敦煌莫高窟第61窟是五代时期第四任节度使曹元忠营造的功德窟。在石窟内东、南、北壁的壁画中保存有49身五代时期的女供养人画像,这些女供养人为回鹘、于阗及汉族人,都是当时上层社会的贵族女子,人物佩戴的配饰华美精致。配饰是中国古代社会贵族女性服饰的重要内容之一,其不仅具有装饰功能,更重要的是具有体现等级身份的社会功能。以历史图像资料为研究对象、史料为佐证,对敦煌莫高窟61窟壁画中于阗皇后配饰的形制、文化内涵、特征进行了分析研究,并进行效果图的复原绘制,直观展现其形制特征,实现对于阗皇后配饰理论到实物的复原研究。

随着数字经济发展,通过数字乡村建设促进云南县域农村产业的融合发展对于实现乡村振兴目标具有重要意义。研究数字乡村促进农村产业融合发展的影响因素和机制建设,构建农村产业融合发展评价模型,采用北大《县域数字乡村指数报告》评价指... 详细信息

随着数字经济发展,通过数字乡村建设促进云南县域农村产业的融合发展对于实现乡村振兴目标具有重要意义。研究数字乡村促进农村产业融合发展的影响因素和机制建设,构建农村产业融合发展评价模型,采用北大《县域数字乡村指数报告》评价指数,以2018—2020年云南省111个县域面板数据为样本进行实证研究。研究表明:云南县域农村产业融合发展水平不高;数字乡村建设提高农业经营规模化和农民现代信息化素养,可以有效促进农村产业融合发展;分区域来看,滇中、滇西地区促进效应明显,而滇东和边境地区尚不显著。提出树立农业农村数字化转型观念、抓住数字乡村建设机遇、探索现代农村和新型农业新形态、统筹数字乡村均衡发展的对策建议。

Phenolic acids are the main bioactive compounds in Salvia miltiorrhiza,which can be increased by salicylic acid(SA)***,the specific molecular mechanism remains *** nonexpresser of PR genes 1(NPR1)and its family members are essential components of the SA signaling ***,we report an NPR protein,SmNPR4,that showed strong expression in hairy root after SA treatment,acting as a negative moderator of SA-induced phenolic acid biosynthesis in ***(***).Moreover,a basic leucine zipper family transcription factor SmTGA5 was identified and was found to interact with ***5 activates the expression of phenolic acid biosynthesis gene SmTAT1 through binding to the as-1 ***,a series of biochemical assays and dual gene overexpression analysis demonstrated that the SmNPR4 significantly inhibited the function of SmTGA5,and SA can alleviate the inhibitory effect of SmNPR4 on ***,our results reveal the molecular mechanism of salicylic acid regulating phenolic acid biosynthesis in *** and provide new insights for SA signaling to regulate secondary metabolic biosynthesis.

Background Intestinal barrier is a dynamic interface between the body and the ingested food components, however, dietary components or xenobiotics could compromise intestinal integrity, causing health risks to the host. Gossypol, a toxic component in cottonseed meal(CSM), caused intestinal injury in fish or other monogastric animals. It has been demonstrated that probiotics administration benefits the intestinal barrier integrity, but the efficacy of probiotics in maintaining intestinal health when the host is exposed to gossypol remains unclear. Here, a strain(YC) affiliated to Pediococcus pentosaceus was isolated from the gut of Nile tilapia(Oreochromis niloticus) and its potential to repair gossypol-induced intestinal damage was *** A total of 270 Nile tilapia(2.20 ± 0.02 g) were allotted in 3 groups with 3 tanks each and fed with 3 diets including CON(control diet), GOS(control diet containing 300 mg/kg gossypol) and GP(control diet containing 300 mg/kg gossypol and 10^(8) colony-forming unit(CFU)/g P. pentosaceus YC), respectively. After 10 weeks, addition of P. pentosaceus YC restored growth retardation and intestinal injury induced by gossypol in Nile tilapia. Transcriptome analysis and si RNA interference experiments demonstrated that NOD-like receptors(NLR) family caspase recruitment domain(CARD) domain containing 3(Nlrc3) inhibition might promote intestinal stem cell(ISC) proliferation, as well as maintaining gut barrier integrity. 16S r RNA sequencing and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) revealed that addition of P. pentosaceus YC altered the composition of gut microbiota and increased the content of propionate in fish gut. Experimental Wave Attenuation Study over Flexible Plants on a Submerged Slope

Using plants is a kind of environmentally-friendly coastal protection to attenuate wave energy. In this paper, a set of experiments were conducted to investigate the wave attenuation performance using flexible grasses on a submerged slope, and the wave attenuation coefficient for these experiments was calculated for different still water depths, slope and grass configurations. It was found that the slope plays a significant role in wave attenuation. The wave attenuation coefficient increases with increasing relative row number and relative density. For a small relative row number, the two configurations from the slope top to its toe and from the slope toe to its top performed equally to a large extent. For a medium relative row number, the configuration from the slope toe to its top performed more poorly than that from the slope top to its toe; however, it performed better than that from the slope top to its toe for a high relative row number. With a single row of grasses close to the slope top from the slope toe, the wave attenuation coefficient shows double peaks. With increasing grass rows or still water depth, the grass location corresponding to the maximum wave attenuation coefficient is close to the slope top. The dimensional analysis and the least square method were used to derive an empirical equation of the wave attenuation coefficient considering the effect of relative density, the slope, the relative row number and the relative location of the middle row, and the equation was validated to experimental data.

镁合金因其重量轻、比强度高,在电子产品、建筑等多个领域具有广阔的应用前景。采用特殊准随机结构结合第一性原理计算方法研究了Mg-Sc合金奥氏体相中空位的形成能和迁移能,模型中Sc的原子分数分别为20%和20.3125%。结果表明,局域化学环境对Mg-Sc合金β相空位形成能的影响较大,对于Mg和Sc空位,其空位形成能表现出较大的分散性,Mg的空位形成能范围为0.283~1.173 eV,Sc的空位形成能范围为0.353~1.063 eV,且元素在合金中更难形成空位。在Mg-Sc合金中,20%Sc掺杂使得合金中Mg的空位形成能增加到金属Mg的3倍以上。Mg的平均空位形成能随着最近邻壳层Sc含量的变化表现出先增加后减少的趋势,最后趋于稳定,但其整体变化范围较小。最近邻配位对相同的条件下,Mg的平均空位形成能随着次近邻(2NN)壳层Sc含量的略有增加的趋势,但增加的幅度小于0.1 eV,整体的变化趋势趋于稳定。空位的扩散势垒对局域环境的依赖性较大,合金中Mg空位比Sc更具有流动性。
