Introduction:Changes in land use and agricultural m.nagem.nt have caused a strong increase in sedim.nt and particulate phosphorus input into the m.yun *** sim.lation of the relevant runoff and sedim.nt fluxes at the m.soscale needs adequate procedures,adapted to a sem.arid m.nsoon clim.te and regional land-use ***:The m.dified Universal Soil Loss Equation(USLE-m.was integrated into the STOFFBILANZ m.del to calculate daily soil losses in the entire m.yun catchm.nt *** results are well within the range of m.nitoring data from.Wischm.ier plots that are located inside the investigation *** the reference year 2009,soil erosion was estim.ted at an average of 952 kg ha^(-1) year^(-1).Daily based sim.lation of sedim.nt input into surface waters was done in the next step,taking into account the likeliness of sedim.nt input and sedim.nt delivery *** sedim.nt inputs are by 113 kg ha^(-1) year^(-1).Critical source areas are located on cropland and are particularly relevant on the form.r lakebed of the m.yun reservoir which has recently been used for corn ***:Com.ared with observation data from.the Bai and Chao rivers,the sim.lation of sedim.nt loads showed a satisfying agreem.nt that underlines the suitability of the selected approach to substitute recently used one-year balances based on the Universal Soil Loss Equation(USLE)*** tillage was selected as a possible m.tigation option to reduce soil erosion and sedim.nt *** to the lim.ted availability of spatial and m.nitoring data,the sim.lations are approxim.te and only a first step in contributing to an integrated river basin m.nagem.nt that should be im.roved in future.

基于作者新近提出的一种混合塑性硬化准则和临界状态土力学理论建立了一个三维形式表述的适于饱和黏性土的弹塑性双面模型,此硬化准则是著名的m.asing方法在三维应力空间中的推广。该模型的二维形式已采用饱和黏性土样室内动态三轴不排水剪切试验的结果进行了验证并已在另文发表。本文所建的三维弹塑性动本构模型与一个半经验的孔隙水压力增长模式相结合,通过有限元程序ABAQUS*对一个循环荷载作用下的条形基础下部地基土层内的位移、应力分布和超孔隙水压力随时间的变化进行了分析,计算结果表明模型预测的地基土的力学响应是符合实际的。

***(以下简称“艾事通”)股份公司是德国一家在跨文化咨询、跨文化认证以及国际派遣管理领域集服务、创新和质量为一体的领军企业。公司拥有一支汇合了各个领域专家的千人精英团队,覆盖了75个国家和25种语言。为了扩展其在中国的业务,2012年,公司在上海成立了艾事通企业管理咨询(上海)分公司(以下简称“艾事通(上海)”。由于中德经济关系日益深入,德国公司加大了中国市场的拓展力度。跨国企业们逐渐意识到,不论是与外国商业人士的沟通、谈判还是工作,都需要了解他们的习惯、熟知他们的文化。因此,一套具有技巧性、战略性、并涵盖跨文化沟通的解决方案对跨国企业来说是非常重要的。由于文化的趋同性,艾事通(上海)的业务目前主要专注于德国客户。当然,它也希望能够吸引一部分中国客户。为了实现这个目标,公司需要根据中国国情以及国内客户的需求,来调整其市场策略。本文正是针对上述这些问题来介绍市场营销组合战略是如何在中国文化下运作以满足客户需求的。本论文主要包括四个部分。第一部分为理论概述。这部分通过演绎法论述了国际型服务营销、跨文化环境下的市场营销以及关系营销等理论。通过介绍了特定的中国企业的实践经验,来阐明这些经验在市场营销策略策划中起到的举足轻重的作用。同时,也通过这种途径来检验现有营销理论和在具有中国特色市场中的实践经验的适用性。本文第二部分是对艾事通(上海)的简介,首先介绍了企业的竞争优势、战略以及架构。其次,是对其宏观环境的分析:运用PEST模型对艾事通所面临的特定市场环境进行深入分析。第三,是市场分析:包括中国咨询业的现状、需求条件以及中国客户的特殊需求等。本文第三部分,通过SWOT工具的运用对艾事通(上海)的优劣势、机会以及威胁进行了分析。根据分析结果,本文给出艾事通(上海)的跨文化市场战略,这套战略不仅面向于国内客户,同样也适用于中外合资企业,其重点强调了推广策略以及客户拓展方法的发展,以及特别说明了艾事通(上海)为了在中国建立战略联盟所采取的一些方法及措施。最后,对中国跨文化培训师及中国客户的访谈,也将作为本篇论文论点的佐证。在第四部分,论文将给出艾事通(上海)在2013年具体的市场策略应对和对2014年的市场展望。作为结论部分,论文将跨文化服务营销理论与这家德国咨询企业的上海分公司联系起来作为一个鲜活的例子来分析中国服务业营销的特性,以及艾事通(上海)拓展新客户的战略描述。

