The Pertek granitoid consisting dominantly of diorite, quartz diorite, quartz monzodiorite, tonalite and lesser granite, adamellite and syenite, is considered to form the easternmost continuation of the Central Anatolian Crystalline Complex. Diorite and monzonites of this granitoid complex are cut by the granitic dykes. The Pertek granitoid, in the study area, is found in the Permo-Triassic Keban metamorphic sequence along intrusive and tectonic contacts. Along the intrusive contacts metasomatic mineralizations are common. Granitoids are, depending on the mineralogical composition, low-, middle- high-K subalkaline features. Major oxide-SiO2 variation diagrams show that fractionation (particularly plagioclase, hornblend, pyroxene and olivine fractionation) played an important role on the granitoid formation during a continuous crystallization process. Distribution of the samples from the Pertek granitoid in the tectonic setting diagrams, and their chondrite- and primordial mantle-normalized trace element patterns resemble to the of arc-type granitoids. Trace element and rare earth element compositions indicate that the magma, from which the Pertek granitoid crystallized, derived from a mantle that was enriched by the fluids derived from the subducted slab, however this magma was contaminated by the crust during its intrusion. These geochemical characteristics are also supported by the field observations. The field and geochemical characteristics of the Pertek Granitiod suggest that they are similar to the other granitoids cropping out in the central and eastern Anatolia and they form the lateral continuation of the same magmatic belt.

The complex of molybdenum (VI) with stilbene-2,2’-disulfonic acid-4,4’’bis (azo-1’’)-3’’, 4’’ dioxybenzene (stillbazo) in the presence of a cationic surfactant cetylpyridinium chloride (CPCl) was studied spectrophotometrically. It was found that in the presence of CPCl, a mixed-ligand complex with a component ratio of 1:2:4 is formed. The effect of pH, time, temperature, the concentration of reagents, and CPCl in the formation of homogeneous ligand and mixed-ligand complexes were studied. The stability constants (lgβk = 86 × 108) and the molar absorption coefficient of the mixed-ligand complex (εк = 11,835) were determined. It was found that Beer’s law is observed at a concentration of 0.05 - 17.00 μg/ml. A method has been developed for the spectrophotometric determination of molybdenum (VI) in complex industrial facilities.

A Benchmark for Some Physical Properties of Zinc-Blende ZnS

Somephysical properties of zinc-blende polytype of ZnS were investigated via geometry optimization calculations. After employing a shell model interatomic potential to our computations, some physical parameters such as typical cubic elastic constants, young modulus, shear modulus, bulk modulus, poisson ratio, elastic wave velocities, static and high frequency dielectric constants, and static refractive index zinc-blende ZnS were deduced. Later, previous theoretical results and our current results with each other as well as with former experimental findings were evaluated. Present results exhibit a fair consistency with experiments and better than those of several recent density functional theory results for the considered parameters of related material.

Background:Cholangiocarcinoma(CCA)is a cancer type that builds in the bile ducts that carry digestive fluid,*** ducts connect the liver to the gallbladder and the small *** disease is often diagnosed at an advanced stage,resulting in a low 5-year survival *** study aims to evaluate the concentrations of serum thiol/disulfide in CCA patients and healthy volunteers and investigate the association between oxidative activity and clinical and pathological characteristics in CCA *** examining the relationship between reduced thiol/disulfide measures and tumorigenesis of the disease,we can potentially identify an unfavourable prognosis in CCA ***:To assess the status of thiol/disulfide in the blood of Cholangiocarcinoma patients using a novel automated homeostasis assay,we recruited 55 individuals for this study(CCA patients,n=27;healthy volunteers,n=28).We measured the levels of serum total thiol(TT)(–SH+–S-S–),native thiol(NT)(–SH),and disulfide(DD)(–S-S–)in both the CCA group and the control ***,we calculated the ratio of thiol/disulfide(–SH/–S-S–).Results:We explored the relationship between oxidative activity and clinical and pathological characteristics in CCA *** study found no significant differences in age and sex between CCA patients and *** and TT levels were higher in the control group compared to the CCA ***,the disulfide level did not significantly differ between the two ***'s correlation matrix analysis revealed positive correlations between TT and NT levels and negative correlations between NT/TT%,DD level,and DD/TT%.Conclusion:Our findings suggest a statistical difference in serum thiol/disulfide *** a marker of total oxidant status,thiol and disulfide levels have decreased in patients with ***,no correlation was found between the tumour markers CEA and CA19-9 and thiol levels.A decrease in blood thiol and disulfide concentrations or the ratio

