermediate range compared with the levels for other Chinese ***,nitrate,and ammonium were the dominant fine-particle species,which were bimodally distributed in spring,summer and fall;however,the size distribution became unimodal in winter,with a peak at 1.1–2.1μ*** Ca^2＋ peak occurred at approximately 4.7–5.8μm in all *** cation to anion ratio was close to 1.4,which suggested that the aerosol particles were alkalescent in *** average NO3^-/SO4^2-mass ratio was 1.10 in Hefei,which indicated that mobile source emissions were *** positive correlation coefficients between the concentrations of NH4^＋ and SO4^2-,NH4^＋ and NO3^-,SO4^2-and NO3^-,and Mg^2＋ and Ca^2＋ were also indicated,suggesting that aerosol particles may be present as（NH4）2SO4,NH4HSO4,and NH4NO3.

Dry powder inhaler Liposomes were prepared to investigate the effectiveness of pulmonary delivery of Colchicine and Budesonide for Idiopathic Pulmonary fibrosis. Budesonide(BUD) and Colchicine(COL) liposomes were prepared by thin layer film hydration method(TFH) using 1,2-Dipalmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoglycerol sodium(DPPG), Hydrogenated Soyaphosphotidylcholine(HSPC), Soyaphosphatidylcholine(SPC), cholesterol(CHOL) and drug in different weight ratios. The optimum lipid composition for BUD(74.22 ± 0.97%) was DPPG:HSPC: CHOL(4:5:1) and for COL(50.94 ± 2.04%) was DPPG: SPC: CHOL(3:6:1). These compositions retained drug for a longer period of time so selected for further study. Liposomes were found to be spherical in shape with mean size below 100 nm. Liposomes lyophilized using Mannitol as carrier and cryoprotectant showed high entrapment efficiency(97.89-98.6%). The powder was dispersed through an andersen cascade impactor to evaluate the performance of the aerosolized powder. It was found that prepared liposomal dry powder inhaler(DPIs) sustained the drug release up to 24 hours. Optimized Budesonide DPI Formulation B2(86.53 ± 1.9%), Colchicine DPI Formulation C2(90.54 ± 2.3 %) and BUD and COL DPI Combination M2(89.91 ± 1.8%, 91.23 ± 1.9%). Histopathological results, measurements of lung hydroxyproline content, Myeloperoxidase activity indicated that liposomal drypowder inhaler administration attenuates lung fibrosis induced by bleomycin. Long term stability studies indicated that lyophilised BUD and COL liposomes were stable for 6 months at(25 °C± 2 °C, 60% ± 5% RH) and refrigerated conditions(2-8 °C). These results supported that combination of budesonide and colchicine liposomal dry powder inhaler pulmonary drug delivery for treatment of idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis exhibits prolonged drug retention at targeted site and reduces the systemic exposure.

The aim of this study was to assess the strength of any association between sensitization to ‘ new’ fragrance compounds and sensitization to Compositae, fragrance mix, Myroxylon pereirae resin and colophonium, respectively. Consecutive eczema patients were tested with a series of essential oils and selected fragrance compounds and another series of oxidized terpenes in connectionwith european multicentre fragrance projects. Contact allergy to either series was frequently detected, in 5% of 318 and 4.6% of 262 persons tested, and both had a statistically significant association with Compositae, colophonium and fragrance mix sensitization. The individual results indicated that simultaneously occurring positive reactions to essential oils, colophonium and Compositae were based on cross- reactivity rather than concomitant sensitization. Thus, all patients with positive reaction to the rare fragrance sensitizer β - caryophyllene had positive colophonium reactions, and cross- reactivity between essential oils and Compositae was related to the Compositae plant extracts of the Compositae mix and not the pure sesquiterpene lactones of the standard series. The implication is that Compositae mix and colophonium may be markers of fragrance allergy, which is important to know when assessing the relevance of positive reactions to Compositae plant extracts and colophonium.

A search in the Thomson Reuters Web of Knowledge in January 2012,with the terms"organic solar cells/organic photovoltaics"was used to compile a list of 8962 papers written by 15374 individual authors（excluding reviews and conference proceedings）.Solar cell data and bibliographic information was extracted from each of these papers（26 data fields）to create an overview of all OPV data reported to that date.1 The rate of publications shows a rapid exponential increase over a little more than a decade underlining the massive interest in this field of *** of the interesting findings is that there seems to be a universal correlation between the maximum power conversion efficiency（PCeMAX）and the short circuit current（JSC）which holds for all types of PV technologies（except for a few GaAs type cells）.