We obtain analytical relations for the levitation force as a function of dim.nsions of the superconductor-m.gnet system. The force has been calculated on the basis of the dipole-dipole interaction m.del. The effect of thickness of the superconductor on the levitation force is investigated. The results show that the influence of geom.try and thickness of the m.gnet becom.s significantly large at sm.ll levitation distances. Furtherm.re, approxim.ting the perm.nent m.gnet as a point dipole results in an inaccurate estim.tion of the levitation force.

The dipole-dipole interaction m.del is used to calculate the angular dependence of lateral and levitation forces on a sm.ll perm.nent m.gnet and a cylindrical superconductor in the meissner state lying laterally off the sym.etric axis of the cylinder. Under the assum.tion that the lateral displacem.nt of the m.gnet is sm.ll com.ared with the physical dim.nsions of the system. we obtain analytical expressions for the lateral and levitation forces as functions of geom.trical param.ters of the superconductor as well as the height, the lateral displacem.nt and the orientation of m.gnetic m.m.nt of the m.gnet. The effect of thickness and radius of the superconductor on the levitation force is sim.lar to that for a sym.etric m.gnet/superconducting cylinder system. but within the range of lateral displacem.nt. The splitting in the levitation force increases with the increasing angle of orientation of the m.gnetic m.m.nt of the m.gnet. For a given lateral displacem.nt of the m.gnet, the lateral force vanishes when the m.gnetic m.m.nt is perpendicular to the surface of the superconductor and has a m.xim.m.value when the m.m.nt is parallel to the surface. For a given orientation of the m.gnetic m.m.nt, the lateral force has a linear relationship with the lateral displacem.nt. The stability of the m.gnet above the superconducting cylinder is discussed in detail.

The problem.of a sm.ll m.gnet levitating above a very thin superconducting disc in the meissner state is analysed. The dipole-dipole interaction m.del is em.loyed to derive analytical expressions for the interaction energy, levitation force, m.gnetic stiffness and frequency of sm.ll vibrations about the equilibrium.position in two different configurations, i.e. with the m.gnetic m.m.nt parallel and perpendicular to the superconductor. The results show that the frequency of sm.ll vibrations decreases with the increasing levitation height for a particular radius of the superconducting disc, which is in good agreem.nt with the experim.ntal results. However, the frequency increases m.notonically up to saturation by increasing the radius of the disc for a particular height of the m.gnet. In addition, the frequency of vibrations is higher when the system.is in the vertical configuration than that when the system.is in the horizontal configuration.

m.tastases of uveal m.lanom.(Um.spread predom.nantly to the *** to low response rates to system.c therapies,liver-directed therapies(LDT)are com.only used for tum.r *** im.act of LDT on the response to system.c treatm.nt is unknown.A total of 182 patients with m.tastatic Um.treated with im.une checkpoint blockade(ICB)were included in this *** were recruited from.prospective skin cancer centers and the Germ.n national skin cancer registry(ADOReg)of the Germ.n Derm.tologic Cooperative Oncology Group(DeCOG).Two cohorts were com.ared:patients with LDT(cohort A,n=78)versus those without LDT(cohort B,n=104).Data were analyzed for response to treatm.nt,progression-free survival(PFS),and overall survival(OS).The m.dian OS was significantly longer in cohort A than in cohort B(20.1 vs.13.8 m.nths;P=0.0016)and a trend towards im.roved PFS was observed for cohort A(3.0 vs.2.5 m.nths;P=0.054).The objective response rate to any ICB(16.7%vs.3.8%,P=0.0073)and com.ined ICB(14.1%vs.4.5%,P=0.017)was m.re favorable in cohort *** data suggest that the com.ination of LDT with ICB m.y be associated with a survival benefit and higher treatm.nt response to ICB in patients with m.tastatic Um.