镉(Cd)是一种有毒的、流动性很强的重金属,可以被植物大量地吸附和吸收而没有任何明显的迹象。因此,对保护生物多样性和食品安全来说,在植物吸收之前稳定Cd是至关重要的。由于在其结构中含有大量的羧基和酚羟基,腐殖物质与重金属形成强烈的结合,这使它们成为完美的稳定剂。本研究的目的是确定在温室条件下,腐植酸和黄腐酸(HA+FA)的水平(0、3500、5250和7000 mg/L)对减轻独行菜(Lepidium sativum)受Cd(CdSO_(4)•8H_(2)O,0、100和200 Cd mg/kg)污染的Cd毒性的影响。我们的研究结果表明,Cd胁迫对独行菜的生长有负面影响,叶鲜重、叶干重、根鲜重和根干重、叶片相对含水量(LRWC)和除Cd外的矿物质含量均下降,膜渗透性(MP)和酶(CAT、SOD和POD)活性增加。然而,HA+FA的应用减少了Cd污染的不利影响。在200 mg/kg的Cd污染下,HA+FA的应用浓度为7000 mg/L时,与对照组相比,叶鲜重、叶干重、根鲜重、根干重、茎粗、叶面积、叶绿素读取值(CRV)、MP和LRWC值分别增加了262%、137%、550%、133%、92%、104%、34%、537%和32%。尽管在200 mg/L的镉污染下获得了最高的H2O2、丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸和蔗糖值,但HA+FA的应用浓度在200 mg/kg的Cd污染水平下,7000 mg/L的HA+FA成功地缓解了Cd胁迫的有害影响,使H2O2、MDA、脯氨酸和蔗糖值分别下降了66%、68%、70%和56%。浓度为7000 mg/L的HA+FA应用成功地缓解了Cd污染的负面影响,使N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn和B分别提高75%、23%、84%、87%、40%、85%、143%、1%、65%和115%。此外,HA+FA的应用浓度为7000 mg/L成功地减少了95%的Cd吸收和80%的Cl吸收。考虑到植物生长参数,当HA+FA浓度为7000 mg/L时,确定了最佳结果。我们已经证明,使用高比例的FA的腐殖质是非常关键的,FA的比例为10%,可以达到减轻重金属胁迫对植物生长不利影响的目的。总之,HA+FA的应用可以作为一种有效的解决方案,通过稳定土壤中的Cd,防止Cd从植物的根部转移到其嫩枝和叶片,从而减少植物对Cd的吸收。

偏头痛发作期间的QTc离散度和P波离散度

The aim of this study was to investigate increase of QTc dispersion and P-wave dispersion during migraine attacks. Fifty-five patients (16-65 years of age, 49 women, six men) with migraine were included in our study. Heart rate, QTc interval, maximum and minimum QTc interval, QTc dispersion, maximum and minimum P-wave duration and P-wave dispersion were measured from 12-lead ECG recording during migraine attacks and pain-free periods. ECGs were transferred to a personal computer via a scanner and then used for magnification of ×400 by Adobe Photoshop software. Maximum QTc interval (454 ±24 ms vs. 429 ±23 ms, P < 0.001), QTc interval (443 ±26 ms vs. 408 ±22 ms, P < 0.001) and QTc dispersion (63 ±18 ms vs. 43 ±14 ms, P < 0.001) were found significantly higher during migraine attacks compared with pain-free periods. Maximum P-wave duration (107 ±11 ms vs. 100 ±11 ms, P < 0.001) and P-wave dispersion (45 ±13 ms vs. 35 ±13 ms, P < 0.001) were found higher during migraine attacks than pain-free periods. We concluded that migraine attacks are associated with increased QTc and P-wave dispersion compared with pain-free periods.
